June 11, Dear [redacted] ***, After reading [redacted] rejection letter since no new questions or concerns have been asked for the Travel Center to answer our reply is basically go back and read my first correspondence to find the answers you are seekingIt has become very clear now that [redacted] still does not know the difference between the companies [redacted] continues to request the Travel Center to refund funds that were not collected by the Travel CenterThe documentation the [redacted] supplied your agency is not from the Travel CenterI guess [redacted] has difficulty in understanding or deciphering company's names or remembering which company sent her whatSo once again the Travel Center is being blamed for other company's responses, quotes and or non-responsesWith that being said The Travel Center has answered all the questions asked by [redacted] The Travel Center has supplied written and signed documentation from [redacted] to stand behind my explanation of what truly happened between the Travel Center and [redacted] No further correspondence is required from the Travel Center and none will be forth coming.Please refer [redacted] to [redacted] for the $1,she is seeking to be refundedSince [redacted] is the company that sold [redacted] the productPlease remind [redacted] that she refused to follow the guidelines / restrictions once again that was her choice not the Travel Centers for her not to follow the program and chose to upgrade her vacationSincerely, The Accounting Department

August 18, Dear [redacted] ***,After reading the letter and pulling [redacted] 's file this is what we haveOn March 5, [redacted] called requesting an extension on the expiration date of her vacation booking documentsOn March 13, our office mailed her the extension letter extending the date of her vacation voucher for December 31, 2014.This extension is for the booking process not the travel by date [redacted] just needs to book her travel by that date not to have traveled by December 31, :Our last correspondence from [redacted] was on March 13, I would suggest that [redacted] contact [redacted] to apply for new date before her vacation expires on December 31, The new dates of travel can be in of her choice as long as it follows there booking date requirementsIf [redacted] would like to request a refund from The Travel Center please have it submitted to TCWWCustomerService@ gmail.comSince the Travel Center has provided [redacted] with the extension and the opportunity to book her travel I do not believe a refund can be issued since the funds were paid to [redacted] s to purchase the booking documents on [redacted] s behalf per her signed request and [redacted] s will not refund the Travel CenterSince [redacted] s has not voided her vacation and are just requesting [redacted] to submit new dates there is nothing we can do to help [redacted] with that processAlso on the signed document it covers that the Travel Center is not responsible for any advertisement of the product you purchased or verbal agreements made by the company you purchased it from.Sincerely,Donna Comptroller

February 26, Dear ** [redacted] , In response to a rejection letter our office received concerning a **, [redacted] , in pulling ** [redacted] file and going over all the records and her complaint this is what was foundThe main issues of the rejection letter are being addressed to the other company [redacted] Since we are not part of that company we cannot answer for them or what conversations have taken place with that companyIn [redacted] written terms and conditions it goes over the booking process and the different companies that are involved in the booking processOn our signed documents in ** [redacted] ’s file it states that “The airline vouchers may or may not be able to be used with some of the vacations offered”If ** [redacted] would have called one of our customer service agents would have been able to go over the travel datesYes, some clients add additional days to their travel plans or use the airline voucher at a different timeThe email address that the refund request was sent to is incorrect email I provided the correct email address in the first correspondenceAll refund requests must be sent to refund email departmentI am sorry that ** [redacted] feels that [redacted] mislead herHere at the Travel Center we make every attempt to answer all customer questions and make every attempt to solve any problem we canLike when ** [redacted] did not register her voucher within the time frame requiredWe have mailed the extension letter and stickers to ** [redacted] as requested back in November of to book her selection in the attempt to help ** [redacted] When a refund is request is received from ** [redacted] to the correct department at the Travel Center the refund process can be startedOnce all the different agencies involved files have been closed that ** [redacted] stated in her letter she has written to as of this date we have not received any letters from the agencies mentionedThe refund department will respond with ** [redacted] ’s options and what steps must be taken Since the Travel Center has answered all questions and have mailed the extension items per requested and still ** [redacted] has chosen to involve other agencies in her attempt to contact [redacted] with the complaint issues with that companyNo further correspondence is required from the Travel Center to your agency so please close the file concerning the Travel Centers portion of her complaint Sincerely,

