I am rejecting this response because: I recevied an email from Kim at Shredz saying that the package was received. That was all the email said. In my initial email, indicated that I cannot located the package despite this status and asked for their help. Their response was dismissive and in no way helpful. I've been checking with our receptionist daily and she says nothing has come in for me. I tried contacting [redacted] Post, but they weren't able to provide any helpful information advised that only the sender can file a claim for non-delivery. I responded to Kim's email to ask again that she contact [redacted] Post and get more information on the delivery for me.In multiple previous emails, I also indicated that I expect a full refund - they ignored this part. I would like confirmation that they will be refunding the purchase in full. I have attached several of the correspondences with them over the last 6 weeks.
