I was finally able to register my car. I am so greatful that Reliable Chevrolet took care of it however I feel it was only because of my complaint to the Revdex.com. I wish I wouldn’t have had to take it as far as I did, and that I would have gotten a call from the Manager from the beginning. But due to the poor customer service from Reliable Chevrolet I had to do what was necessary. I would never do business with them again.

As a act of "good faith" we have issued a refund of $500.00 to the consumer. We would like it noted that the consumer did sign for the acceptance of the repairs and charges.

TWC apologized for misspelling Mr. [redacted] last name. According to our records Mr. Camarena's Credit Card funds were transmitted on 4/12 and should receive them 3-5 business days after the request. TWC apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused Mr. Camarena.

The representative from TWC denied any malpractice even after one of their own technicians admitted fault. His explanation was generic and cold. He denied any fault even though my service obviously suffered because of their negligence.  I denied a technician because the issue  of improper installation has since been resolved, the technician who came to investigate has since fixed the issue. 
What has NOT been resolved is my stolen funds for a service that was NOT delivered as promised in our agreement. I believe restitution is in order. I paid for services not rendered properly.

Mr. [redacted] was informed that he was placed on the exception to receive the Dell tablet. He understands that the processing time can take up to 1-2 months to receive.

If this message is in anyway displayed for Timewarner, I would like to point out that the local Los Angeles supervisor, Craig Scurlock, showed the utmost professionalism when I was dealing with him and he personally followed up with me several times, and I appreciate all his efforts. I am glad Timewarner corporate finally reached out and found a resolution and gave me an update on the timeframe of the correction.

I am rejecting this response because:As of now   waiting for them to get back with us and let us know when to take truck in to be repaired, they said...

they ordered parts needed and would call within a week.This fridaywill be a week.. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, Mr. B[redacted] stated they will accomdate my request, and to reassure that the customer is the first element in his "favorite things about reliable"   [redacted]  and to assure that in the future no other customers are treated in the same manner as I was, and to reassure my treatment any time I take my vehicle for serivces at reliable, I would like reliable to install a DVD player in the 2016 Tahoe  I purchased for my family to enjoy as a reassurance that the customer is his favorite element at reliable chevrolet.  In turn I would inform my family how great reliable is and that customers are in their "favorite things" list.  However, during the install process I will be closely monitoring the communication, the treatment, and the work done on my vehicle to assure he kept his word and his apology was sincere.  If this is not met, I will retract my acceptance and continue my complaint process through Revdex.com, NM AG's Office Consumer complaints, and GMC-CO Chevrolet.

I am rejecting this response because:
I spent weeks  and several hours on the phone with Time Warner giving them my updated information including my name, address, phone number and email.  Based on the service I have received they must likely never actually wrote down my information and are trying to a call a number from 10 years ago.  The lack of customer service is mind blowing .

If you wants lies, apathy and incompetence, then this is the place for you. Feel like taking a day and a half off work to wait for an installer that won't show? Give them a call. Want to be promised one thing and then told (unconvincingly), "Sorry.", then these are your guys.

I spoke to Mr. [redacted] and apologized for any inconvenience he experienced. As courtesy I offered him 6months of free DVR service, and I let him know he was already given the credit for the service...

call $29.99 and for HBO and Cinemax $59.89. He was pleased with the outcome.