July 10, To Whom It May Concern; After reading and looking over all of the documentation provided as well as the letter that you have provided we are unfortunately very confusedReading over the letter in it's entirety from your office shows that [redacted] is stating that her complaint has been submitted due to the fact that The Travel Center has told her to submit $to get "free" airline and lodgingUnfortunately we state that we are highly confused about this because it does not make sense that at any point anyone would submit any funds of any kind for a "free" vacation.On the documentation that [redacted] sent to our company for her activation it states the following: "Once your certificate has been activated you will receive an email confirmation link, along with booking instructions." Blow this it states the terms and conditions which say the following: "Travelers are responsible for government taxes, book, and activation feeTaxes and fees for the vacation are dependent on the length of the cruise or hotel stay and season of travel." This information shows that the information provided from the customer to the Travel Center states specifically that the vacation is not free and that [redacted] will be responsible for more than just the activation feeThis information is again re-worded in the activation confirmation that [redacted] received the same day that her activation fee was received and processedThe document that [redacted] received, filled out and returned to our company to be processed is called the “Booking Information Needed" form and states the following, "All vacations and pricing are subject to change without notice prior to confirmed booking." At this point, this also states that you will be responsible for funds, so once again we here at the Travel Center would have no idea what "free" vacation [redacted] is referring toBoth of these documents have been copied highlighted for your convenienceUnfortunately [redacted] is stating that we are asking her for $On 7/6/ [redacted] contacted us regarding this information and a customer service agent that was assisting her informed her that we have no idea what she was referring toThe only information that we have sent since the return of the "Booking information needed" form would be the email sending [redacted] to the booking companyWithin this email she is to send a $deposit to the booking company so that the booking company may book the vacation she is requesting, without this deposit sent to the booking company she cannot contact them and they will not know that she exists because she is not yet a customerWe contacted the booking company, [redacted] has not done this therefor the booking company has not contacted herThis means that as we stated to [redacted] on 7/6/we have no idea what the $is that she is referring to, at this time she threatened to contact you and our representative let her know that until the complaint is closed we can no longer assist herThis is company policy after a threat against the company is madeAt this time, we are willing to in good faith towards pleasing [redacted] offer a partial refund to her because it seems that she is highly confused and even though she has been provided with two different documents stating that funds will be required she is somehow under the impression that the vacation is to be freeThe partial refund we are willing to offer would be a $partial refund out of the $that was sent to our companyAt this time we feel in no way are we obligated to refund [redacted] at all due to the "Booking Information Needed" document that she filled out, signed and returned stating the following: "Once travel documents and booking codes are ordered and purchased by the Travel Center at your request, there cannot be any refunds of any fees collected by the Travel Center" and by our company sending the email on 6/26/that included [redacted] 's login information to the website to begin booking with her booking company, we have fulfilled our obligationIf [redacted] wishes to take advantage of the partial refund being offered please have her email our refund department at TCWCustomerServices@***.com referencing that she accepts the partial refund offered in the Revdex.com correspondenceSincerely, The Accounting Office

