Revdex.com: In reference to complaint ID [redacted] , after you processed my Complaint, I finally got an email response from the company only they requested more money to ship my order and tried to act like it was a donation I refused to give them more money and after being told my refund was being processed and I would have it within hours, which was today and I didn't show it was even processed, I Then contacted my bank and asked for them to dispute the charge on my card I explained what happened and they are in the process of contacting the company now Right after they contacted the company I received an update stating that the refund is being processed tonight Hmmm Wonder what happened to them processing it days ago, per the email they sent me Anyways, this company is not trust worthy at all and really seems to be a scam I cannot say that I find this satisfactory, until my Bank hears back from thing charger and I have my money back with no dispute Sincerely, [redacted]

On the [redacted] of August an address update was requested and we responded on the [redacted] of August with a confirmation that their address was updated in our systemWe also upgraded all of their units to include surge protection for FREEOn the [redacted] of October a refund request was submitted and we processed the refund on the following dayWhile we process refund requests - and send a confirmation that we have performed a refund in our system - within hours it may take up to days for the refund to appear on the credit card used for paymentOnce we learned that the refund had not appeared on their bank statement within the days we contacted the credit card processing company to find out why this has not appeared on their bank statementOur team is dedicated to taking care of all of our supporters, both past and presentOur Operations Manager is working directly with this individual to make sure these funds get back to them

thingCHARGER is a crowdfunding campaignBefore we ship perk packages to our supporters we send them a link where they can add upgrades and select additional tips for their chargersThis individual selected an additional tip for the bonus charger in their perk package which is where the additional charge came from When the individual contacted us with their concern about the invoice we responded with an explanation of the invoice At the time of this response the individual has received all of their thingCHARGERs and their tips

The in enters need to back to the drawing board The Chargers cannot support the devices with the small tipMost iPhones and iPads have some sort of case Devices are not standing straight when in a caseIt's ridiculous to think the case can be removed each time you chargeWhat were they thinking of? Not very smartI returned my thing chargers and suggested that the company design a cradle to support devicesThe second problem is not being to see the connection because it is underneath the chargerThe third problem was a long delay between the order and the delivery in spite of the charge to my [redacted] at least four months before deliveryThey used these funds to continuing to work on starting the business
