Review: I have the same issue that has represented here. No confirmation of order. No response to emails and when I disputed it with my credit card company, they claimed first it was a contribution and then claimed that I received the product. It is advertised on Amazon.com as an in stock item and from November ** I have not received the product. I am requesting another inquiry thru the credit card company and sorry that I am involved with a scam. There is no way of cancelling the order or returning it if I was not satisfied with it because they are claiming it was a contribution. That is the biggest scam.Desired Settlement: Want the charge taken off my credit card and hopefully have them stopped from further scamming people.

Response:

We are very sorry for this individuals frustration. We do send out confirmation emails to our supporters when they contribute to our crowdfunding campaign and do not know why this particular individual did not receive theirs. Sometimes the filtering systems on some email accounts do re-direct our emails and, if that is what occurred here, we apologize. We are attempting to reach the individual at the email address that they have provided here to offer them an apology and work toward resolving the issue.Having reviewed our email system thoroughly, we are unable to find any prior emails from this person or from their email account or any emails regarding their transaction. We are unable to determine why their emails did not make it to us, but are committed to answering every email that we receive and usually do so within 48 hours. We are working to reduce that time further. We encourage individuals who are experiencing concerns to contact us directly at [redacted] or by using the contact button on our website. We are always happy to help.We are sorry that this individual was not aware of our crowdfunding status at the time of their contribution. However, we are a crowdfunding company in the shipping stage of the crowdfunding process. With crowdfunding, many people contribute a small amount of money toward a great idea. The inventors take that money and turn it into a fantastic product, which we can then ship to the people who supported us. Because crowdfunding uses the funds collected from our contributors to create, manufacture, and ship our products to our supporters, there is often a delay between the receipt of funds and the shipment of packages, but we are working hard to get thingCHARGERs into the hands of the people who supported us. When supporters who are unaware of this contact us, we try to offer them an immediate explanation and do our best to make them happy. If we are unable to do so, we are always willing to offer them a refund. We also offer a generous return policy and a lifetime warranty when thingCHARGERs are activated. We would be happy to refund this individuals contribution. However, at this time they have opened a dispute with their credit card company. While this dispute is active their banking institution puts a freeze on the transaction and we are unable to return the funds to them. However, if they believe that this dispute no longer active, we encourage them to contact us directly and we would be happy to assist them with a refund. Additionally, the units that are listed on [redacted] are not listed by us or by our distribution partner. These are unauthorized sales placed on [redacted] by an unknown party. We are not affiliated with any sales on [redacted] at this time and we continue to remain focused on fulfilling our obligations to our contributors. We are very sorry that we were unaware of this issues that were concerning this individual, and would be happy to help them in any way that we can going forward.

BUYER BEWARE - my new motto after this experience.
I placed an order for Thingcharger in September 2015. I saw that they were crowd funding but was under the impression that they were already making and shipping them. It was not clear nor did I know that it would be months for me to receive them. It was only after several weeks of not hearing anything that I found out they actually weren't shipping yet. It took over five months to get my order. When I received it, there were shipping costs that had not been clearly identified when I ordered - I paid almost as much for shipping as for the devices and was not happy - I would never have ordered if I'd known.
Nonetheless I was happy to get them. Only after opening them did I find they only came with a micro USB tip, and not the [redacted] device tip - even though all photos of the device included two tips. I tried to contact customer service. They told me that when I ordered the deal was different than it is now. I tried to get clear info about a promised 'free adapter tip' (for registering the device) that was in each box - and kept getting a reply that held no clear information - it talked about an upcoming campaign. I finally had to bluntly ask for an answer to my question - which they did finally answer by saying I would be getting nothing free.
I decided to go ahead and order four Apple tips, since the devices are useless to me without them. Before ordering I sent one more email to customer service to ask about the free tip offer (if they were sending me free tips for registering, I wouldn't spend the money). I got the most ridiculous reply from Catherine saying she's thrilled that I'm happy with the device (I am not - I can't even use it) - then saying she's got some exciting promotion coming up but can't tell me more.
I replied expressing frustration that she did not answer my question, and got the exact same (copy/pasted) reply from Angela - it is truly the most abysmal customer service I have ever seen ... ever.
I did order the tips I need - and of course am paying through the nose for them plus shipping - but otherwise I have 4 boxes of expensive junk sitting around my house - truly disappointing!
(PS I would be returning them, but understand there's a $25 re-stocking fee per device - I will not be giving them any more of my money - and will be telling my friends and family to steer clear.)

