Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The order was made on 11/30/I apologize for the typoHowever, I am rejecting your response because the package information you states is falseThe package I ordered was for FIVE free gifts, not fourYou only sent me fourI have attached pictures to show that the package clearly stated free gifts, and shows a picture of a cinnamon bun protein bar, and it is also in the text that it is includedYour ad completely looks like it comes with a box of the cinnamon protein bars which is why I went ahead and orderedAlso, the "$dollar coupon" is only on a $purchase and has to be used by December 28thInformation that is NO WHERE on the pageYour whole promotion is a scam, and your customer service will not help me get this resolved.I asked for a return label over a week ago, and your company refuses to give me oneI sent all the pictures to customer service, after they told me I was wrong about the promo, and after that, no one wanted to help meYou could have saved a customer for life and just sent me the bars to make it rightHowever, your horrible customer service and shameful business practices have been enough for me to shop elsewhereNow, I just want my money back, and I will never purchase from you or promote you again Regards, [redacted]
