I have records from March 11, 2016, with e rep on the phone as the most recent contact with you based on your phone call regarding the protein flavor that was incorrectThe rep was able to send out an immediate replacement to you and it was shipped and delivered April 1, The delay as I was informed was due to an inventory delay at the time however no other communication was made since the phone call on March 11, What I can do is have a representative contact you directly to inquire on any questions or concerns you may have at this time. I am rejecting this response because:
I waited almost the entire days I had to respond to this to see if the company was going to resolve the issueThey did finally ship out the free gifts yesterday, a month and a half after I orderedHowever, they still have not responded to any of my messages or returned my phone calls regarding how I get the correct protein that I ordered and paid forSo, sorry to be a pain, but I have to reject the response againI wish it was easier than a month and a half of communicating through the Revdex.com to get action from this companyThis is ridiculous customer service