Review: I ordered the Thing Charger on Dec *. I called and emailed in January to find out what happened, why it was not delivered yet, there was no response. So I contacted my credit card co to stop payment, they took it off for on e month and now it is back on. Their response to the cc was it is a crowd funded business and they were to email everybody once a week to keep everyone informed. I didn't give my money to fund anything (if I did where is my stock certs.) there never have been any emails, and my purchase receipt says nothing about crowd funding.Desired Settlement: Give me my money back or send me what I ordered

Response:

When this person contacted us at the end of December, we responded explaining crowdfunding and offering them additional free gifts for their continued patience. Having spoken with them today, it appears that they did not receive that response. We have now contacted them via telephone and, after we confirm that their credit card dispute has been resolved, we will be thrilled to ship their thingCHARGERs to them immediately. We are happy to be able to ship this individuals thank-you gifts for participating in our crowdfunding campaign. We are sorry that they were not aware of our crowdfunding status when they selected their package, but are very glad that we were able to offer more information today on the phone.Crowdfunding does work a little differently than traditional investing. In crowdfunding, an inventor comes up with a cool idea. They take that idea to the internet. There, many people each contribute a small amount of money towards turning that idea into a reality. The inventor takes that money and uses it to create and manufacture the product. Then they ship it back out to all the people who supported them.We are happy to ship to this individual and will continue to be in touch via telephone to ensure that our communication is reaching them.

Review: Product does not perform as advertised. Unable to charge iPad and iPad mimi, both with lightning connectors. Product does not make good contact with the charging port on either of these devices. Can't support the item being charges on top of the charger as show on the web site and as advertised. I have tried this multiple times, to charge these devices and have been unable to. Also ordered 3 of these, where you get the 4th one free. All items DID NOT ship with all the different tips, as advertised. One did not have ANY tips included! Communication with this company is extremely poor. Shipping and delivery was a nightmare as well.Desired Settlement: Return Authorization for a full refund.

Business

Response:

We are very sorry that this individual has experienced difficulty adjusting the charging tips to their satisfaction. The charging tips are adjustable to accomodate cases. We have attempted to trouble-shoot the issue with them and have offered to walk them through the process over the phone, but they would prefer to return their package at this time. We are, of course, happy to process a return for them and have sent them the return address and policy regarding restocking. We happily offer a full lifetime warranty and will offer a complete refund for any product that is actually not working to specification following inspection of the item.If they would like to allow us to assist them with adjusting the tips on their thingCHARGER so that the devices that they are charging will rest securely on the unit and charge correctly, we would be happy to help them with that as well. We have been in email contact with this individual regarding their concerns and will continue to work with them to resolve the issue.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I have requested a return authorization for this product based upon the following conditions:1) The product did not work as advertised.2) The product was delivered incomplete, without all the necessary parts to make each of the 4 products that I ordered (all were identical) operable.3) The product was delivered much later than promised.4) I returned all 4 of the (identical) products on January **, 2016, as instructed by the company.5) I have STILL not received my REFUND.6) A partial refund, due to a RESTOCKING FEE is unacceptable.7) I expect a FULL REFUND in the amount of $127.65 which is what I paid for the product.8) In addition I incurred an additional expense, in shipping charges paid by me of $15.54 to return the product. 9) I will accept nothing less than a FULL REFUND of $127.65

Response:

