At no time before placing his
order did MrStribling contact our Customer Service Department with any
questions or for any clarification of the pricing and terms and conditionsIf he
was unsure about the order he was placing, he was free to call the Customer
Service Department at the readily available number or to comparison shop at
other sites before finalizing his order
Additionally, nothing in our
customer service records indicates that the Striblings were informed that they
paid above face value because of "a late purchase." All of the customer service
representatives that spoke to either Mror MrsStribling all stated that the
ticket purchase was made via the website and the policies were agreed toThe last
individual that the Striblings spoke to was Felix, who is a supervisorHe
explained the possibility that the MrStribling clicked on an advertisement
for tickets if he performed a search for tickets through GoogleTicket Galaxy
itself does not own, operate, or manage the website where the Striblings' order
was placedWe are a third-party ticket supplier and are supplying the tickets
for their order
MrStribling was educated to
the fact that tickets are in many cases sold above face value and that www.tickets-center.com
is neither a primary sale box office nor the venueMrStribling's
freely-chosen acceptance of the price and the terms and conditions indicates
that he did make a conscious and educated decision to purchase tickets at the
price he agreed to
We hope this fully explains
the matter, however there is no refund due

Thank you again for helping to mediate this matter We regret that Ms*** has rejected our responseThe tickets Ms*** purchased were priced above face value, the value printed on the tickets, and she was notified prior to placing her order that the ticket price she would be paying upon placing her order may be above face value As for the service fee, it is a service fee and is labeled accordinglyMs*** repeatedly characterizes our conduct in this transaction as "scalping" But had Ms*** tried to buy resold tickets "outside an event" she wouldn't have been able to secure her tickets at the time of or prior to the pre-sale of those tickets, nor would she have a guarantee that the tickets are valid for entry to the event
Ms***'s allegations are wrong, prejudicial, and evoke certain racial stereotypes that are not fit for this forum I respectfully request that her complaint and response be removed from the Revdex.com website We fully respect customers' right to challenge and seek to clarify the terms of transactions, but that right does not allow someone to make defamatory accusationsPlease respond to this matter promptlyThanks again,

I am rejecting this response because: Company charged $over face value and said it was due to "supply and demand"The concert was not sold out and still is notUsers are able to buy tickets at face value right nowThey charged a $"convenience" fee that was not warranted and did not even send physical ticketsThis company overcharges and uses data to raise prices on items that should be cheaper than their valued ticketsHow is this reasonable, responsible and not something a client/retail focused company would want to rectify? It is wrong.

No seating section is highlighted when one clicks on this selection.After selecting the red Balcony selection, Mr*** would have gone to a checkout page, on which his seating selection - "Section: Balcony, Row: 1-10" - was restarted, together with the terms and conditions governing the transaction These terms and conditions stipulate that "All sales are final." There Mr*** completed the transaction, agreeing to the terms and conditions.Mr*** selected seating within the balcony and received seating in the balcony I sincerely hope Mr*** enjoys the concert.Thanks,DanTicket Galaxy

I am rejecting this response because:As a consumer I was not given proper education as stated by the above mentioned businessWhen the purchase was made via telephone I specifically asked for tickets that were being advertised on local media for the opening night special of $- $per ticketI was told by the rep that those tickets were no longer availableThat was not the truth, what I shopuld have been told was that they do not sell those tickets, but instead re-sale the tickets from other parties at a rate higher than the value of the ticketI would ask that the company provide the audio recording of the call to prove that they read the "rules" of the purchaseTheir rep did NOT state to me that they would be selling me a product at a higher price than the valueThey used deceptive tactics to lure me into paying premium for a product.

order a fulfillment specialist of ours noticed the large dollar amount of *** *** orderTo prevent any fraudulent activity from occurring our
fulfillment department reached out to *** *** and requested that he
provide further documentation to verify the order*** *** did provide
the requested documents on July Later that same day however *** ***
called a customer service representative stating that he wished to cancel the
transactionHe was informed that he agreed to the website's all sales are
final policy at the time of placing his order and therefore his order would not
be cancelled
*** *** then contacted *** *** and filed a
chargeback claiming "No knowledge" of the purchaseAlthough *** ***
claims that the chargeback has been closed, according to our account through
*** *** the chargeback is still open and has not been resolved yet
Especially since he filed this case under a fraud-related category it takes *** *** longer to adjudge the case appropriatelyAs soon as our records
indicate that the case has been closed in our favor we will promptly ship the
tickets to himIf for some reason *** *** does not close the case
before *** *** plans on traveling to *** *** we will gladly arrange for
shipping to his hotel to guarantee that he receives the tickets before event

I am rejecting this response because: This is not acceptable. How can a business sell tickets to a consumer in the area of the venue they didn't chose. Also sell them tickets that are VOID? I was refused admittance to the July 2, concert. After speaking with the company and filing a Better Business complaint. It was stated that the tickets were good. They in fact were not. I didn't spend my hard earned money for these tickets, just to be embarrassed at the door of the venue! I'm sure they would be just as upset if they were in my shoes. I feel like I was taken advantage of. They need to be held accountable for this!

