I am rejecting this response because: This is the same response they send on Instagram as well as through their support team email. I have asked multiple times for them to call me as I only believe this is an automated computerised response as the messages are always the same and I can never get a hold of anyone at the company.

/A refund was issued to the customer 7/22/2015 to their account used on the order. The case was closed after the refund was issued to the customer as well as the completion of the refund back to the customer. Thank you.