We received this individuals return to our warehouse at 2:39PM on Friday, January [redacted]. Due to this individuals frustration, we are offering them a refund of $119.70 -- the full cost of their perk package, less the costs of shipping which are charged by an outside shipping vendor. That return was processed today, January [redacted], and should be placed into the individuals account by their banking institution in 3-5 business days. thingCHARGERs do work as advertised when used correctly. The tips must be adjusted by pressing a button on the back of the unit and moving the tip until the device being charged rests securely on the thingCHARGER unit. The tips were designed to be adjustable to accomodate different devices and cases. We are very sorry that this individual was not able to adjust the tips to their satisfaction. This individual received all parts of their perk package. The package that they selected was a Choose 3, Get 1 Free package. This package comes with 4 thingCHARGER units with microUSB tips included standard and with 3 Apple Lightning tips added for free as a special perk for our supporters. We are not able to package a free Lightning tip with the free thingCHARGER unit, due to the cost of the Lightning tips. We are sorry about this, but it simply isn't feasible at this time. We do provide an opportunity to add additional tips prior to shipment if our supporters so choose. This individual did not, and a complete summary of the contents of their package was listed on their shipping confirmation page. We are very sorry that they did not receive everything that they would have liked. We are also sorry that this individual did not receive his products as quickly as he would have liked. We make several shipping speeds available and this individual selected standard shipping directly prior to the Christmas holiday. Shipping near the holidays is usually slower and we are sorry that this was the case for this individual. This individual will receive their refund as soon as their banking institution processes it to their account. We understand that this was not the exact resolution that they were looking for, given that we are not able to refund the cost of shipping, and we do apologize for the frustration and upset that they have experienced. We hope that our willingness to expedite their return and our refund of their full package value will help.

We are so sorry that our final checkout process was upsetting in this case. Happily, we were able to work to with this individual and assist them in completing their address verification process. Their package has been shipped and they will receive their thingCHARGERs very soon. Because we are a crowdfunding campaign that is very excited to be shipping after several years of support and development, there has been a time gap between the initial contribution of many of our supporters and when we are able to ship their perk packages. This means that we do have a form where we ask supporters to verify that they have the correct charging tips for their current devices and confirm their shipping information. This individual was not charged any additional funds during this process. We apologize for the frustration and are grateful to this individual for working with us to resolve the issues that were troubling them. Hopefully they will be absolutely thrilled as soon as their thingCHARGERs arrive, but if they have any concerns, we will continue to work with them until they are completely satisfied.

Review: Ordered the thing charger on August *,2015. After many inquiry's I still have not received my product. I keep getting EXCUSES why the product hasn't shipped. This is the first time I have ordered something and to date (11/*/2015) I still have not received my order. This is totally unacceptable. Never has it taken so long to get an order. I am totally disgusted.Desired Settlement: Total Refund of my purchase cost.

Response:

When this transaction occurred thingCHARGER was a crowdfunding campaign. At the time of this writing this individual has received their thingCHARGERs.thingCHARGER is currently a crowdfunding campaign that has started shipping. Crowdfunding has become more and more popular in recent years--Americans are enjoying getting behind new ideas and helping small start-ups succeed. Crowdfunding works a bit differently than a typical "direct sales" and we are shipping out in the order that people supported us.Some people joined us many months before we had our product available and so we are working to send their thingCHARGERs to them first and then working our way through our newer supporters.

Review: I ordered this device through a [redacted] ad that represented it as a product, not as a [redacted] campaign. When I got the credit card statement, I saw that they were designated as a "contribution" and were not actually offering a product, and that they had increased the amount of the charge. They billed me for $127.65. (The email confirmation of the "order" was for $119.70.)Desired Settlement: Refund of the $127.65 charge for the "contribution."

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution, a full refund, is satisfactory as to my interest and the matter has been resolved. I continue to be concerned about their advertising on [redacted] which makes it look like a product and not a [redacted] campaign.

Sincerely,

I ordered some of these a year ago contributing to their startup. This was the first time I had done something like this, and am afraid that I won't do it again. I have yet to receive my shipment although I have emailed them four times. And now I see that they can be ordered on [redacted] and be received in two days. What about taking care of the people that helped you get your business going on the first place ??

I ordered my Thingcharger in December as a Christmas gift. After inquiring about the delay of shipment, I discovered the "crowdfunding" concept. I received the device in late February and started to use it myself on my Iphone 6. Last week it stopped charging my phone and I started to get a message from Apple that the device was not compatible with my phone. I contacted the company and received an email instructing me to reboot my phone or download the most current software update. They also suggested reversing the tip on the charger. I tried all of these but the device still does not work; the last message received from Apple was that it may damage my phone. I will wait to hear from thingcharger to see if it can be returned or replaced. Not happy with this product at all.

