Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
This business must be the only one in the world that never refund anything. They must have the golden ticket to screw everyone over. Look at the sarcasm and his message. I hope you enjoy your event just poking me waiting for me to snap. Just another crappy business don't waste your time getting involved with these succubus's. I will not accept anything other than a refund. And if I do not receive my tickets or my refund I will contact a lawyer.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
"Unfortunately, given the particulars of the venue and event Ms. [redacted] intended to attend, we were unable to replace her lost tickets or have her and her boyfriend's entry assured by the box office.  Sometimes we are able to replace customer's lost tickets and we encourage customers to contact us in the event they misplace, damage, or destroy their tickets, as Ms. [redacted] did.  However, we do not promise to be able to help in these situations, and, unfortunately, we aren't able to help Ms. [redacted]."
What are the 'particulars of the venue'? Is it possible for Mr. [redacted] of Ticket Galaxy to please speak to why Ticket Galaxy cannot contact the venue and place our names or some notification that we paid for tickets at Will Call? Again, as stated in my letter, we understand that the tickets cannot be replaced. What we're asking is that our names be left at Will Call. Case in point, I previously purchased tickets issued by the company Ticket Fly, and wanted to transfer them to a friend. We didn't have "hard" paper tickets -- just an email and a signed letter verifying that I paid for tickets through their company. At Will Call, this was accepted as proof of purchase -- along with ID and the original ticket receipt -- and my friend was allowed to enter the show.  For the show in question, we have an email receipt and ticket confirmation as can provide ID. Can Ticket Galaxy contact the venue or simply provide a letter that verifies that we did in fact pay for tickets?
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Dear Revdex.com,Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re happy to look into the situation. We do not offer refunds for postponed events per the terms and conditions that customers agree to when they request tickets.  We guarantee that our customer’s tickets are valid for...

entry and arrive in time for the event.  Similarly, no refunds are given for lineup changes at music festival events. However, [redacted] situation is unique, and we understand and share customers’ frustration.  We have implemented a temporary exception to our refund policy for [redacted] ticket sales and have refunded [redacted] and other similarly situated customers. Thank you for mediating,Doug, Ticket Galaxy

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is unsatisfactory to me.
There was an option for a $15 delivery of an actual printed ticket. Why would any one of sound mind pay double to have printed e-tickets mailed to them verses printing them instantly for $7.50.
I also called to complained during the beginning of February because it was not explained that the tickets are not mailed out until two weeks before the actual event date.  I purchased the $15 delivery of actual hard copy tickets to include them in a gift. I was extremely disappointed when I found out they would not be mailed out anytime soon.
I could go back in and purchase more ticket to prove that there is an option. However, they will not refund your entire purchase for any reason, to include purchasing ticket insurance.
Thank you Revdex.com.

