I own a house at *** *** Drive A tenant obtained services thru Orkin and this tenant has now moved out Services are no longer wanted Yet it appears Orkin has been charging my card and entering the property (or at least billing for services) without authorizationIn June/July a new tenant moved in and said Orkin had came and they told them they didn't have any idea of what was going on and they didn't let them in the property After recent review of my credit cards, I see I have been billed on 8/1/and 10/3/I called me new tenant and asked if they had allowed Orkin in and/or knew anything; they did not
I had my secretary call Orkin and instruct them they are no longer to be servicing this property - my understanding was that was not a good call and they were very rude
When I received my October credit card statement and saw the bill, I sent a letter to both my local Orkin company as well as their corporate office via certified mail to stop all services and

Service and billing to change from monthly to quarterly - change initially approved over phone by Orkin
In June of this year we contacted Orkin to change our service from monthly to quarterly They initially agreed over the phone, but Orkin continues to bill us monthly After numerous phone calls, not being able to get beyond the secretary to speak to someone, and though promised a service representative would call us back, we get no response to our efforts to clear this matter Furthermore the secretary, who gave her name as *** *** claims there are no records of our previous calls Help!!! Last call made to Orkin at XXX-XXX-XXXX was made on 9-19-at 11:a.m

In I made a comprehensive deal with a salesperson that is no longer with the company, but with the understanding that the termite issue would be dealt with, and paid for insurance year to year to protect against future issuesThis was done badly, but partially rectified
However, I made a comprehensive deal that also included moisture clearancePromises were made that it would last at least 10-yearsAt the very least it should have at least fixed the original problemWhich was water standing and worse they were absolutely supposed to repair insulation and any wood growing fungus/mold/et alI was clear that I wanted the problem solved in one contract, not drip drip ongoing costs, not without being upfront about it early onI paid thousand dollars give or take a few dollars, majority of it water resolutionOnly years later their inspector revealed not only is standing water under the house, but advanced mold/fungus is eating at the woodWorse yet, this is fungus/

We have had a contract with Orkin over years, mainly for termites and powder post beetles control, and have never experienced any problemsLast November we added the ant control contract and have had nothing but problems with themToday is the 3rd straight appointment that they have missed with us no call just a no showWhen they have shown up, we have had to call them back for a redo of the service because the ants are still hereOrkin is the one who schedules the appointments, and we try to accommodate them with ours, so they must have some real issues with their staffNO EXCUSE FOR IT!

I have sent letters to the company CEO in addition I met with the CSR Manager, who stated I would be contacted but I have not heard back I have a service report that was signed by me for work that was NOT done but was charged for work that was done by True Tech in the amount of $for rodent services as I was not sure if it was a mouse or squirrel It turns out that I found out that True Tech is owned and operated by the parent company of Rollins/Orkin The True Tech Representative told me I needed a pest control company to handle the mouse that may be present in the attic and he was there to address the apparent squirrel They are both rodents and should have been handled as such RODENTS I told True Tech that I should not need a pest control company as I called them to address the squirrel and/or mouse A day later, there was an Orkin guy,*** *** (salesperson) parked outside my home I told him I did not call Orkin and he said he was in the area DECEPTION is not tole

I signed a month contract with orkin and they were suppose to come out once a month and it it now going on almost months that they have been out to spray our premises I schedule at least 4-appointments with them and they have NOT shown up one time I take off of work just to wait for them and they don't even call I signed a contract with them and I'm holding my end to the contract and they don't even care Everytime I call them they can't even give me a reason why I one shows up and then they tell me lets reschedule and then once again no one shows up This is not a good way to do business especially since they charged me for my first visit Please help

Since I started and paid for my contract with Orkin I have been unable to get serviceI have attempted to contact the local and corporate offices
I started service with Orkin on 01/20/and paid in full for a one year contract/bond for a drywood and subterranean termite bondOn 05/11/17, I emailed the Orkin representative who initiated my contract/bond, *** ***, to inform him of the issueHe never responded so I called *** on 05/31/to schedule service because there were drywood termite carcasses and wings throughtout my homeI was told that no one would be available to come to my home until 06/14/between a.mand a.mI was told that I would receive a courtesy call approximately minutes prior to my technician's arrival I did not receive an email or courtesy call regarding the scheduled appointment I had to take the morning off from work and when no one had arrived by a.m., I called *** and spoke with a female who confirmed my appointm