February 12, Dear [redacted] ***, I will be providing copies of documents that were signed and sent to the Travel Center from [redacted] In [redacted] letter to your office it states the purchased of a travel packages was from Corporate Travel DiscountersThis is the company that sent [redacted] to our company to provide a booking company for the Bonus Vacation of their choice.On the first document sent to the Travel Center from [redacted] with the activation fees please note that where it says the Bonus Vacation Requested [redacted] put "Other all Inclusive"From the notes at the top of the page it looks like it says 7-Hawaii, 7-Puerto Rico, 3-Vegas and then if go to HawaiiThe Travel Center does not offer FREE VacationsOn the Booking Information Forms that [redacted] sent in to our office it covers some of the restrictions of the Bonus Vacations have such as travel during Non-peak season, flight restrictions for Tuesday & Wednesdays and Non-peak travel times, it also covers our refund policy Once travel documents and booking codes are ordered and purchased by the Travel Center at your request, there cannot be any refunds of any fees collected by the Travel CenterThis document was signed by [redacted] accepting our terms and conditionsThat same document states that The Travel Center is not responsible for any advertisement of the product you purchased or written or verbal agreements made by the company you purchased it fromIf you have any questions about the package please call that companyThe Travel Center purchased the access codes for [redacted] to the booking company's online servicesI have enclosed copies of different vacation quotes that [redacted] asked for and declined to bookCould it be that [redacted] sent [redacted] to the wrong company if [redacted] thinks these vacations are to be FREE? In all of the quotes that the booking company gave [redacted] it covered, if the request was not within the guidelines and restrictions of the Bonus Vacation the surcharges were applied as stated in the signed documents from [redacted] The settlement that [redacted] is seeking was not paid to the Travel Center as [redacted] said she paid Corporate Travel Discounters that amountSince [redacted] received the last quote from the booking company on February 9, and your letter is dated February 6, That is another reason why I believe the refund request should to go to Corporate Travel Discounters [redacted] still has a year to book with the booking company since the access codes cannot be cancelled.As to the statement that Victoria with the Travel Center was speaking to [redacted] at [redacted] , which must have been the reservationist that was working on one of [redacted] 's quotesSometimes the booking company reservationist, don't work in the same office as the customer service representatives for [redacted] [redacted] can always email the booking company reservationist that is working on the quote with questions or request by email to speak to the agentSometimes if mutable quotes are requested at different dates it is possible that each quote comes from a different booking agent since all the quotes are done on lineSincerely,Donna Comptroller

June 4, Dear [redacted] ***,After reading over the documentation that [redacted] sent to the Travel Center with her rejection letter from your office, all of the documentation enclosed proved that the Travel Center has not collected any funds from [redacted] If either of you would have taken the time to read to whom the cancelled check was made payable to prior to sending this correspondence to me, you would have read the check was made payable to [redacted] ***, LLCThis is not the Travel CenterMatter of fact all of the documentation enclosed is from [redacted] The Travel Center does not advertise, sell or promote our company to the general publicThe only way a customer receives our information is from another companyThe document with the promo code of ZAT was sent to [redacted] by [redacted] This form is the one that should have been filled out to mail to our office with the activation feesPlease notice the bold print on this document “The Travel Center is only responsible for providing you with the proper booking documents for the on line booking center, and is not responsible for the sale or advertisement of this productIf you have any questions regarding the purchase of your vacation program please contact [redacted] ( [redacted] ”I also read within their terms and conditions is there mailing address so please forward her letter and concerns to [redacted] or provide proof via cancelled front and back of a check that a payment was received by the Travel CenterWe do not have her name in our accounting system as receiving any payment from [redacted] Until such time you can provide proof that a payment was made to the Travel Center no further correspondence is required or will be forth coming.Sincerely, The Accounting Department

April 30, Dear [redacted] ,In reading your letter and in pulling [redacted] file we have not received a refund request from [redacted] In [redacted] complaint it is clear that all of her conversations have been with Adventure to remember not our office the Travel CenterSince we do not have extensions or any one employed with the name [redacted] mentionedI have enclosed a copy of the signed document that [redacted] faxed to our office requesting the booking documents and the receipt from the post office that those documents have been delivered.On the signed document it states that the Travel Center is not responsible for any advertisement of the product you purchased or written and verbal agreements made by the company you purchased it fromIf you have any questions about the package please call that companySince [redacted] has the booking company information and their terms and conditions for the vacation requested [redacted] will need to contact that company to make her vacation reservationsIf no contact has been made to the booking company I do not see how the reservations can be made otherwiseThe Travel Center cannot make her travel arrangements [redacted] has all the information needed to book her vacation that she is requesting in her letter to be honored[redacted] is requesting to have the vacation honored and a refund? [redacted] is requesting a refund for this amount was not paid to the Travel CenterIf [redacted] would like to request a refund from the Travel Center an email needs to be sent to [redacted] ***We will be more than happy to process the refund requestUnfortunately because we have sent out the vacation vouchers to the client the only way that the Travel Center can offer them a partial refund is if the vouchers have not registered, written on or used the vacation vouchers in any way and can return them back to the Travel Center in the same condition that they were sent to themOn the signed document it states that any changes or cancellations made later may result in a small administrative change feeOnce travel documents and booking codes are ordered and purchased by the Travel Center at your request, there cannot be any refunds of any fees collected by the Travel CenterPlease instruct [redacted] to move forward however she chooses [redacted] will need to contact the other company that the other fees were paid to if she chooses the refund option