Review: Bought into the ThingCharger on 11/*/15. They immediately charged my credit card, and sent me an email stating they were shipping the product. I understood that it would take some time, but it is now January *, 2016 and I haven't heard anything. I tried telephone but got a voicemail. Sent two emails and they sent me a reply with a link that indicated they would be shipping it. When you click to verify, they tell you you need put in ANOTHER credit card number for the TAX or shipping costs. The order summary that they sent me indicated that both of these were covered....

Business

Response:

At the time of these transactions thingCHARGER was a crowdfunding campaign. Crowdfunding is a new platform that allows people to raise money for their project. Later, when the project is complete the selected perk packages and shipped. The original contribution that we received was for the perk package of thingCHARGERs and a base shipping rate.We only charge tax where required and this is based off of the shipping address. When an individual their shipping details we then calculate the taxes, if there are any. The taxes for this product were only charged once.Thank you,Ashley G[redacted]Operations ManagerthingCHARGER Inc.

Review: I ordered thing chargers in October 2015 and still have not received them. I have sent an email to the company and received an immediate "canned" reply.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the product I have paid for.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Sincerely,

Thing Charger has emailed me to indicate ordered items will be mailed soon. An arrival date was not indicated. The email , received 1/*/16, read as follows: Congratulations on getting your thingCHARGERs! Here is your information about shipping: As soon as your shipment is on the truck, we will send your [redacted] tracking number. Please allow a day or two for your email and remember trucks are not loaded on weekends. From the moment it is put on the truck to head your way, we will send updates to your email to let you know. And when it is delivered to your door--you will be alerted immediately.

Review: The advertising for the product was misleading. I ordered 2 thing chargers and never received them. When I inquired with the company they only then told me thank you for crowd funding them. No delivery date is promised. I asked for a refund and have only gotten responses which ignore my request. They want to send me "gifts" now. I am insisting on a full refund of $119.70 plus $7.95 shipping, total $127.65.Desired Settlement: Immediate credit of $127.65 to the credit card used to place the order online.

Business

Response:

We find it unfortunate when there is a misunderstanding, and our Contributor Care team responded and offered a free upgrade for the confusion. Ultimately the individual wanted a refund and one was processed on the [redacted] of December, two days before this complaint was filed. At the time of this transaction, thingCHARGER was still a crowdfunding campaign. Our website, the video, and our FAQ’s all explained this. thingCHARGER is a small startup with a team of people who are extremely committed to getting thingCHARGER to all of our contributors. We began shipping September [redacted] 2015 and have continued to ship as fast as we can.

Review: I ordered this product 10/**/15. My credit card was charged the full amount the same day. To date, over 2 months later, I have not received the merchandise. I tried to call their number, but there is just a message saying they are really busy and they will get back to you, which they don't.Desired Settlement: The product seemed like a good idea but after dealing with these unscrupulous people, I no longer wish to have anything to do with them.

Response:

We are so sorry that this individual did not receive a call back when they left a message on our answering service over the holidays. We are incredibly sorry, but our voicemail service encountered an outage and some messages were lost. We sincerely apologize. We are also sorry that this individual was not aware of our crowdfunding status when they first contributed to our campaign. While we try to make our crowdfunding status clear both in our advertising videos and on our website, we are sincerely sorry when it is missed. As we were happy to explain to this individual, with crowdfunding, many people contribute a small amount of money toward a great idea. The inventors take that money and turn it into a fantastic product, which we can then ship to the people who supported us. Because crowdfunding uses the funds provided by our contributors to create, manufacture, and ship our products to our supporters, there is often a delay between the receipt of funds and the shipment of packages. When we learned that this individual had not understood our crowdfunding status, we attempted to explain and offered to try to meet their expectations. However, they were uncomfortable with our final checkout process and have stated that they initiated a dispute with their credit card company. When this happens, the credit card company puts a hold on the transaction, and we are not able to place funds back into their account during the investigation.Once we receive the notification from the system on the status of the charge back we will go from there. If the charge back was accepted, then there is no further action from us as they will have already received their funds. If the charge back is declined, we will happily process a refund for them.We hope that we can assist them in resolving this to their satisfaction by offering them a refund and ask that they please contact us directly, by returning our email to them or emailing us at [redacted], if they believe that their credit card dispute is no longer active, so that we can begin that process.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

