Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The concept of a CROWDFUNDING campaign was not fully explained when the product was originally presented to consumers (me)I feel that only after I contacted the Revdex.com did this company make any attempt to resolve the complaintAs to their claim that I didn't email them in January I can produce the email from my sent file if neededThere resolution to the complaint was in fact to ask me for more money for an upgrade to their product which hadn't yet shippedI responded to their communication only to find out that addition payment was required in the form of shippingThe additional shipping was only $but it speaks to what upset me about their tacticsWhen all is said and done I just want to see the back of this company and NEVER deal with them againThey have claimed that after I paid them the additional $for shipping they would send me my productI consider this issue closed even though I chose the option of (Complaint not resolved)I couldn't bring myself to respond that I was in any way satisfied In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

We are so grateful that we were able to speak with this individual on the phone We have confirmed their shipping information and their thingCHARGERs are on the way!We are sorry that the address confirmation process was confusing and that we did not get back in touch with them quickly enough to answer their questions about itThat process looks so different because it was designed for our earliest supportersIt is a place that allows them to add on some of the upgrades and types of tips that we developed, at their suggestion, during the two years that we have been working on making this idea into a realityAdditionally, during that development time period, many people have moved, so we ask our supporters to confirm their current shipping information.We are sincerely sorry that none of this was explained clearlyWe will continue to work with our team to improve communication with our supporters and make sure that they are explaining the process, and why it looks so different, in cases like thisAnd as we begin to catch up to shipping to our newest supporters we will be looking into better ways to allow them to confirm their shipping information when needed.We are so excited that this individual will have their thingCHARGERs very soon We know that they'll love the high quality and beautiful design, as well as the convenience of cord-free charging

This individual has been refunded as of January ***As soon as their package was returned to our warehouse, we inspected it and processed the return.When this contributor first reached out to us they were unaware that we are still a crowdfunding campaignWith crowdfunding, many people contribute a small amount of money toward a great ideaThe inventors take that money and turn it into a fantastic product, which we can then ship to the amazing people who supported usBecause crowdfunding uses the funds collected from our contributors to create, manufacture, and ship our products to our supporters, there is often a delay between the receipt of funds and the shipment of packagesWhen we learned that they were unaware of our crowdfunding status, we acted as quickly as we could to try to meet their expectations and resolve their concernsUnfortunately, we were unable to do so quickly enough and they have requested a return and refundThis individual has been refunded and their banking institution will credit their accountWe are very sorry, but hope that we have resolved the issue to their satisfaction.We encourage anyone who is concerned about their package, or has any questions, to contact us directly at [email protected]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: This company is lying about their "crowdfunding" status There was NOTHING in their online video that indicated they were crowdfunding They represented it as a product you could buy immediately I have contributed to crowdfunding in the past but it was always completely obvious and you were specifically told you wouldnt receive the product immediately until the campaign was successful These people are cheating the public and it is a shame They are now wanting me to go back to my credit card company"undispute" the charge and then they are claiming they will refund the money, since I no longer want the product How can I trust they will do that? When I made my original complaint, they suddenly offered to ship the product after over months It seems to me, they are only shipping product to those who complain And then they try to get you to upgrade to an even more expensive unit Again, how do you know if you give them even more money, that you will actually receive the product I feel like it is a LOSE / LOSE situation I have NEVER had such problems with a product I purchased on line before Shameful In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

At the time of this complaint thingCHARGER is still a crowdfunding campaign and we are proud to say we began shipping our beautiful product in September and continue to ship as quickly as we can.It seems that the individual did not realize this and we apologize for the confusionPrior to this complaint being filed we had been in contact with the individual and a refund had already been issued

Not only do they not make it clear that it is a crowdfunding site but I bought and got a forth one free but the 4th one did not come with an apple tip, so after being totally ripped off it cost me $with shipping and handling to make the 4th charger worthwhile I am so upset with being sucked in by these peopleIt is not just the money Do not do business with them they are complete and total rip off artists and make themselves sound so friendly and cutting edge

This individual originally contacted us on the 10th of November shorting after pmThe very next day she had an email in her inbox with an answer to her questionOn November [redacted] she contacted us right before pm and had an email response to her question the very next dayShe also emailed us on the [redacted] of December and we have responded.We have sent her a final checkout email and are wait for her to confirm her perk package and shipping details to ship this outthingCHARGER has become quite popular and we have a team of customer service agents working around the clock to answer everyone’s questions

We are very sorry for the frustration that this individual experiencedWe have emailed them acknowledging their request for a refund and will process that for them right awayIt appears that when this individual contributed to our crowdfunding campaign, they were unaware of our crowdfunding status and believed that we had moved to direct shippingWe are sorry that they felt badly about the email explaining that we were still a crowdfunding campaign as that was not our intentWhen they emailed in December we were still working on developing a shipping timeline based on the month in which supporters donated to our campaign, so at that time we could not give a precise answerWe do have a shipping timeline available now on our websiteBecause thingCHARGER is still a crowdfunding campaign and we are currently shipping to our very early supporters, we have a final checkout to allow them to add any items that were not available when they originally contributed and to confirm their current shipping addressThis individual became very frustrated with that process and we are very sorry that they were not given the information they needed to feel comfortable completing that shipping confirmationWhile this individual had prepaid an amount towards shipping, occassionally the actual cost of shipping is slightly higher than the prepaid amountWhen this difference is small, as in this case, we do not charge the supporterHowever, we do want to offer an apology for the frustration that this individual experienced with the final checkout process and that this individuals frustration and request for a refund was not immediately acknowledgedWe will be working on improved training to prevent that from happening againAt this time we have begun the refund process and emailed this individual to let them knowWe will be following up with them as soon as the refund has been processed

They most certainly do not make it clear about fundraisingI ordered beginning of JanWhen my chargers did not show up within weeks I emailed them, they said 10-business days, waited a week,emailed againGave methespeelabot fundraising and I would receive my order in JuneEmailed them back, told them not acceptableGot an email with the big talk about how they wanted to help and would expedite my orderSent me a link to [redacted] and to arrive through the ***Called post office on the it was saying deliveredPost office informs me it was delivered, only catch not to my addressI had given them my address times! Emailed again,now they will not respondBy the way the money was taken out seconds after I ordered

Ordered this recently and they still have the same problemsNo confirmation email sent yet an immediate chargeThis is bogus and advertising in the pretense to being correctBEWARE!

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Although I have received my product, the business continues to only respond to some of my questions and concerns They have addressed my questions about [redacted] and [redacted] , but have repeatedly not explained availability of this item at [redacted] before completing distribution to original supporters Also, they have failed to explain why they gave us inaccurate information, i.eyour items will be shipped before Christmas Finally, their response to not notifying original supporters that there would be an additional charge for adapters for older models of iPhones is unsatisfactory If they don't want to bother people with this information in advance (because supposedly so few people needed the adapters), then why is it ok for them to provide periodic [redacted] updates that could run for minutes To me, this is a bigger bother and poor use of my time (having to watch a lengthy video to get simple updates, even implying some supporters were responsible for some of the delays)I can provide supporting documentation if requested Thank you In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
