A refund has been issued with expedited attention from [redacted] and the finance team. The pending status was a delay in the system that postponed the refund on time. All matters of that have been assessed and this one has been handled manually to ensure it was completed. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: you obviously sent out the order AFTER I had posted my complaint here and simply stated in an email to you before complaining here that I did not want my order and I wanted a refund. I will be sending it back united and I expect a prepaid shipping label sent to my email.