Revdex.com,
Thank you for bringing this
matter to our attention. We take customer service very seriously and would like
to take the time to address Mr. Prestgard's concerns.
When Mr. Prestgard placed his
order from his computer at the website, www.BoxOfficeTicketSales.com, he was
obliged to review his order and accept that website's terms and conditions
before his order was complete. These terms and conditions clearly state:
General.
BoxOfficeTicketSales.com ("SITE") acts as an intermediary between
buyers and ticket sellers ("TICKET SELLERS") to facilitate the
purchase and sale of event tickets, and as such is not directly involved in the
actual ticket sale transaction between the buyers and TICKET SELLERS. All sales
are final. As tickets sold through SITE are often obtained through the
secondary market and prices are determined by the individual TICKET SELLER, the
prices for tickets may be above or below face value. Tickets sold through SITE
are from a third party; therefore, the buyer's name will not be printed on the
tickets. Please note that the name on the tickets does not affect the buyer's
ability to access the event.
The website terms and
conditions were available to Mr. Prestgard as a scroll box during the checkout
process and as a link on each page of the site. If Mr. Prestgard did not click
on the "yes" button on the checkout page that states "I agree to the Terms
& Conditions," the software would have removed him from the checkout page
and he would not have been able to go on to complete his order. Also, the total
price, including service fees and delivery charges, was given to him before he
gave his credit card information and completed his order. Mr. Prestgard chose
to comply with the price and the terms before sending his final order for
processing.
At no time before placing his
order did Mr. Prestgard contact our Customer Service Department with any
questions or for any clarification of the pricing and terms and conditions. If he
was unsure about the order he was placing, he was free to call the Customer
Service Department at the readily available number or to comparison shop at
other sites before finalizing his order.
Mr. Prestgard was educated to
the fact that tickets are in many cases sold above face value and that www.BoxOfficeTicketSales.com
is neither a primary sale box office nor the venue. Mr. Prestgard's
freely-chosen acceptance of the price and the terms and conditions indicates
that he did make a conscious and educated decision to purchase tickets at the
price he agreed to.
There is no refund due.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
In the response from Ticket Galaxy, they included a copy of their terms and conditions.  While I did accept their terms and conditions, it clearly states in the section "Ticket Availability", that if tickets ordered are no longer available or in the quantity originally ordered at the time order is received, then the ticket seller will fill the order with equivalent or better seats. If no alternates are available, EITHER THE USERS CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED AT ALL OR THE ENTIRE AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED, AND USER WILL BE NOTIFIED THAT THE TICKET REQUEST HAS BEEN REJECTED.
At the time of my order I was not notified that the tickets I ordered were not available.  Seller made no attempt to fill the order with equivalent or better seats because according to them, they were not available.  Since no alternates were available, according to their terms and conditions, my credit card should not have been charged at all OR the entire amount should have been refunded and I should have been notified that the ticket request had been cancelled.  None of this happened and they violated their own terms and conditions.  Due to this violation, and the fact that I was not notified of anything, they should have offered a full refund.  At the time of my telephone call to customer service, they said they would "offer a $25 refund on the tickets", which I understood to be $25 for each ticket.  Instead I received only $25 total which is unacceptable in light of their violation to terms and conditions.
Since they are unwilling to acknowledge any responsibility for their actions, it seems this will not be resolved by the Revdex.com but will go on record as "unresolved" and my next course of action will be to pursue this with absolute determination to expose the deceptive practices by this company.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: There was an open opportunity to work with their vendor and to work with me, I do not feel like this is valid response. When I called, my order hadn't been placed with their vendor, so they could have help to stop the transaction, but chose to stand behind their no refund policy, rather than work with customer.  It's just a very poor way of doing business, and all I am asking for is minor compensation, even if it is just the service charges. I work in business to business sales, so I am confident based on the in-limbo state that my transaction was in when I first touched based with Ticket Galaxy, this could have easily been reversed with a little effort on their end, even if it would had cost me something as a penalty.  This is a disgrace.
Sincerely,
Justin [redacted]

Dear Revdex.com,Thank you for the continued mediation. We regret that [redacted] has rejected our response at this time. For reasons previously mentioned, there is still no refund due.Thank you again,Doug, Ticket Galaxy

Dear Revdex.com,
We regret that [redacted] continues to reject our responses.
As previously mentioned, we will not be offering a refund at this time. We regret that [redacted] has taken this as disrespectful, as there is no disrespect inferred on our end. We are only standing by the terms and policies that were agreed to when the order was placed.
Thank you for the continued mediation,
Doug, Ticket Galaxy

I am rejecting this response because: I Feel and believe that you can only treat customers with disrespect once. If a customer is not happy with the product or service, a refund should be given. That is what distinguishes a good and noble reputable from a shady one. I now know what type of business Ticket Galaxy is and am not afraid to let my opinion be shared to maybe prevent someone else from being taken in by their practices.

If USER violates these TERMS Stadium-BoxOffice.com may terminate USER'S
access to the SITE, bar USER from future use of the SITE, cancel USER'S
ticket order, and/or take appropriate legal action against USER.
Above Face Value
Tickets sold through SITE are often obtained through secondary market
TICKET SELLERS and are being resold, in many cases, above the price or
"face value" listed on the ticket. All ticket prices include additional
service charges and handling fees as defined on each order. SITE and its

issued. If an event is cancelled without a rescheduled date, USER will
need to contact the FULFILLER for a refund. The FULFILLER may require
USER to return the supplied tickets at USER'S expense before receiving
any refund USER is entitled to due to cancellation. SITE is not
responsible for providing or securing this refund for USER. Any shipping
and handling charges are not refundable. Refunds will be processed in
the same currency as the original order. Conversion charges, including

sunlight or heat may damage tickets.
Schedule of Fees and Charges The

tickets shall include the following fees and charges:
Service Fee:
Cost per ticket associated with SITE operation, customer service center
operation, and other costs associated with the fulfillment of USER'S

