I do not want random autos from you I want boxes with autos randomly inserted. I'll be filing a complaint next with [redacted] in [redacted] and also calling the [redacted].  I am asking one last time to please please make this right and stop offering what you have that's not a fair solution at all.  You have given me zero this far and haven't apologized one time for your huge mistake. The poorest customer service I have ever received when spending this much money.

Topps considers this issue closed.  The consumer has his card back as he requested after rejecting all offers to correct the issue.

Topps does not guarantee quantity of variations in a box/case the consumer is mentioning in claim. Odds of the cards the consumer is looking for are based on the print quantity of the product as a whole.

As advised to [redacted], the card was reproduced. The card was completed and shipped to him in March 2015. Tracking # [redacted]

Topps system is designed to create unique codes for redemptions, the system cannot duplicate the code. To research this issue further, we request [redacted] to mail the redemption card to Topps Company: Topps Company [redacted]

[redacted] was advised this card is being remade since a value cannot be agreed upon. The card will be available once production is completed by the end of March 2015.  This has been expedited, normally production is about 12 months, not the 4 months we are completing this card in.

Hello.Our brand team who has been investigating this call out with the UFC.  We received this relic directly from the UFC labeled from this event.  Due to the lapse in time since the event, it has been challenging to determine where the discrepancy has happened with labeling the mat....

 Since we have been informed of this, we have stopped using the relics.  If and when additional information on this discrepancy become available, we will notify you.Customer comments:[redacted]

Topps worked directly with consumer on replacements for the original cards. The original cards became available and were sent to the consumer in place of the subs sent. Tracking # [redacted]

[redacted] has worked with our customer service department for equal current market value on some of the cards due to him. If [redacted] is interested in substituting any other cards, he can contact [redacted] or ###-###-####.

This is the same thing they have offered and is not a fair compromise for someone who spent $525.00 and didn't receive what was advertised. I not don't have w chane to get a case hit or any of the color refractors. I would like a better more fair solution
