did respond finally to my email but nothing was resolvedShe told me I could send back the two products shipped and then I would get a full refund but I declined to do so because I am not paying for shipping and tracking ,etctaking more money out of my account when all of this is due to poor advertising on your end and lack of communicationShe also said my items would all ship out Wednesday, tomorrow, if I would like to wait and when I responded was she sure they would all ship Wedbesday and not just some she has yet to respond and that was a couple days agoSo as of now nothing has been resolved.