After reading the letter from Ms [redacted] and pulling her file this is what I have in responseOn April 20, The Travel Center received Ms***'s activation payment of $check number ***On April 20, On the same day Ms [redacted] payment arrived at the Travel Center an email was sent to [redacted] with an attachmentThe attachment was the Booking Information Needed FormThis form is used to assign customer to a booking company, and provide the online access codes to request their travel datesOn April 24, The online access codes were emailed to Ms***This is the last correspondence we have received from Ms***During our busy season it is sometime difficult to get through to a live personOn the recording it gives an email address of [redacted] this is provided, so that customers can email their questions for our customer service representatives to answer during our peak season and after hour's callersIf Ms [redacted] would like to receive a refund please have her send the request to [redacted] this is our refund departments email addressA partial refund in the amount of $can be refunded to Ms***Since the Travel Center had to purchase the access codes to the booking company websitePlease inform Ms [redacted] that a check will be mailed to herPlease have Ms [redacted] put her current mailing address in her email request and to mention the comptroller's name Donna to speed up the processSincerely, The Accounting Office

June 17, Dear [redacted] After reading the second rejection letter to your agency from [redacted] and pulling his file this is the steps that need to be taken.In [redacted] ***’s rejection letter he is still refusing to close the case with the Travel Center so that the refund can be issuedThat is the Travel Centers policyAt this point no further correspondence is required or will be forthcoming from the Travel Center since a refund was offered but rejected.Sincerely

After Reading [redacted] ***'s Letter and pulling his file this is my final response to [redacted] ***As you read the documents that I have enclosed and supplied copies of you will see that these questions and concerns have already been addressed with [redacted] ***on September 2, Please read my highlighted areas on the enclosed documents that [redacted] signed and sent in to The Travel Center, these copies are for your recordsPlease sitdown before you read and look over the graphic emails that [redacted] sent to The Travel Center Nowhere on The Activation Form that [redacted] signed and sent in with his payment to The Travel Center does the word FREE appearThat document states that “Travelers are responsible for all government taxes and booking feesTaxes and fees for the bonus vacation depend on the length and season of travel and will be paid directly to the travel provider"This statement alone should have told [redacted] that any of the bonus vacations offered Were not FREEAlso the money that [redacted] sent to The Travel Center was for the activation portion of the vacation of his choice not for the taxes he claims to have paid to The Travel CenterOn the Activation Form it also states that "Recipient must mail the activation fee of $69,per person, by check or money order within weeks of the issue date, issue date is registered as the date the client received this form"So I have no idea how [redacted] thought that he was paying his taxes when the document said the fee being paid were for his activationIt is clear that that [redacted] has a hard time comprehending what he is reading, and chooses to retain what he thinks will benefit him, and not what is in print that he is actually readingOn the signed Travel Center Booking Information Needed Form it covers our refund policy and vacation pricing again: "Once travel documents and booking codes are ordered and purchased by The Travel Center at your request, there cannot be any refunds of any fees collected by The Travel Center"“The Travel Center is not responsible for any advertisement of the product you purchased or written and verbal agreement made by the company you purchased it fromIf you have any questions about the package please call that company”“ALL VACATION PRICING ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE PRIOR TO CONFIRMBOOKING"Once again these statements are telling [redacted] the vacation he chooses is not FREE and that The Travel Center has to PAY for the access Codes that Were sent to [redacted] ***That is why The Travel Center cannot and will not refund [redacted] since no explanation was given as to why he was requesting the resundWith all the documentation I have supplied I am sure once you have read and reviewed the graphic photos [redacted] Sent to Our Company, not to mention his horrid languageA police report was filed in Maryland and Oregon to get [redacted] to stopIf [redacted] was promised FREE airfare than [redacted] needs to go to the company that made those promises to him and to leave The Travel Center alone [redacted] would never give the refund department a reason he was requesting a refundInstead [redacted] Chooses to threaten our company and our staff members, and to go to a seminar and have some fun with those people as [redacted] stated in his email correspondenceAll due to his lack of comprehension of what was in writing that [redacted] Willingly signed and sent to our officeHow was The Travel Center to know that he could not or did not read the documents before signing themNo further communication is required by The Travel Center and none will follow this is my final response, Sincerely, The Accounting Department

