Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The disclosure of a third party merchant on the initial website is incorrect and misleadingI have contacted the Providence [redacted] and notified them of this deceptive ticket sales websiteThey are looking into infractions of copyright and other issues and are notifying customers of this ticket scamTicket Galaxy also did not deliver the tickets that were originally purchasedOriginal ticket purchased were for row V left balconyThe tickets issued were row V center balcony, where there was a large pole and disruptive lightsTicket Galaxy did not inform me of the change in seating location prior to the show, even after calling to request a refundThese seats were not equal or upgrade in any wayTherefore, the merchandise was not delivered as purchasedCustomer Service is the lowest priority for this businessChase Credit Card Customer Service called this company on my behalf to mediate a refund, given the deceptive business practices and faulty merchandise that were delivered to meDoug (last name undisclosed), refused to talk to them and instructed that I contact them directlyI contacted Ticket Galaxy directed and they informed me that they would not speak to meThis is a scam operation with multiple complaints filed with the Revdex.comFurther, the all sales final policy was not readableAll sales final precludes an agreement that the consumer transaction was transparent in what was being purchasedThis was not the case with this transaction, and so I would argue that in the interest of Customer Service, a full or partial refund should be issuedI will not accept the businesses responseI have also engaged the Connecticut Department of Consumer Affairs in this matter Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I feel that it is reprehensible that anyone would sell seats to any venue that are over three times the value of the ticket Additionally, the charge for handling the transaction was 25% more than one seat to the concert You obviously do not have the obligation to refund the purchase price, however don't you think it would be good business? Word of mouth advertising is a very powerful sales tool When I am asked about the concert, I will more than likely lead with how your predatory business is an example of greed and deception [redacted]

I just purchased tickets for a Christmas show through Ticket Galaxy I thought I was accessing the preferred ticket vendor website, but was taken to the Ticket Galaxy website instead The ticket prices on Ticket Galaxy were approximately double the face va lue for a show where there were plenty of better seats available through the preferred ticket website The worst part of the transaction was that the transaction fee was outrageously high, and was not disclosed until after I completed the purchase I called Ticket Galaxy within hours to try to cancel my order but was told that they have a no refund policy My naivete caused me to pay over twice what I should have for poor tickets

There was no complete breakdown, no mention of the absurd service charge Obviously I would not have agreed to pay $in service charge for tickets @ $ea-as you can see with my complaint, time and effort to get this resolved I called Ticket Galaxy as soon as I saw the $service charge (minutes after I got off the phone with the order)--all they would say was I was informed and that there are no refunds.
Again, I was able to find pages and pages of complaints of the same nature which I have attached in an email to the Revdex.com Did those other 100's of complaints make up the same story too?
