Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I believe it is poor business that they do have no say or agreements with the businesses that utilize their servicesThe transaction wasn't even fully processed through the third party at the time, so they made no attempt to help rectify the situation while the opportunity was still present They offered nothing to help stop this third party transaction from processing Sincerely, Justin [redacted]

I reject this non offer from the business They did not have the tickets to sell when I ordered themTickets did not go on sale until the following week to the public I am not asking for price matching I am DEMANDING a refund for what I see as fraudulently selling ticketsI have already contacted my credit card company and sent them the documentation I will not pay for tickets that are so outrageously priced! In addition to this disclaimer, [redacted] was also required to read and agree to the website's policies These policies, in plain language state that the prices of tickets may be above or below face valueAdditionally [redacted] states that the order was not filled correctly [redacted] purchased two tickets in section: Orchestra, row: E and received those exact tickets [redacted] then claims that she thought they were center orchestra tickets and therefore the order was not fulfilled correctlyHowever, the description of tickets stated Orchestra Row EIt did not state Left, Center, or RightIf [redacted] had specific questions about this listing she was free to call the customer service department before completing her order [redacted] ordered tickets in the Orchestra Row E and received those exact ticketsThis has been a completed transaction and per the website's all sales are final policy no refund will be provided

Revdex.com: I do not find this to be a satisfactory response from Ticket Galaxy, but I realize I cannot waste any more time on this matterThe bottom line is that I've learned a lesson and will never order tickets through a second or third party I will go right to the venueTheir response to my complaint along with their explanation iof termes, conditions, and policy iwas not obvious on the websitesI have no recourse but to accept the unethical behavior of Ticket Galaxy or Box Office Ticket Sales (which I never heard of or received information from at all)I appreciate your efforts to resolve this issue although I'm still left believing this is a ticket scalping/scam operationThanks againI have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me(Not really) Sincerely, [redacted]
