Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:In response to Ticket Gallery's version of what transpired, I offer the following: I agree with Ticket [redacted] explanation in regards to the original purchase of two tickets on Sept24th as well as their policy in sections "General" and "Face Value"However, beginning with the Oct3rd request, their story is filled with inaccuraciesI did contact them on Oct3rd after receiving an email that the tickets were for the evening performance and not the matinee performance as I wantedI explained the situation to the representative and asked if the evening tickets could be exchanged for the afternoon ticketsIf this was possible, I would like to change the order to ticketsAt this point I was put on hold while she checked to see if there were tickets togetherAfter a few minutes she returned and said she found togetherShe DID NOT mention price, location or that the only option was an upgradeShe then asked if my credit card number was the sameI informed her it was not as the bank had just recently replaced my card due to a security issue She did not ask for my card number as she apparently did not have the authority to do so on a different cardShe then passed me on to her supervisor ( [redacted] **) who told me the new card was ok and the tickets would be $and did not tell me this was an ADDITIONAL chargeThe fact that the first two tickets ran $196.50, I assumed the new tickets may be in a different section that was not as expensiveI DID NOT state that I thought the afternoon tickets were half price I understand that you must have terms and conditions for your businessI did agree to them with the purchase of the first two ticketsHowever, you violated your own policy by voiding my first purchase and canceling my e-tickets which were never downloadedAs such your terms and conditions are null and voidI am dealing with this as "theft by deception" and if my refund is not forwarded soon I may be forced to take legal action Sincerely, [redacted]

This note appeared on the webpage containing all of the available tickets for sale, along with the checkout page, and again on a final review page before placing his order If Mr [redacted] was unsure what this note meant or what not comfortable with receiving his tickets until the day of the event, he was free to choose from the hundreds of other ticket options available to purchase which had standard shipping options available Mr [redacted] instead willingly chose to complete his order and in doing so agreed to the website’s terms and policiesThese policies state: General [redacted] acts as an intermediary between buyers and ticket sellers ("TICKET SELLERS") to facilitate the purchase and sale of event tickets, and as such is not directly involved in the actual ticket sale transaction between the buyers and TICKET SELLERSAll sales are finalAs tickets sold through SITE are often obtained through the secondary market and prices are determined by the individual ticket seller, the prices for tickets may be above or below face valueTickets sold through SITE are from a third party; therefore, the buyer's name will not be printed on the tickets Please note that the name on the tickets does not affect the buyer's ability to access the event The Delivery Method on the checkout page defaults to "paperless." Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am appalled Ticket Galaxy is trying to "bully" the B.B.Bto remove my complaint by saying my term "scalping" is "wrong, prejudicial, and evoke certain racial stereotypes that are not fit for this forum I respectfully request that her complaint and response be removed from the Revdex.com website" Saying something is a racial DOES NOT make it true The definition of scalping from the dictionary is: to resell (tickets, merchandise, etc.) at higher than the official ratesI stand my words this is what has been doneThis is scalping by the definition Speaking the truth is not "allow someone to make defamatory accusations" There is no wrong, prejudicial or racial about ANY of my comments I urge Ticket Galaxy to not make unfounded claims in attempt to deflect Now that I have addressed the attempt to deflect from the actual issue, I would like to address my concern.I have offered two solutions to making me a satisfied customer and I will reiterate those two solutions plus offer an additional one I would like two tickets with the actual cost of $127, since I did pay the service fee of $which should cover the "above face value cost" Return my money completely upon the return of the the $tickets I receive I am willing to accept an additional $ticket and walk away happy Ticket Galaxy has been very kind in their words but just repeating the same thing over and over doesn't make it true NOR and most important does it make it RIGHT That is why there are complaints against them on Ripoff website for the EXCEPT same thing I am saying A person IS TOLD the cost may be higher but the person is mislead into thinking the SERVICE FEE is the increase price but in reality there is an increase cost to the tickets AND a service fee This purchase is 62% OVER face value!!!! Dear Better Business Bureau, Thank you for mediating this matter It seems that [redacted] concerns and order placing confusion lie with the website, which is [redacted] As stated before, Ticket Galaxy does not operate or own the website, nor the call centerHer concerns with the placing of her order would have to be voiced with the website I am unaware of what research MsFrost has found that claims that we refund outside of our terms and policies, but we make a point to avoid action not in the terms and policies as we really on them to efficiently process and fulfill the orders provided by the websites that we list our tickets on As such, there is currently no refund due Thank you again, Doug, Ticket Galaxy

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is unsatisfactory to meThere was an option for a $delivery of an actual printed ticketWhy would any one of sound mind pay double to have printed e-tickets mailed to them verses printing them instantly for $ I also called to complained during the beginning of February because it was not explained that the tickets are not mailed out until two weeks before the actual event date I purchased the $delivery of actual hard copy tickets to include them in a giftI was extremely disappointed when I found out they would not be mailed out anytime soon I could go back in and purchase more ticket to prove that there is an optionHowever, they will not refund your entire purchase for any reason, to include purchasing ticket insuranceThank you Revdex.com Sincerely, [redacted]
