I am rejecting this response because: The seller is very deceptive, both rows and seat numbers are provided on the invoiceThere is no description of what "general admission" actually meansif its general admission they should say LAWN SEATING and should not be charging for worth of tickets that are still availableTheir website and business is a total scam and not to be toleratedI received another email requesting an evaluation of this company from ticketscenter.com and informed them that I did not receive the tickets that I purchased!

I am rejecting this response because: despite the wonderfully detailed written description provided by this company to your initial inquiry, my ticket order was placed over the phoneWhile they did say that all sales are final, in no way was anything in their written response explained clearly to me at all on the phone that: Athese are secondary market tickets, Bthat there were other avenues to obtain tickets that were not in the secondary market, and Cthat these tickets would have someone else's name on them because they were already purchased by someone elseI was led to believe that this company was the exclusive provider of advance ticket sales for this event & that there was no other avenue to obtain themIt was completely deceptiveI would have to ask why would we need secondary markets to sell the worst seats in the house at nearly double the price when there were thousands of much better seats for half the price still available through online orderingI can understand this market taking over when all seats are sold, but to state that this was the only method of obtaining advance tickets was outright wrong & deceptiveI stand by my request for a full refund of these ridiculously inflated and badly located tickets, and intend to pursue any and all avenues, until this matter is settled to the satisfaction of our familyWhat was going to be an extended family reunion which included this show has become a nightmare for us.

As of receiving this complaint, the first thing I did was
pull up Mrs***’s ticketsI show fully populated fields, including
seating
information and barcodesUnfortunately, sometimes on a user’s end, if their
pdf viewer isn’t up to date, the fields may not populate, but this is a very
rare occurrenceWhen this happens, typically a customer will call into our
office, and we’re able to send the file directly to the customer’s e-mail, and
the customer will then open and print from a different computer, resolving the
issueUnfortunately, Mrs*** never contacted our office, and brought these
tickets with her to the event
The name appearing on the tickets belongs to the person who
originally bought the tickets, and does not affect entry in any way
Unfortunately, because Mrs*** never contacted us, no
refund is due

Attached is a copy of the response we provided to the credit card company when MrLane filed a chargebackSince it is a violation of merchant processing to provide a credit once a chargeback has been filed we are not able to provide a refund at this timeIf the credit has not appeared on MrLane's credit card statement as of this time he should contact his credit card company directly since they are the ones responsible for reversing the charge once we accepted the chargeback
Our customer service department cannot offer much assistance since MrLane has decided to pursue a refund through his credit cardHowever, he can see that we did not contest his charge and therefore the money should be returned to him

Ticket Galaxy claims - "It is quite possible that MrMartin does not remember the specifics of the checkout process, however all of the contested information is very much contained therein."
I claim -- It is also quite possible that your company employs shady business practices whereby hidden fees are not disclosed until after orders have been submitted
Despite your claim and your MONTH-LONG delay in responding to my last rejection, I do in fact remember everything regarding this transaction Your suggestion that I go through the ordering steps again on your website is not acceptable One can not proceed past the first page of your ticket ordering website without entering your credit card information Do you honestly think I am going to enter my credit card information again? So that you can charge me a SECOND time?
It really is shocking that you refuse to consider refunding my money Is quality customer service of such little importance to you? The disclosure of a third party merchant on the initial website is incorrect and misleadingI have contacted the Providence *** *** *** and notified them of this deceptive ticket sales websiteThey are looking into infractions of copyright and other issues and are notifying customers of this ticket scamTicket Galaxy also did not deliver the tickets that were originally purchasedOriginal ticket purchased were for row V left balconyThe tickets issued were row V center balcony, where there was a large pole and disruptive lightsTicket Galaxy did not inform me of the change in seating location prior to the show, even after calling to request a refundThese seats were not equal or upgrade in any wayTherefore, the merchandise was not delivered as purchased.
Customer Service is the lowest priority for this businessChase Credit Card Customer Service called this company on my behalf to mediate a refund, given the deceptive business practices and faulty merchandise that were delivered to meDoug (last name undisclosed), refused to talk to them and instructed that I contact them directlyI contacted Ticket Galaxy directed and they informed me that they would not speak to meThis is a scam operation with multiple complaints filed with the Revdex.com.

plis now called Round Included in Rounds & are three different
sessionsRounds & Session is for the afternoon games on March 20,
Rounds & Session is for the evening on March 20, and Rounds &
is for the afternoon games on March
The
ticket listing that MrRandleman purchased was advertised as: NCAA Men's
Basketball Tournament: Rounds & - Session Mar 6:00PMIf the
event was to include tickets to an additional day, the listing would have also
included that date in the event headingAlthough these listings are different
than previous tournament years, the advertising of the event was consistent
with how the NCAA was distributing tickets this year
Also,
once the teams were selected for the event, the team names were entered into
the event heading to provide additional clarification that this was a single
event listingMrRandleman purchased his tickets in October prior to the team
names being advertised, however the designation Session was specific to the
evening games on March

in our favor, so MsMabey's account was debited at this timeHowever, in
February, we received notice that the cardholder wanted to pursue arbitration
through the chargeback process to reverse the chargeSince the financial burden
or arbitration falls on the merchant we declined to participate therefore reversing
the earlier decision On March 13,
we received notification that our account was debited for the full $for
MsMabey's transaction
All of the documentation we have received regarding Ms
Mabey's transaction indicates that she has retained the refundIf her bank has
informed her otherwise, we encourage her to contact her bank since our records
show that she has been refunded in full
