I called Orkin to exterminate some sand fleas and signed a contract with them in August of They came in August and I called several times to get the to return and no one would call me back In September a sales rep came and apologized stating their service representative had quit, but anothe had been hired But he would get him out hereOn OCT 9th both the termite and the sand flea technicians showed up and began working on my houseI had to leave the house for or hours due to the toxicity of the spray When I returned home the termite technician had left a not that he could not drill holes in the concrete because he had no electricity to do so and would stop by next week I have called numerous times and no one has come They were to spray for the sand fleas every two months and no one had been here since October I finally bought permetherin and sprayed my self to get rid of the sand fleas And I don't know what to do about the termite situation!

Due to being unhappy with this company's service, I had requested a cancellation for a technician to come by last quarter The week before I received a text message from the technician reminding me of the appointment I texted him twice Called and left a voicemail message to cancel and that I would not be home that dayI come home from work to a handwritten invoice on my door for his service I contacted the company the next day about him never responding but still coming by Not sure what he did because there was no access to my back yard They have ignored my request to void this invoice and I am now in collections After calling to day, they only indicate that I contacted the office the day after the scheduled visitI also responded to an emailed invoice, no one has ever contacted me abut my issue Only billed me over and over

I have been treated extremely poorly by Orkin, LLC Eau Claire, WII have been patronized and ignored for months and I am no longer going to accept the extremely poor character of this organizationI am a very well educated female house hold owner who has been trying for multiple months, without appropriate treatment, to get this organization to take care of my obvious bat problem-bats are seen nightly entering my chimney and the construction seam between the side porch and the house by both myself and my neighborsAfter numerous unanswered phone calls, emails, a second opinion from a competitor and inadequate responses to scheduling appointments for my bat evacuation, I was told via voicemail yesterday, Monday the 10th, that there was "no evidence of bats in my chimney or anywhere else." I have used Orkin Pest Control for over years Of late, I have had recurrent visits to treat silverfish in my home without satisfaction Upon cancelling future services I requested reimbursement of the last payment of $ I was told I would receive a check as the charges were from June It is now September and I have not received this check despite calls to Orkin I was told this would be looked into and I would receive a call back which never came

Home Team Pest Defense sent a tech to my house after I signed up for their service I paid the tech (gave my credit card information) and figured everything was taken care of for that service I received a call from the them 2-weeks later accusing me of never paying I called and tall the rep that I would need to look into bank records to ensure I don't pay twice because I gave the tech my information They IMMEDIATELY sent my account to collections I called and paid the bill of course and then CONTINUED to receive notices from collections Home Team never notified the collection company that I paid the bill????? I canceled my service with them
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PARTICULAR HOME TEAM OPERATION!
They still haven't fixed this and it hit my credit score!!!!!

I am a customer who receives monthly treatment by an Orkin technician for pest controlToday I made several attempts to contract the Orkin office that service Columbus, Ohio regarding problems with ants, and spidersThe two ladies that answered the telephone were rude and offensiveThey refuse to hear my concerns nor pass a message to the area managerI was basically told to live with the ants until my next treatment
My agreement offers a come back visit should I have problems before my next scheduled service
I am writing because that offer was denied to meI was told they would not honor the agreement as in the past
When I asked to be in contact with the area manager, they said that that was not possible

Orkin took funds from my account($99.00), from my checking account without provocationI'm charged that fee for my monthly service, which was set for 9/22/I requested via email an in-between service which is no charge

I paid $for a treatment to eliminate bed bugs from my home but they were not eliminated and I had to hire someone else
I hired Orkin to treat for bedbugsThey turned up mattresses and located bed bugs then left them there until they came back a couple days later for treatment, allowing them to potentially move from being disruptedI was assured after treatment they would be gone and I also paid them to inspect and make sure the bugs were gone as part of the serviceThey did not do proper inspections, and some time later I saw a full grown bed bug crawling on a comforter from the walk in closetThey did another treatment, the technician even took $cash from me which I gave to try to get her to come to the house more quicklyThe second treatment did not work either and with weeks I saw two more bed bugsBecause Orkin's treatments were doing nothing, I was forced to hire another company who upon inspecting found a full infestation in the box springs including mature bed

Orkin was called out for what was believed to be a roach infestation but was actually bed bugsWe were told we needed to do some prep work and that they would be back to sprayAfter doing everything exactly as they had asked the technician said he wanted to take pictures to show people how it is supposed to look and that we shouldn't see any more bugs that they would be back in two weeks to spray and kill any eggs that had hatchedThat very same day we found more bed bugs but they told us it will be a three visit process once we complainedOn the second visit they decided not to show up on the scheduled day and asked if we could rearrange for them because something "came up"We reluctantly agreedOnce again we were told we shouldn't see any more bugs but once again that same day were seeing bugsFor the third visit I called ahead and visited in person to one of the Orkin locations to schedule the treatment as we have an infant

Bear with me here as this may be long but I don't want to miss any detailsI was unknowingly traveling to a home in late July, early August that had bed bugs and this person was coming to my home as wellAugust 12th, I noticed a small, almost translucent, bug on my cellular shades in my roomI immediately thought "bed bugs!" Upon my Googling, I thought this could quite possibly be a bed bug nymphI contacted someone (August 13th) who has a husband working for Orkin and sent him the picture and he said "I'll have my inspector come out for a free inspectionFrom the picture it looks like bed bug activityBut I'll have them give you a call to set up a time." I couldn't wait so I called the general Orkin number and set up a time for Tuesday, August 14thOn Tuesday, *** *** came out and did the inspection with my father present since I was at workShe confirmed I had bed bugs in my room and there were eggs in my sons room and sent me all paperwork for treatment of $1100-

I did not sign a contract for to spray pesticides on our property nor did I authorize anyone to trespass on our property to spray without our consentWe have dogs and kids here and do not want this service from OrkinI signed up for three spraying last year and did not approve anymore than thatI will be contacting the local police to get a restraining order for them to stay off our property
When I called the company to find out what is going on I was told that we were locked into a contractI did not sign a contract for a service for this yearI did not want the service and I am extremely upset that they trespassed on our property and sprayed chemicalsI never even got a phone call or email that they were planning to come outUnbelievable

I had an agreement with Orkin to provide external service for antsOn a service date earlier this year, I saw the Orkin guy park in front of my houseHe sat in his truck for about minutes and then he drove away and never came backAfter that, I cancelled the service in writing on August 1, On what would have been the next service date (August 23, 2018), I saw the Orkin truck park a few doors down the street from my houseOnce again, the guy never got out of the truckAfter a few minutes he drove away, and then I received a text message from Orkin asking me to rate the service that was providedThey have also tried to bill me for service on August 23, even though no service was actually provided and the agreement was already cancelledOther consumers should be aware that this business uses deceptive trade practices

The company invoiced me for services performed in August I paid this bill online which the bank shows as having gone out 11/9/ I have received notices from the company with increasing accrued interest despite this I have made calls to the company on this score as well My bank shows the funds as having been drawn The company says they have no record of same I have told them the bill has been paid and asked them to cease and desist with contacting me In the last days I've received more notices by mail.Please help me terminate these harassing contacts for payment of services which has already been tendered
