I contacted MrTao Zheng on 10/5/and informed him that due to research, I was able to confirm that he wouldn't have been able to setup an
EZConnect on his ownDue to this, I waived the $EZ Connect Rescue chargeIn addition, I credited the customer's account an additional $for the inconvenienceCustomer is satisfied with the resolution

I contacted our customer on 2/28/and apologized for the inconvenienceI informed him that he did not pay the final balance on his account plus collection feeHe returned of the pieces of
equipment on his account and the account went into collections for the final balance the equipment costHe moved and we did not have his new billing address on fileAs a courtesy I removed the missing equipment of the account and he agreed to contact the collections agency and pay the final balance to close the accountI provided him the information to the collections agency and mailed a copy of his last billing statement to his current addressHe was pleased with the outcome

I made several attempts to contact Mr*** at the telephone number that was providedI was able to leave or messages there after the telephone number stop accepting messagesThe refund check is being processed in the correct full name Donald R*** and will be sent via fedex. An
attempt to reach letter was mailed 4/17/

We apologize for any frustration the reported concern has caused the consumerTime Warner Cable made several attempts to reach Mr*** *** however this has been unsuccessfulTime Warner Cable was unable to validate the consumers claim in regards to the desired service rateIn the interest of customer service Time Warner Cable has applied a $ service balance credit in addition to the $service balance credits already applied through customer serviceThe total service balance credit applied for this particular matter to date is $We want to ensure the consumer is aware that we value him as a customer and appreciate his business

Time Warner Cable apologized to the Consumer for any frustration and or inconvenienced caused as a result of the escalated complaintTime Warner Cable has properly addressed and resolved the reported internet
issue brought to our attentionAs a courtesy the Consumer was upgraded to a faster speed at no additional cost which also decreased the monthly rate for the duration of the promotion givenWe followed up with the consumer after the completed service call to obtain feedback as to whether or not the issue had been fully resolved and by confirmation obtained from the Consumer this case has been successfully closed due to customer satisfaction

I am rejecting this response because: I signed because of the way the diagnostic charges were explained not necessarily acceptedBut yes, I did sign even after explaining that I knew what the problem was and did not need to diagnose It was paid because I needed my car back and my father needed to get back to work we did not have time to argue We asked to speak to a manager but was not heardWe stated that we felt we were way over charged and not happy with the price I guess lesson learned not to sign for a charge even when explained in great length that it would be waived if the diagnostic was what I said It was a plastic bag that was causing the noise Hopefully I will not run over a plastic bag and need assistance in removing it

processing. They woill email a resolution to the Revdex.com by 4/04/This message is pitiful; it's full of typing and grammatical errors. In addition, it really doesn't tell me anything about my claim; therefore, it does not resolve my claim at all
However, I received a phone call from Dave at TWC on March 18, 2014, regarding my Revdex.com complaint. He told me that he would back-date the termination of my services to March 12, 2014, so that I would not be billed at all for the current month. He also told me to disregard my current bill. I should not receive any final bill, but if I had any problems, he gave me his number (###-###-####) to call him. The action taken by Dave resolved my complaint against Time Warner Cable (complaint ID 9970081)
