As per the trailing message, I did not include a response in my reply I was hoping to provide you with my response Here is my response: What is relevant is not whether the ticket reseller has followed the letter of the law in the resale of tickets, but rather the deceptive manner in which these tickets have been marketed to customers though the channels they have chosen to participate inIn this case, the domain name, header graphics, and user interface of design all conspire to fool the unwary into purchase tickets from what appears to be the Broadway production itself The disclaimer tacked into to the end of the pages in the site is nothing more than a mechanism by which to put the site into technical compliance with the law, while the remainder is in violation of its spirit: as the domain name, site design, graphics, and other user interface elements are all intended to enable the site to masquerade as the original Broadway ticket seller It is for these reasons that we claim that the Company is engaging in deceptive and immoral business practices by willfully and knowingly contracting with a site that is designed to deceive customers into thinking they are purchasing tickets from a legitimate Broadway production Thank you, Sara Sink

Dear Revdex.com - Thank you for helping to mediate Ms [redacted] 's situation Ms [redacted] 's concerns are directed to the website on which she purchased tickets, a third party website that is not owned or operated by Ticket Galaxy Ticket Galaxy has no role in how the website is advertised or what service fee it asks for However, Ms [redacted] agreed to be bound by the website's terms and conditions, which were conspicuously displayed on the checkout page, by actively clicking a check box before checking out Those terms and conditions explicitly note that all sales are final We rely on the finality of this kind of web order in order to run our business efficiently and offer competitively priced event ticketsI hope that Ms [redacted] enjoys her event.Thank you again.DanTicket Galaxy

Revdex.com, Thank you for bring MrBurton's continued concerns to our attention I would urge the Revdex.com to read our initial replyMrBurton is complaining about a website which he did not order from, nor did have any interaction withHis order for tickets was NOT placed on the website he is complaining aboutMrBurton's order was placed at www.TicketNetwork.com which does not look anything like LiveNation, nor does it ever purport itself to be associated with LiveNation or even a member of the primary ticket market TicketNetwork contains ample disclosures that inform all customers that they are buying tickets from a secondary site and that prices may be above and below face valueFurther, Ticket Galaxy is only the ticket supplier and does not own, operate, or manage this website or the other website MrBurton is complaining about The "legal mumbo jumbo" that MrBurton is claiming to have been provided is the terms and policies of purchase that he agreed to when placing his orderThey are written in very clear language and are easily understoodAdditionally, the terms and not buried in the footing of a page or in tiny hard-to-read print, they are on the checkout page in a scroll box and must be agreed to If MrBurton clicked-to-accept them without reading them, or ignored the other disclosures on the website (which screenshots are being provided in the attached document) we cannot be accountable for his failure to do soAs was stated in our previous response, MrBurton was free to comparison shop at any website before completing his purchaseHe willingly agreed to complete his purchase on TicketNetwork.com and also willingly agreed to the website's all sales are final policy We regret that MrBurton remains dissatisfied with his purchase, however we will not be providing a refund for this matterWe hope this fully explains the issue

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was unaware that ticket galaxy was not a reputable ticket company and thought they were affiliated with the [redacted] ticket salesAt the time of the ticket purchase the venue had over 500+ tickets still available When the verification email from ticket galaxy went through I immediately attempted to contact ticket galaxyHad Ticket galaxy clarified the difference between the ticket price, the true location of seating, the markup and the service charges, I would not have purchased from ticket galaxyThey miss represented themselves and the product they sold me Sincerely, [redacted]

I purchased tickets through Ticket Galaxy for a [redacted] concert in TampaI did not receive the section and row that I clicked onI would have never paid the price I did for the section they gave meI immediately tried calling and emailing them when I received my receiptI contacted my credit card company to discuss what I should doWhen BOA contacted them they were not even willing to talk to the representative when he notified TicetGalaxy that the conversation would be recorded They hung up on himWhen I contacted them, the representative hung up on me when I asked that the pending transaction be cancelledTheir customer service needs to do some serious training on how to handle disputes

Revdex.com, Thank you for bringing this matter to our attentionWe take customer service seriously and appreciate the opportunity to respond to [redacted] concerns Our customer service records do show that [redacted] did speak with a representative regarding her orderOur notes do not indicate that she questioned the presence of the word void on the tickets however, so we’d be glad to address that concern now The tickets that [redacted] received are printed on secure paper which prevents them from being photocopied and duplicatedSince tickets are one-of-a-kind items if they were copied only one person would be able to use the ticket thus invalidating the ticket for the next person who tries to use itIf the secure paper is photocopied the tickets will read void across them and make the tickets un-useableThus the void that [redacted] sees is somewhat visible and is in the background and will be fully visible if the tickets are copied This is a security measure that prevents any potential issues with the tickets for all of our customers Therefore, [redacted] tickets are not void themselves They are valid and legitimate tickets and are 100% guaranteed We hope this fully explains the matter and there will be no refund provided in this case

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because the agent I spoke to did NOT explain that the tickets were above face value The agent I spoke to instead told me that the show was almost sold out and only a few seats were remaining This was completely false, because when I realized that the tickets were double the face value, I spoke to a representative at Houston's [redacted] and he said there were many seats still available Sincerely, [redacted]