Company had billed me for service not rendered Technician came to home on 9/14/and was supposed to treat home for pest I have surveillance video showing technician arriving at my home, ringing door bell, and then re-entering his truck where he sat for minutes and then drove off I then received a bill for the service that was not performed My wife and I have had suspicions that this was occurring on previous dates in which we paid, at least other times @ $per incident (that's $336.78) and I'm being billed for another $ We now have video surveillance proof that this company was committing fraud/theft

Home has termite bond with a rebuild contract Termites caused damage to the front porch of home, Repairs made and Orkin will not reimburse
On 12-09-2015, I noticed that the baits for the residence had not been checked as they were all filled with dirt I called the local office and they stated that they had been recently checked I informed them that they were full of dirt and they could send a technician out to check They informed me that Orkin is no longer using the baits that I had in the ground and so they replaced them On 12-16-15, during a renovation, I had noticed that termites were active in the front door area of the home I informed the local office and the Manager *** *** along with a termite technician in inspect the damage Photos and video were also taken that day *** stated that they would be taking care of everything and not to worry A retreat was performed and then the area was rebuilt I sent an email to *** ref to the pictures and the cost

We received an invoice from Orkin for the annual termite inspection The invoice was paid on Sept7, No one from Orkin attempted to contact me to arrange a time for the service After a two or three weeks I contacted Orkin and they schedule an inspection for October and treatment for October A couple of days later I received a call from a local representative from Orkin stating that we needed to schedule the inspection We settled on October 20th for the inspection and any necessary treatment Orkin personnel failed to appear on either October or October

Service was canceled as I had changed to another firm Service was not done, but Orkin continues to bill me for work not done
I spoke with their receptionist to cancel service and cease any future services That was about a week prior to 5/service date Service technician called on 5/to confirm service for the following day--I told him not to come as I had canceled Orkin and changed providers I called Orkin again when I received a past due invoice for 5/service WHICH WAS NOT DONE Three phone calls have occurred, yet Orkin continues to bill me

I purchased bed bug extermination and it is guaranteed for thirty days I called the man that sprayed our home and informed him that we are still finding bugs within the thirty days and he told me that he would call me back to set up a time to come over I never received a call back so I went out and bought a can of bug spray and sprayed the area that I found the bugs I am still finding bugs and the single application that I paid $for so I contacted the main office to see if there was any other applications of bug spray that are covered by the fee I already paid The lady named Heather told me that there was nothing that they could do now that it's out of the thirty days, and I told her that I contacted the man within the thirty days but he never called me back She said that they could come and do another inspection and if they recommend treatment I would have to pay another $for service and this would be changed because they failed to make good on their day service

Orkin reached out to me, as is their custom and habit, yesterday to schedule a pest control service For the time they have been our pest control service provider, this has been the routine: They call, they receive permission to complete the service, then secure confirmation for a date and time Yesterday they informed me I had a balance for a service provided on January I did not receive a call for any service on January and therefore did not give permission for the service to be provided Further, I did not receive any kind of notice at my home that they had been there and provided a service And, lastly, I did not receive a bill for any service So, I was surprised to learn about this balance Additionally, I would not have given permission for a perimeter spray for ants in the throes of January when there was snow on the frozen ground The representative told me I was responsible for the bill and that it would be submitted to "collections." I don't mind paying for services that are completed but the past two times he never sprayed indoors where the original problem was He never called to even inquire about a time that he could come out At $each time I should be able to get what we are paying for My Boyfriend goes home for lumch so if he would have called we could have arranged a meeting

Signed up with Orkin service in October of made several appointments which were not kept for the initial service and home inspection was promised a week later to check bait stations and new have not received week check up at all .I have called the office on several occasions more than six times setting up at least four appointments which have been cancelled by the company as they do not come out at the schedule time and I've spoken with branch managers and called corporate on today and left a message to speak with someone in corporate regarding the issue

I hired Orkin in to do a limited scope of work, and I cancelled their service in In late 2017, they started charging me for work that they did not perform They claimed that they came to our house to do pest control They did not & they were not hired to do this in any event Despite never performing service, they started sending me bills I called their office several times to dispute the bills, and to affirm that I had cancelled service over a year earlier Each time the office assured me that my service was cancelled However, they continued to send billsThen, in February and March 2018, they made charges to my credit credit card for these bills I never authorized these charges, nor did they perform any service

I called Equifax Credit Bureau and ORKIN had requested a credit check on me about months ago
The tenants had been paying the bill but this month for some reason Rollins questioned who was injuring about the amount I was info
