Our customer has been in contact with our online live chat representatives at this timeAll messages have been forwarded to our support team in which communication was had with a delay in response due to high volume of emails and callsThank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Shredz continues to ignore the emails I have sent after Shredz has reached outI responded to their email on Mon, Jan and I sent a 2nd email Wed, Jan letting them know I'm awaiting a response from themI don't believe that Shredz is true to their word and I don't think they are even concerned about sending out my order or any costumer satisfactionI am highly upset with the way Shredz is handling my case, their communicating is horribleAt this point I just want my full paid order or a full refund Regards, [redacted]

Our customer was requested to file a lost package claim with USPS so they could locate it in transitIn the case they don't they cover the insurance on the order and we immediately issue a new packageThe order eventually was returned to our fulfillment center and a refund was issued for the
customers order. Thank you
