rejecting this response because: This company promised to have my refund in 7-business days. I had to call them like a bill collector to get that done, and I still don't have the refund. Every timeline they give me has not been met. And the reps have been rude and unhelpful

The email response I received stated that the package had JUST been picked up and the shipping will be updatedThe shipping has not been updated after hours and it was supposedly already being shipped according to another agent so which is it? was it already shipped or has been just been picked up? it's been over a month since I ordered it should have been here by now.

We have investigated that issue and it shows the order was returned back to the fulfillment centerA rep reached out about the customs fees and there was no reply to that inquiry if the order was sent back by request or customs holdingA senior agent will be contacting you in regards to the

A shipment was sent out for the correct Protein flavor as requested by the customer from the original order in the morning time of 3/30/As for the coupon that was received, the date is stated as expired and all coupons have been extended to the end of the year, 12/31/A rep has been in
contact with the customer to make corrective measures in helping them out as there were unexpected delays to the order shipping out. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:They have finally responded to my emails, BUT provided me the same response except letting me know that they will ship all products they have available in stockI asked the following questions: How much longer are we looking at for the other products? If this will be back ordered for more than a week, please cancel my order and process my refund ASAP. Why my order doesn't appear on my account? (it states I have NO orders?)It's a package deal that I believe seems useless to receive when other products are back ordered. I'm awaiting a response to my questions.
