I did receive my refund, the amount of time it took for me to get it was unacceptable.  Will never do business with this company again, nor would I ever recommend to a friend.

I am rejecting this response because:
My son was told this exact same thing during the one and only time he was able to reach someone at the company, but NO customer service rep ever got back to him with a resolution.we are now going on 2 months later and still being told a "customer service rep will research your order and will get back to us".  How long does it take to "research our order" and contact us!  ?

I am rejecting this response because:The order was made on 11/30/2016. I apologize for the typo. However, I am rejecting your response because the package information you states is false. The package I ordered was for FIVE free gifts, not four. You only sent me four. I have attached pictures to show that the package clearly stated 5 free gifts, and shows a picture of a cinnamon bun protein bar, and it is also in the text that it is included. Your ad completely looks like it comes with a box of the cinnamon protein bars which is why I went ahead and ordered. Also, the "$25 dollar coupon" is only on a $100 purchase and has to be used by December 28th. Information that is NO WHERE on the page. Your whole promotion is a scam, and your customer service will not help me get this resolved.I asked for a return label over a week ago, and your company refuses to give me one. I sent all the pictures to customer service, after they told me I was wrong about the promo, and after that, no one wanted to help me. You could have saved a customer for life and just sent me the bars to make it right. However, your horrible customer service and shameful business practices have been enough for me to shop elsewhere. Now, I just want my money back, and I will never purchase from you or promote you again.

Our rep who spoke with the customer, confirmed sending a second item out to the customer that was missing from the original order days after the original order was placed. We have teh same transaction ID number for the order as it shows in our system. Thank you.
