Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I made it clear that I had ordered tickets onlineI refused the *** delivery of the 1ticketThey need to stop harassing me via email & phone! My bank had the charge under investigation & I was garuanteed that the charge would not be honoredIf this continues I will contact the media! Sincerely, [redacted]

I purchased my [redacted] tickets within an hour of being released through Ticket GalaxyBut then days before the concert, they emailed me asking me to contact them about my ticketsAfter several calls with no answer, I emailed them again to call meProblem they tell me is "their supplier over sold & can't provide me with tickets" I find this out the DAY BEFORE a completely SOLD OUT ConcertNo chance of getting any tickets anywhereThey complete ruined my Aunts 50th Birthday Celebration!! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY CAN'T PROVIDE THE PRODUCT THEY ARE SELLING!!

Dear Revdex.com, Thank you for your assistance in mediating this matterWe take matters of customer service and transparency very seriouslyOur records indicate that on 12/12, [redacted] called in and spoke with a representative of [redacted] to place her order [redacted] is a website which is not owned, nor affiliated with Ticket GalaxyThe representative who assisted [redacted] in placing his tickets is required to explain that the tickets may be found above or below face value, as well as that the order is still bound by the terms and policies that are listed online, despite the order being placed over the phone [redacted] was also informed that there is an all sales final policy before being allowed to place the order Those terms and conditions explicitly note that all sales are final We rely on the finality of this kind of web order in order to run our business efficiently and offer competitively priced event ticketsBecause this was agreed to prior placing the order, there is no refund due We hope that [redacted] enjoys her event Thank you, Doug

Dear Revdex.com, Thank you for taking the time to bring this matter up to our attentionWe take matters like these very seriously On 9/29/16, [redacted] ordered three tickets for the March 19th show at the [redacted] from an online resale marketplace called boxofficeticketsales.comThis is not a website owned nor operated by Ticket GalaxyAny questions or concerns about how Boxofficeticketsales.com advertises or displays information would have to be referred to that company Boxofficeticketsales.com is a website that we list our tickets on, and as such we depend on their terms and policies for efficient transactionsThe highlights from the terms and policies, which are also highlighted on their website is that the website is a resale marketplace, not the actual ticket seller, the prices may be above or below face value, and that the seats are togetherThis is not in fine print and is on multiple areas of the website throughout the ordering processThere are other parts of the terms and policies which pertain to [redacted] ’s concerns General BoxOfficeTicketSales.com acts as an intermediary between buyers and ticket sellers ("TICKET SELLERS") to facilitate the purchase and sale of event tickets, and as such is not directly involved in the actual ticket sale transaction between the buyers and TICKET SELLERSAll sales are final As tickets sold through SITE are often obtained through the secondary market and prices are determined by the individual ticket seller, the prices for tickets may be above or below face valueTickets sold through SITE are from a third party; therefore, the buyer's name will not be printed on the tickets Please note that the name on the tickets does not affect the buyer's ability to access the event Above Face Value Tickets sold through SITE are often obtained through secondary market TICKET SELLERS and are being resold, in many cases, above the price or "face value" listed on the ticketAll ticket prices include additional service charges and handling fees as defined on each orderSITE and its TICKET SELLERS are not directly affiliated with any performer, sports team, or venue; and SITE does not act as a primary sale box office, unless otherwise statedBy agreeing to these TERMS, USER agrees that the purchase price for tickets on their order does not reflect the original purchase price of the ticket and may be either higher or lower than the original purchase price The website terms and conditions were available to [redacted] as a scroll box during the checkout process and as a link on each page of the site If she did not click on the “yes” button on the checkout page that states “I agree to the Terms & Conditions,” the software would have removed her from the checkout page and she would not have been able to go on to complete his order There is no refund due We assisted [redacted] in arranging to resell the tickets, but can take no responsibility for her success or failure in doing so We sincerely hope that [redacted] is able to find a satisfactory resolution to her concern Thank you again for mediating Doug, Ticket Galaxy

