I am rejecting this response because: After responding to the email and telling the customer that I no longer want the product and that I filed a claim with my bank to reject the payment....they ended up shipping my order anyways. AFTER TELLING THEM NOT TOO. This business is fraud, they do not read nor listen to their customers and I believe all responses are is automated. I have also asked several times for a phone call and still no phone call from anyone. They can stop my order in transit and have it shipped back to them because I'm not paying for anything, especially not paying for shipping changes when I told them not to ship the product in the first place.
If they want to give it to my for free then ill accept.
