While I am thrilled that they finally shipped my order almost two weeks later...they sent the wrong product in an effort to quickly clear the complaint. And they also still have not shipped the free gifts they falsely advertised. I have contacted them to find out how to get the correct product, but they do not respond quickly. I do not want to wait 10 days for a response.

I was told by a Shredz representative that I would receive a tracking number Friday, December 16th! And it's Tuesday the 20th! And I have BIT received anything! This is ridiculous refund my money! Shredz continues to ignore the emails I have sent after Shredz has reached out. I responded to their email on Mon, Jan 23 and I sent a 2nd email Wed, Jan 25 letting them know I'm awaiting a response from them. I don't believe that Shredz is true to their word and I don't think they are even concerned about sending out my order or any costumer satisfaction. I am highly upset with the way Shredz is handling my case, their communicating is horrible. At this point I just want my full paid order or a full refund.

They have fulfilled their promises based on our communication through this complaint and pulled through each time. The response I received was EXACTLY what I needed especially if the product was already paid for and deducted from my account. Usually when something is paid for a customer should be able to see the status and view the transaction and receive updates as to where their order stand. I really wish it didn't have to escalate to this but it seems as though after the many attempts, I finally got an answer. I hope that they continue to do this for all of their customers (who are also waiting) in hopes that another person doesn't have to go through this again. You can sell GREAT products, but customer service is key. Thank you Revdex.com for your assistance in this matter.