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:There is nothing else to be done with this complaint, although I am not satisfied with the response The Travel Center referred me to [redacted] , which is where I mailed our $deposit They are the "processing center," according to The Travel Center The two businesses share the same address, and are, I think, part of the same business operation The Travel Center uses advertising to get travelers to think they can receive the free airline tickets I already indicated what that advertising was in my earlier complaint Then the traveler sends in the deposit to [redacted] Once the quote for the price of the tickets has been made, which is in fact the same price as one can find online, the deposit will not be returned I had emailed [redacted] , as directed in the letter The Travel Center sent to you, and [redacted] responded with an answer saying that they would not return the deposit because we had already received our quote for the price of the tickets They are correct in that this "no-return" policy is stated on the form we completed with our deposit So we will not have our deposit returned, but our complaint is more about the operating policies of these two entities than it is the loss of the moneyThey conveniently are two businesses operating as one, so that the Travel Center can then refer complaints to [redacted] *** [redacted] had complaints about these businesses the last time I looked, and I noticed that there were other business names used in association with The Travel Center, as well as other locations for [redacted] ***, so my conclusion is that there are a number of complicated business set-ups to lure travelers into these schemesI consider this issue closed, so perhaps I should have checked "accept the response." I checked the other reply because the whole response, and that of [redacted] is such an unacceptable business response and procedure Thank you for your time in this matter Regards, [redacted]

November 11, Dear [redacted] ***,After reading the letter and in an attempt to pull [redacted] file it has come to my attention that [redacted] has never paid the Travel Center any fundPlease have [redacted] check to see what company the payments were made to and forward the request to them.I believe that this letter was sent to our company the Travel Center by mistakeIt is possible that our information was sent to [redacted] by the company that the purchase from or the Seminar attendedOur company the Travel Center does not advertise sell or promotes our company to the general public[redacted] has not paid the Travel Center the funds requested so the request to be refunded is not possibleThe Travel Center does customer service for several online booking companies in an attempt to assist in filling out the online documents and to answer any questionsAll of the online booking companies have a no refund policyOn their websites to book their clients have to click on that response to their no refund policy to receive their quote requestedIt is clear that [redacted] is upset with [redacted] VacationsThis is the company that said it was free not the booking company or the Travel Center so please forward her refund request to [redacted] Vacations.Sincerely,Donna Comptroller

July 11, Dear [redacted] ***,After reading the letter it is clear that the [redacted] is upset with the company that they attended the presentation with after pulling The [redacted] file this is what was foundI have enclosed copies of the documents for your recordsI have numbered the documents and high light in yellow the areas that the [redacted] stated was not disclosed to themIt covers the area that the Travel Center does not advertise, sell or do the promotion that they attendedAll of the complaint issues are covered in the documents I have enclosedThe [redacted] also changed their travel date twice.#On May 15, we received the action form and fee of $from the ***Please note that our telephone number is on this document that the [redacted] underlinedThis document also covers the fees, taxes that the client is expected to pay for the vacationNowhere on this document does it say FREEVACATIONIt also covers that these vacations are for off peak season travelPeak season travel is available at peak season ratesCertain day and time of flight restrictions applyThis document was given to the [redacted] at the time of the presentation.#This is the document that [redacted] ** [redacted] sent to our office that covers the issues that were brought up in the complaintThis document was email to the [redacted] after their activation payment was receivedAs you can see they needed to know the surcharge for the April reservation requestThey have also underlined the Monday and Tuesday departure date for the flightThis document also covers our refund policyIt covers that the Travel Center is not responsible for any advertisement of the product you purchased or written and verbal agreements made by the company you purchased it fromIf you have any questions about the package please call that companyIf the [redacted] had questions they should have called our office.# This is the document that was emailed to the [redacted] concerning the Peak Season Travel.#Is a copy of the email correspondence to and from the ***.I am sorry that the [redacted] feels that they have been swindled by the Travel CenterHere at the Travel Center as you can see and read by all the attached documents we make every attempt to ensure that each client is aware of the fees and taxes that needs to be paidThis should have explained that the vacation is not FREEUntil travel dates are submitted for a quote there is no way to know what the cost could be since airlines, hotel fees change daily depending on availabilityThe Travel Center just cannot insure that the clients read the documents before signing them or take the time to call our customer service number to ask questions prior to requesting their booking dates.The vacation that the [redacted] selected was for a day nights, all- inclusive with airSince the Travel Center is not the booking company we cannot know if any other request were made to upgrade the room or extend the vacationWe also cannot insure that the vacation will not be taken at their second date selection in November since we are not the booking companyThat is why no refunds are given once the booking company is involved.The [redacted] stated the cost was nearly $1,dollarsThis was for a day nights allinclusive hotel with round trip air is not a bad price since all their food, beverages alcohol and nonmotorized sports and entertainment is includedLess than $per person for an all-inclusive vacation is not a bad price since they are also taking a loss in pay in that cost of a vacationSo in reality the vacation is very inexpensive for what they are getting.I suggest that this case be closedSince all of the [redacted] concerns have been address in thesigned documents I have enclosed and in this letterIf they have the advertising issues please have them contact the company that they attended the presentation with.Sincerely,Donna Comptroller

