Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I received a call from [redacted] with Time Warner cable on Wednesday, July She agreed to give me my promotion back until May and scheduled a technician to come to my house the next day However, when the technician arrived there was some confusion as to what channels I was suppose to receive He installed the set top box and left We discovered the next day that we were not receiving all the channels we had previously received I spent an hour on the phone with Time Warner trying to get this resolved I was told they would have to send out another technician as the problem seemed to be with the set top box This appointment is scheduled for Monday, July Also the bill on which I was charged for the box has not been reduced to the promotional pricing The current bill was $and it has only been reduced to $ I was told by [redacted] at Time Warner that the charges for the set top box would be removed and as of today, July they have not

TWC spoke with Mr [redacted] and his account was past due at day delinquent He demanded that we fix his issues prior to him making a payment We set up a TC for 02/04/to verify that the customer was having problems with the service Upon the service call it was verified that there was poor quality cabling in the home and we replaced all the connectors and fittings to ensure good signal Customer was advised that the number of devices he hooks up to the internet can affect the speed and connection to the wireless service A credit for $was issued for service problems and $was given for the inconvenience of the Super Bowl being interrupted by the service problems he had TWC also reversed the deposit that was applied to the account as the customer stated he was not made aware of the deposit Mr [redacted] is very happy that the problems have been resolved

Spectrum located two back balances left at the address referenced above Spectrum found a balance left by C [redacted] in for $ and a balance left by [redacted] P [redacted] in 9/for $ MsP [redacted] took accountability for her debt left in 9/ Public records places C [redacted] and [redacted] P [redacted] at the address at the same time, as a courtesy Spectrum will not pursue the debt left by C [redacted] for the amount of $43.58, however; the balance left by [redacted] P [redacted] for $will need to be paid prior to restoring MsP***s services

The balance of $has been cleared from his account and has a zero balance as well as contacting CMI (collection agency) to have them remove the accountThe payment MrAlcock processed of $has been reversed and he is aware it will take 3-business days for the payment to reflect back to his credit cardWe apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because In Regards to the response MrB [redacted] filed, it seems as though he still believes he can intimidate me with accusations and allegations pertaining to the mileage of the trade in and "verbal assault" This is the errogance of the two employees at this dealership that I am attempting to explain, he also failed to take responsibility for his negative gesuture in calling me an [redacted] and flippnig me off as a General Manager The facts of the contract and deal are sealed since the exchange of funding has been completed, my complaint is in relation to the mistreatement I suffered through as a customer at this dealership on both the phone calls and my physical appearnce at the dealership, in addition, the last thing I am going to do is take my wife there so he can yell at her also that is not going to happen They need to present to me a course of action as to how they are going to make me feel comfortable and safe returning to the dealership My vehicle has contractual attachments to this dealership such as, warranty, services, and insurance (GAP) that will have to one day be completed I have sent off my letter to GM-COChevrolet as well, and, in addition to the filed complaint with them over the 1-800# Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason if he complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]