This company is lying about their "crowdfunding" status. There was NOTHING in their online video that indicated they were crowdfunding. They represented it as a product you could buy immediately. I have contributed to crowdfunding in the past but it was always completely obvious and you were specifically told you wouldnt receive the product immediately until the campaign was successful. These people are cheating the public and it is a shame. They are now wanting me to go back to my credit card company"undispute" the charge and then they are claiming they will refund the money, since I no longer want the product. How can I trust they will do that? When I made my original complaint, they suddenly offered to ship the product after over 4 months. It seems to me, they are only shipping product to those who complain. And then they try to get you to upgrade to an even more expensive unit. Again, how do you know if you give them even more money, that you will actually receive the product. I feel like it is a LOSE / LOSE situation. I have NEVER had such problems with a product I purchased on line before. Shameful.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Response:

When we contacted this individual directly to offer them a refund, they stated that their dispute was not longer active with their credit card company. They were issued a refund on January [redacted], 2016. With crowdfunding, many people contribute a small amount of money toward a great idea. The inventors take that money and turn it into a fantastic product, which we can then ship to the amazing people who supported us. Because crowdfunding uses the funds provided by our contributors to create, manufacture, and ship our products to our supporters, there is often a delay between the receipt of funds and the shipment of packages. Right now we are shipping to our earliest contributors -- those who supported us in 2013 and 2014. We are trying to ship in the order in which people contributed, to honor those early supporters. However, when a supporter truly did not understand crowdfunding or is very impatient, we do attempt to work with them to find a solution that will make them happy. At this time we have shipped over 100,000 thingCHARGERs and we continue to work to find ways to ship even more quickly. We do include our crowdfunding status in our videos, but we are very sorry that it was missed and we are truly sorry for this individuals frustration with the process. We hope that they understand that we were unable to assist them with a refund while their dispute was active with their bank. Which isthe only reason that we suggested that they close that dispute -- so that we could return their money to them more quickly. We are grateful that they were willing to work with us to allow us to refund them more quickly.

Sincerely,

Review: The website for this product implies that it is a finished product ready to ship.It even charges shipping and shows most commonly purchased. It additionally has testimonials of people that have allegedly used the product and found it useful.Only in find print at the bottom of an obscure part of the page is there a link that further establishes that indeed there is no product at that you are just contributing to product development. The phone number goes to an answering machine only and no product has been shipped in the two years the product has been allegedly under development. The advertising is deceptive and money is fraudulently being taken from consumers who think they are purchasing a product. I want a refund of the money I sent in January for 4 of this product with no-disclosure that there was in fact no product and that I wasn't making a good-faith purchase being clearly made on the website.Desired Settlement: Full refund of my money.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. That said, the vendor should have to change their website to make it clear that consumers are not purchasing a product but only supporting a fundraising to launch a product.

We are sincerely sorry. It sounds as if this individual was unaware that thingCHARGER is still a crowdfunding campaign. Because crowdfunding uses the funds collected from our contributors to create, manufacture, and ship our products to our supporters, there is often a delay between the receipt of funds and the shipment of packages. We are thrilled to have reached the shipping stage of this process and are working hard to get thingCHARGERs into the hands of all our amazing supporters.

They need to be responsive to customer inquiry and follow through.

Business

Response:

When this individual reached out to us, we were happy to explain crowdfunding and our shipping timeline. Because crowdfunding uses the funds collected from our amazing supporters to create, manufacture, and ship our products to our supporters, there is often a long delay between the receipt of funds and the shipment of packages. This can feel like a problem to individuals who are unfamiliar with crowdfunding, but it is a normal part of the process. We are terribly sorry that in this case that lag time caused concern. Our records show that this individuals package has been shipped and is in transit at this time. We truly hope that they will reach out to us with any further concerns they may have.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this issue is in the process of being resolved. They have shipped my product and according to the FedEx tracking, the product should arrive on 1/**. The advertisment for the product was not clear that it was a crowdfunding promotion and that is where the problem lies.