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: In the response from Ticket Galaxy, they included a copy of their terms and conditions While I did accept their terms and conditions, it clearly states in the section "Ticket Availability", that if tickets ordered are no longer available or in the quantity originally ordered at the time order is received, then the ticket seller will fill the order with equivalent or better seatsIf no alternates are available, EITHER THE USERS CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED AT ALL OR THE ENTIRE AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED, AND USER WILL BE NOTIFIED THAT THE TICKET REQUEST HAS BEEN REJECTED At the time of my order I was not notified that the tickets I ordered were not available Seller made no attempt to fill the order with equivalent or better seats because according to them, they were not available Since no alternates were available, according to their terms and conditions, my credit card should not have been charged at all OR the entire amount should have been refunded and I should have been notified that the ticket request had been cancelled None of this happened and they violated their own terms and conditions Due to this violation, and the fact that I was not notified of anything, they should have offered a full refund At the time of my telephone call to customer service, they said they would "offer a $refund on the tickets", which I understood to be $for each ticket Instead I received only $total which is unacceptable in light of their violation to terms and conditions Since they are unwilling to acknowledge any responsibility for their actions, it seems this will not be resolved by the Revdex.com but will go on record as "unresolved" and my next course of action will be to pursue this with absolute determination to expose the deceptive practices by this company Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com:I do not find this to be a satisfactory response from Ticket Galaxy, but I realize I cannot waste any more time on this matterThe bottom line is that I've learned a lesson and will never order tickets through a second or third party I will go right to the venueTheir response to my complaint along with their explanation iof termes, conditions, and policy iwas not obvious on the websitesI have no recourse but to accept the unethical behavior of Ticket Galaxy or Box Office Ticket Sales (which I never heard of or received information from at all)I appreciate your efforts to resolve this issue although I'm still left believing this is a ticket scalping/scam operationThanks again I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me(Not really) Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am appalled Ticket Galaxy is trying to "bully" the B.B.Bto remove my complaint by saying my term "scalping" is "wrong, prejudicial, and evoke certain racial stereotypes that are not fit for this forum I respectfully request that her complaint and response be removed from the Revdex.com website" Saying something is a racial DOES NOT make it true The definition of scalping from the dictionary is: to resell (tickets, merchandise, etc.) at higher than the official rates I stand my words this is what has been doneThis is scalping by the definition Speaking the truth is not "allow someone to make defamatory accusations" There is no wrong, prejudicial or racial about ANY of my comments I urge Ticket Galaxy to not make unfounded claims in attempt to deflect Now that I have addressed the attempt to deflect from the actual issue, I would like to address my concernI have offered two solutions to making me a satisfied customer and I will reiterate those two solutions plus offer an additional one I would like two tickets with the actual cost of $127, since I did pay the service fee of $which should cover the "above face value cost" Return my money completely upon the return of the the $tickets I receive I am willing to accept an additional $ticket and walk away happy Ticket Galaxy has been very kind in their words but just repeating the same thing over and over doesn't make it true NOR and most important does it make it RIGHT That is why there are complaints against them on Ripoff website for the EXCEPT same thing I am saying A person IS TOLD the cost may be higher but the person is mislead into thinking the SERVICE FEE is the increase price but in reality there is an increase cost to the tickets AND a service fee This purchase is 62% OVER face value!!!! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Ticket Galaxy has a copy of the order invoice with seat information and has sent me a copy as well I realize that the loss of my tickets is totally my problem, but in this day and age of electronic processes, I can't believe that there is no way to recover my tickets in either an e-ticket format or access at the Will-Call window at [redacted] Stadium I am at the mercy of your company to help me and am pleading for your help I realize that you do not have to do anything to assist me with my problem, but if there were any way possible to help I would greatly appreciate it I have purchased these tickets for my daughter and her friends and have not yet had the heart to tell them that they can't go to the concert I believe that there's good in this world and good people who will do the right thing just because its the right thing to do Please help me, I would be greatly appreciative Begging and Pleading for your mercy.Sincerely, [redacted]

RevDex.com, Thank you for bringing Mr. [redacted] continued concerns to our attention. We request that the first attachment we provided ( [redacted] 1.jpg) be reviewed. Specifically, the first listing on the top of the page is the listing that Mr. [redacted] chose to purchase. In addition to saying "Zone E" rather than "Sec E" as other section listings were advertised, there is a large description of this Zone included in the listing itself. Mr. [redacted] would not have needed to scroll anywhere on his cellphone to have seen this as it is part of the description. Mr. [redacted] willingly agreed to purchase tickets advertised as Zone E, with a description that the seats were in rows T-Y of the Balcony, not rows A-H which is Section E. There has been no attempt to mislead or confuse any customer. Mr. [redacted] clicked on the description of the tickets in order to purchase them. Again once he got to the checkout page there is a "Seller's Note" in bold font which also says this same information. Mr. [redacted] was made aware that the tickets he was purchasing were not in Section E, but were in Zone E. If he has any further questions about this transaction I encourage him to call our customer service department at ###-###-####.
