Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My son was told this exact same thing during the one and only time he was able to reach someone at the company, but NO customer service rep ever got back to him with a resolution.we are now going on months later and still being told a "customer service rep will research your order and will get back to us" How long does it take to "research our order" and contact us! ?