Sincerely,

Review: Fine print AFTER credit card information is entered. I was mislead in thinking that I was buying the product, but what they trick you into doing is donating to their start-up. THIS PRACTICE IS DECEITFUL.

"Contribute now to our pre-launch campaign and receive thingCHARGER(s) as an awesome thank-you perk from us when we ship."

Their intention were NOT clearly disclosed. They charged my credit card, but will not send the product!!Desired Settlement: Refund $127.65 or send me the product.

Business

Response:

We are truly mystified that this complaint has occurred. This individual's package is in route to them. We are a crowdfunding campaign that started shipping in September. We have made every effort to show that we are a crowdfunding campaign.*In our video that auto plays on the homepage Amy and Seymour do ask for contributions to help us launch thingCHARGER.*On the front page of our website, you will see the phrase “Contribute now to our pre-launch campaign and receive thingCHARGER(s) as an awesome thank-you perk from us when we ship, located at the bottom of the page.*In addition, when selecting your perk package and preparing to hit the “continue to payment” button, you will see these words written below: “Contribute now to our pre-launch campaign and receive thingCHARGER(s) as an awesome thank-you perk from us when we ship.”*Also, our terms and conditions page does clearly outline our crowdfunding status. Here is that link: [redacted] Our customer service team is the best around and we are truly dedicated to taking care of our supporters.

Review: Feel web advertising was very deceptive; duped into purchase of a 5+2 pack plus a shipping charge. Only things received were a confirmation e-mail and a debit on November * to my account in the amount of $207.45. This package was being purchased (my debit statement says Purchase) as a Christmas gift. Have contacted the company in three different ways by e-mail, did call the number given, and followed the directions in the recorded message.Desired Settlement: Would like to receive the package ordered by Christmas; if it is not possible to receive it before Christmas, I would like a full refund.

Business

Response:

First I would like to thank this individual for supporting thingCHARGER. At the time this response is written thingCHARGER is a crowdfunding campaign. Crowdfunding is where amazing supporters are able to help fund the creation of the product that an inventor has created. People like Seymour and his wife Amy, who invented thingCHARGER in their basement, bring ideas and ask for help bringing them to market. Supporters are then able to contribute to our project and once the product is made we will send you the thingCHARGERs you selected. thingCHARGER is shipping to the supporters in the order they have joined--so there is always a lag time between when a crowdfunding campaign bills you and when you receive your items.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me with reservation and once the products are received, I will consider the matter having been resolved.

Sincerely,

I ordered 5 units, with two free on November **. When I checked on delivery on 12/**, I was told I needed to complete the order. WHAT??? I thought it was complete.

As I pressed the issue for Christmas delivery, I was told the shipping slip had been delivered to Fedex. I checked with Fedex and yes, they had the delivery slip but not the product. As of today, thingcharger sent an email saying it was being shipped today with arrival on 12/**.

I realize they are a start up company, but they need to iron out these problems if they want people to support them.

Review: According to the advertisement on the company's website, you can order and pay for one or more device chargers.

The company will quickly charge your credit card for the amount corresponding to how many charging devices you ordered. However, the product is not shipped. When contacting the company inquiring about shipping and delivery, the consumer is informed that he or she is not actually purchasing the device but, instead, participating in a [redacted]. The product is under development and may never be shipped. Or it may be shipped but perhaps in many years from now.

This [redacted] participation is not listed in the web add. I find this very deceptive and would not have participated had I known this up front.Desired Settlement: I would like the charged amount refunded to my credit card as I was led to believe that I purchased a product, not supported development.

Response:

I placed (or thought I placed) on order with thingCharger Inc on December *, 2015. When I didn't receive the products ordered by December **, 2015, I emailed the company using the company website contact page. I received an email back on December **, 2015, telling me that I had paid for Crowd Founding and that products would not be shipped until developed and produced. The email contained a link to a Wikipedia page listing the definition of [redacted]. Nowhere on the company website was it apparent that no products were sold and that the money charged was for [redacted] only. Nor did the email from the company list when they expected the products to be delivered. Until today, [redacted], when I read the email from thingCharger Inc, I had never heard of [redacted] and had no intention of participating in such an enterprise.