I am rejecting this response because:
I visited [redacted] with the intention of purchasing tickets directly from the venue.  My intention was to purchase tickets from the venue and pay the ticket price.  Without notice, I was surreptitiously re-routed to ticket galaxy's website.   I have never heard of [redacted].  I was misled into believing that I was purchasing tickets directly from [redacted] (the venue).  I completed the ticket purchase of $110.00/ticket, $15.00 delivery fee and $123.20 for a "Misc. Expense".  I paid this because I thought THIS WAS WHAT WAS REQUIRED BY THE VENUE!!!!  I subsequently learned that ticket galaxy is not associated with the [redacted] and was charged more than 2x the face value of the ticket!!!     Ticket Galaxy's practice and conduct in a clear violation of New Jersey's Consumer Fraud Act (NJCFA) in several respects and is intentionally misleading to the public.  I was defrauded and mislead into believing I was purchasing tickets from the [redacted].   Instead, the company sold me tickets at 2x the face value of the ticket and charged me nearly $125.00 in fees.  I filed the complaint and write this rebuttal so that I can get a refund and so that there is a record of the fraudulent and misleading conduct of Ticket Galaxy or [redacted].

Nicole Butz

Dear Revdex.com,
Thank you for letting us know about...

[redacted] concerns.
We’re very sorry that he had taken the time to drive to our
state to go see a concert at [redacted], but the performer had postponed due
to illness. A concert going “best practice” is to check with the venue directly
the day before a show to ensure no changes have taken place.  However,
unless the show is outright cancelled, we are unable to offer a refund, as the
tickets will be valid for the postponed date, when it’s announced. If the show
is cancelled completely, we will of course refund [redacted] the cost of his tickets
less the delivery fee.
Unfortunately, until that time, no refund is due.
Thank you,

On 1/22/2016, [redacted] contacted Stadium-boxoffice.com to
assist her in selecting her tickets for the [redacted] event on 4/2/2016.
Stadium-boxoffice.com is a site not owned or operated by Ticket Galaxy. As
such, the representatives are trained and monitored to ensure that they are
saying three key points:
1.       Tickets
may be found above or below face value
2.       All
sales are final
3.       Tickets
are in US Dollars and may not include taxes

Upon [redacted] call into Stadium-boxoffice.com, a manager
from the supporting call center had looked into the order, and assured [redacted] that the representative who had sold her the tickets has an impeccable
record of being able to recite the terms described above.

Additionally, even though placing an order on the phone, the
order is still bound by the terms and policies of Stadium-boxoffice.com, which
states:

Pricing All
prices are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specifically stated.

Because of these
reasons, we are unable to offer [redacted] a refund at this time.

Dear Revdex.com,
We regret that [redacted] continues to reject our response.
[redacted] and TicketGalaxy.com are not the same company, and the order was placed on [redacted] and so is bound by their terms and policies.
We will not be offering a refund for [redacted]
Thank you for continued mediation,
Doug- Ticket Galaxy

I  reject this non offer from the business.  They did not have the tickets to sell  when I ordered them. Tickets did not go on sale until the following week to the public.  I am not asking for price matching.  I am DEMANDING a refund for what I see as fraudulently selling tickets. I have already contacted my credit card company and sent them the documentation.  I will not pay for tickets that are so outrageously priced!

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Ticket Galaxy has a copy of the order invoice with seat information and has sent me a copy as well.  I realize that the loss of my tickets is totally my problem, but in this day and age of electronic processes, I can't believe that there is no way to recover my tickets in either an e-ticket format or access at the Will-Call window at [redacted] Stadium.  I am at the mercy of your company to help me and am pleading for your help.  I realize that you do not have to do anything to assist me with my problem, but if there were any way possible to help I would greatly appreciate it.  I have purchased these 4 tickets for my daughter and her friends and have not yet had the heart to tell them that they can't go to the concert.  I believe that there's good in this world and good people who will do the right thing just because its the right thing to do.  Please help me, I would be greatly appreciative.
Begging and Pleading for your mercy.Sincerely,[redacted]