March 6, Dear [redacted] ***,After reading the letter and pulling [redacted] ***'s file this is what was foundThe package was purchased from First Select Travel not the Travel CenterOn the signed document that [redacted] mailed to the Travel Center, that ware sent to [redacted] from FST that said document covers "The Travel Center is only responsible for providing you with the proper vacation vouchers, and is not responsible for the sale or advertisement of this productIf you have any questions regarding the purchase of your vacation program please contact the company that you purchased it from"This was mailed to the Travel Center with the activation feeThis document should have told [redacted] that the Travel Center did not sell the product that was purchased that she is clamming that the Travel Center sold her.The second document was faxed to our office and it states “This promotion is for non-peak season travel (including days before or after any major promotional travel Holiday) with a Tuesday and Wednesday departureThe Travel time and departure dates may be bypassed with the knowledge that this violates your promotional offer and will subject you to a possible surcharge"It also covers the same acknowledgement that the "Travel Center is not responsible for any advertisement of the product you purchased or written and verbal agreements made by the company your purchased it fromIf you have any questions about the package please call that companySome vacations are for two travelers onlyAdditional passengers can be added at the time of booking for some vacationsAny problems or complaints between you and the Seller I promotional company regarding other promotions not contained in your promotional brochure must be addressed with the seller / promotional company only, and are not the responsibility of the Travel Center." Since the Travel Center has no knowledge of what was purchased or what was included in the purchase [redacted] needs to take the issues in this letter to First Select Travel for them to rectifyAlso [redacted] is familiar with the cruise line schedules this document with at Tuesday or Wednesday flight departure should have thrown up red flags to [redacted] since the company that sold the package included airfareThe Travel Center can only offer what the booking companies have on their discount website since we do not book the travel.The next document enclosed is the Vacation Reservation Center request formPlease not the additional comments requested provided from [redacted] ***She is acknowledging that the request is under the day window and requesting two cabins not oneThis is not within the restrictions or the guidelines of the Vacations that the Travel Center's booking companies offerThe booking company's only give quotes for what is requested [redacted] states that the airfare is free in her letter but expects to pay taxesSo any payment means that it is not FREE not to mention that she is adding additional travelers and cabins to the reservationWith all that said the Travel Center cannot book travel as stated on the signed documents from [redacted] ***The request is for the travel that was purchased to be honoredSo [redacted] will need to go back to the company that the vacation was purchased from to achieve her request for that said company to book her travel needsSince all the documents that [redacted] signed clarified these detail along with the Travel Center cannot issue a refund once the online booking codes have been issued and paid for from the Travel Center the quote has been received [redacted] has a year from that date to submit other quotes to the vacation booking companyPlease direct [redacted] to the company that the purchase was made from to achieve her request and vacation.Sincerely,Donna Comptroller
