I requested Orkin services due to the fact that I had bugs in my home In March 2016, I contacted the Orkin rep and asked that he contact me prior to performing the services so that I could be present to let him in my house That has not happened A representative has been coming spraying around my home That is not why I requested services I have contacted Orkin in Huntsville at least times in the last months since I kept getting bills and services were not being performed I talked to a representative back in September and she stated that she would have the manager contact me back That has not happened Since then, I have called at more times and I can only leave a message Yet, I get threatening letters from Orkin Yesterday, I received another bill for services in Nov And, mind you today is only November I told the representative back in September that I wanted to cancel the services but have not even heard back from the manager I am not going to pay for

I hired Orkin in October and paid them over $They sent an "inspector" out to my house because we were being bitten by something and they would determine what it was and then come up with a treatment planThe "inspector" determined it was fleas and carpet beetlesThey came out to treat sending 3-workers for at least hours and said I'd have a repeat treatment in about a weekThe next week, one guy came for maybe an hourThe treatment did not workI called and they came out again several times but again only for 30-minutes by one technicianI called again and texted the technician and Orkin essentially bailed on me for not paying for the bi-monthly outside treatment I also purchasedI stated to them repeatedly that I was not going to pay another dime until I was satisfied with their workI've called the manager and left a message with the person who answered the phone at least times with no call backI called the technician at least twice and sent him a text m

They had come out sometime in November of last month for an inspection, and then they told my wife that the way to get rid of the bugs was this heat treatment, they didnt really inform her of anything they were going to do other than make our whole house degrees and it will get rid of everything when they came out the tech left her no paper work, said we could go in the house after a few hrs, yet we were airing the heat till about in the morning and lost most fish because we couldnt get the fish tank to get cold the tech when I called was very rude, said they were in the middle of changing computer systems so they couldnt do anything, I talked to some manager there and he told me they would come out since I stil saw them elswhere in the house he told me they had the money back guarentee if we went happy, everytime we called they were rude and when they came out the tech was in and out in less than a few minutes then when I called in February to reinspect they said they we

The customer service is TERRIBLE! I signed up for service about a year ago and have only been able to have someone come into my house times to get the house sprayedEvery other time no one called to set an appointment they just came while I wasn't there and sprayed outside and sent me an invoice through email! Orkin was fast to get contract payment plan for my mother inlaw! Nothing changed on there job to get rid of bedbugs!
My mother in-law which is years of age and we found bedbug problems! Orkin came out and treated the house and left more of a mess than anything! they did not treat the house top to bottom like they should so the bugs mainly moved up away from the chemicals they used! On there day guarantee they only came back once and said the bugs are dieing of but never came back to check up on the cituation! It cost my elderly mother in-law $and nothing was really fixed even before there day guarantee! Mother does not know how to resolve this issue because the bugs are still there very bad and now we have to get terminex out here to make it right! we feel that we was cheated and used of our good nature! we would like a refund with orkin and contract terminated,because the job was not done right

I had an infestation with carpenter ants, Orkin provided some possible nest locations with a minimum inspection and begun work right awayThey sprayed around my home and inside every months until the contract was complete
