Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: you obviously sent out the order AFTER I had posted my complaint here and simply stated in an email to you before complaining here that I did not want my order and I wanted a refundI will be sending it back united and I expect a prepaid shipping label sent to my email Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: After responding to the email and telling the customer that I no longer want the product and that I filed a claim with my bank to reject the payment....they ended up shipping my order anywaysAFTER TELLING THEM NOT TOOThis business is fraud, they do not read nor listen to their customers and I believe all responses are is automatedI have also asked several times for a phone call and still no phone call from anyoneThey can stop my order in transit and have it shipped back to them because I'm not paying for anything, especially not paying for shipping changes when I told them not to ship the product in the first place If they want to give it to my for free then ill accept Regards, [redacted]

The content of the recipe books is accurate to the title of the listing we have on our online store.As the material is non refundable, no refund is applicable for the content since it is all digital and was emailed once the purchase was completed Thank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: that's the issue, I had never received a response back in regards to why the correct protein powder was not sent after that phone callI left messages and did not receive a responseSome one needs to do something to make this rightJust because you sent me the powder after a Revdex.com response does not make it go awayI'm still very dissatisfied
