We were able to reach out to this individual via the telephone and arrange for their perk package to be sent to them right awayWe are sorry that the delay between contribution and shipping made them feel so badly and are so happy that we were able to work with them to get them their
thingCHARGERs.We had responded to each of this individuals emails, but we are very sorry that this misunderstanding occurredLuckily, a simple phone call was able clear things up and make sure they got the thingCHARGERs that they had been looking forward to. Their package is on its way to them and they have been sent the tracking informationWe know that they will be thrilled when their package arrives

My wife's e-mails to them were ignored, not mine. The Revdex.com should monitor social media for this company, they will find that there are many people that have the same complaints that I had.

First their sales practice is horrible!! Their web site only wants money, does not offer any kind of details as to when the shipping will begin or when to expect their product They will charge you immediately for the shipping cost of course You can contact their customer service and all you get back is some credit you can use towards their accessories
They then credit your shipping which was $but then charge you an additional $of shipping and never receive the $credit back It's a horrible practice, they asked that you share their product on ***, never, I will put out as much negative reviews as I can on this company

We are so grateful that we were able to speak with this individual on the phone We have confirmed their shipping information and their thingCHARGERs are on the way!We are sorry that the address confirmation process was confusing and that we did not get back in touch with them quickly enough
to answer their questions about it. Here is your information about shipping: As soon as your shipment is on the truck, we will send your *** tracking numberPlease allow a day or two for your email and remember trucks are not loaded on weekendsFrom the moment it is put on the truck to head your way, we will send updates to your email to let you know. And when it is delivered to your door--you will be alerted immediately

I have requested a return authorization for this product based upon the following conditions:1) The product did not work as advertised.2) The product was delivered incomplete, without all the necessary parts to make each of the products that I ordered (all were identical) operable.3) The product was delivered much later than promised.4) I returned all of the (identical) products on January **, 2016, as instructed by the company.5) I have STILL not received my REFUND.6) A partial refund, due to a RESTOCKING FEE is unacceptable.7) I expect a FULL REFUND in the amount of $127.65 which is what I paid for the product.8) In addition I incurred an additional expense, in shipping charges paid by me of $to return the product. 9) I will accept nothing less than a FULL REFUND of $

We are very sorry for the frustration that this individual experiencedIt seems that they may not have been aware when they selected their perk package that thingCHARGER is still a crowdfunding campaign. With crowdfunding, an inventor takes a good idea to the internetThere, many people
contribute a small amount of money towards making that idea into a realityThe inventor then takes that money and uses it to create, manufacture, and ship the productWhen the product is ready, it is then shipped out to all the people who supported its creation, as a thank-you gift.Because of that process, there is usually a lag between when contributions are received and when perk packages are shippedThis can feel frustrating, but it is a part of crowdfunding. llThis individual contacted us this Sunday, February ***When we became aware that this individual had not been aware of our crowdfunding status, we attempted to meet their expectations and ship to them. Because we are a crowdfunding campaign that began in 2013, many of our supporters have asked that we include a place for them to add any upgrades or additional tips that they might want, but that were not available when they first contributedWe do this just before shipping, at the same time as we confirm their shipping address and preferences. This individuals package contained the correct tips to charge Android and newer *** devices We have one additional tip available at this time, which supporters can add to their package for older *** devicesWe do not include these automatically as most supporters have moved to newer devicesHowever, we do like to make them available. Unfortunately this individual encountered some difficulty while completing this process and when we attempted to resolve the issue with them, did not respond to usAt that point, they filed this complaint.While we would have been happy to assist them further with the final checkout process or help them to confirm their shipping information in another way, we are going to honor the request that they have made for a refund We have started that refund process and emailed the individual to notify them. Again, we are sorry that they experienced frustration and are going to offer them the solution that works best for them

The individual has not accepted our response yet because they are waiting to do so until they receive a refundHowever, they have an active credit card dispute
They claim that their dispute is no longer active as of January ***, but so far Stripe has not released the account to allow us to process a refund
We have emailed them and let them know that we are still waiting for notification from the bank of the closure of their dispute.
We have emailed Stripe twice regarding this and asking them to investigate.
I have been checking on this account daily in our Stripe center
I am sorry that I haven't gotten this one resolved yetWe are working on it and did explain the dispute process in our Revdex.com response

I ordered some of these a year ago contributing to their startup This was the first time I had done something like this, and am afraid that I won't do it again I have yet to receive my shipment although I have emailed them four times And now I see that they can be ordered on *** and be received in two days What about taking care of the people that helped you get your business going on the first place ??

We apologize for this individual's frustration because they were not able to use our product. In the Frequently Asked Questions section of our website, it clearly states that GFI outlets are not standard sized outlets, so our thingCHARGER doesn't often fit into the GFI outlets. I am so
sorry if this person was not aware of that when selecting their package with us. Our return policy states that we accept returns within days of receipt of your thingCHARGERsWhen this individual asked for a refund, they were outside of our return time frameWe have reached out to this individual and are happy to offer an exception in our policy and will accept this person's return