On 2/*** *** placed an order for a single ticket for a
concert on 7/from
the website ***, which is a website not
owned or operated by Ticket GalaxyWhen *** *** placed, the order, she was
made aware that the tickets will be ready for delivery by July 19, 2016,
which was made evident by the seller’s notes on the listing, as well on her
receiptThe reason for this is that often the tickets are not readily
available for shipment until closer to the event date, due to a venue printing delayOn 3/18, the tickets
were made available to us for shipment, and the tickets were printed with her
invoice, packaged and sent out on Fedex tracking number 78***8, and
delivered on 3/On 3/25, customer received a post-shipment survey from
***, and replied “It was a paper confirmationand it said this
is not your ticket”What the customer received is a printed ticket and her
invoice, which states the following:
“READ THIS NOW: This invoice is not your ticketDo not lose
your tickets, as we may not be able to replace themThe name appearing on the
tickets is the original purchaserTickets are transferrable and these are now
your ticketsAll sales are finalThere are no refunds, exchanges, or
cancellations.”
This is on every one of our invoices that we send to our
customers in a Fedex packageBehind the invoice was *** ***’s ticket,
printed on x paperAs such, the customer did in fact receive her ticket,
but may have been unaware that she did, which is absolutely understandable and
why we have customer support staff
On 7/9, *** *** contacted *** *** call center
for questions on delivery and she was referred to Ticket Galaxy for any follow
up questions, which she did not do
On 7/21, *** *** contacted *** *** call center
yet again, this time asking for a refund as she did not receive her ticket yet
She was advised that she agreed to an all sales final policy, and that no
refund would be given, and referred to Ticket Galaxy again for follow up
questions, which she took advantage ofWhen she spoke to our customer support
staff, the conversation went as follows, per the notes “customer called in
regards to deliveryexplained was delivered back in march, sheet that said
"this is not your ticket" was invoice, tickets were the other
8.5/11" sheets of paper with the barcodes and seating infoapologized if
those had maybe been misplaced or overlooked, emailed tickets directly to email
address on file as PDF and advised customer to print tickets before showcustomer
became very upset and started demanding a refund because "her printer
doesn’t work" explained she could always forward to a friend with a
printer, or go to a Fedex, library, or Staples and printcustomer still
demanded she wants a refund because she "doesn’t want to deal with the
hassle" explained ASF per T&P and tickets have been delivered multiple
times.”
As Ticket Galaxy had fulfilled the order as promised, there
is no refund due

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10050579, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
It was my own stupidity. I was in a hurry and it was late at night and I should have taken the time to read all of the terms of the agreement. I know I won't get a refund or anything from them. I just won't use their services ever again and will share this information with anyone else that may be looking for tickets to an event. I helped my relatives two days later to get tickets in our same section for about what it cost me for one ticket from them

make a conscious and educated decision to purchase tickets at the location and
price she agreed to

I am rejecting this response because:In the response from Ticket Galaxy, they included a copy of their terms and conditions. While I did accept their terms and conditions, it clearly states in the section "Ticket Availability", that if tickets ordered are no longer available or in the quantity originally ordered at the time order is received, then the ticket seller will fill the order with equivalent or better seatsIf no alternates are available, EITHER THE USERS CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED AT ALL OR THE ENTIRE AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED, AND USER WILL BE NOTIFIED THAT THE TICKET REQUEST HAS BEEN REJECTEDAt the time of my order I was not notified that the tickets I ordered were not available. Seller made no attempt to fill the order with equivalent or better seats because according to them, they were not available. Since no alternates were available, according to their terms and conditions, my credit card should not have been charged at all OR the entire amount should have been refunded and I should have been notified that the ticket request had been cancelled. None of this happened and they violated their own terms and conditions. Due to this violation, and the fact that I was not notified of anything, they should have offered a full refund. At the time of my telephone call to customer service, they said they would "offer a $refund on the tickets", which I understood to be $for each ticket. Instead I received only $total which is unacceptable in light of their violation to terms and conditions. Since they are unwilling to acknowledge any responsibility for their actions, it seems this will not be resolved by the Revdex.com but will go on record as "unresolved" and my next course of action will be to pursue this with absolute determination to expose the deceptive practices by this company

to illnessA concert going “best practice” is to check with the venue directly
the day before a show to ensure no changes have taken place However,
unless the show is outright cancelled, we are unable to offer a refund, as the
tickets will be valid for the postponed date, when it’s announcedIf the show
is cancelled completely, we will of course refund *** *** the cost of his tickets
less the delivery fee
