voice-message with my contact information and hours of availability
On 09/10/at 4:10pm I called MsI*** and left my 2nd
voice-message with my contact information and hour of operation
On 09/10/MsI*** left a voice-message indicating
that her issue is resolved and she does not wish to speak with usAs
compensation I lowered her monthly amount from $down to $and
provided a courtesy bump in speed from 100Mbps up to 200Mbps free for
monthsWe also applied a month courtesy credit to the account

I don't want my bill to go up at all though, I was trying to reach an agreement with the original representative who helped meShe offered the upgrade at no additional charges, that was not something I requestedI simply asked for the $internet services + $phone services + $monthly modem fees + taxesI'm not asking for anything more or lessI've always enjoyed my services through time warnerHowever, I'd just like a bill that meets my means at this time in my life.

On 03/26/I forwarded Mr***’s information to the area Mgrto see if we can verify node congestion for the area and get an ETA for a
resolve
On 03/26/at 3:30pm I spoke with Mr*** and apologized for his on-going issuesI let him know that his information has been forwarded to area leadership for folland we will provide an update as soon as one becomes available
As compensation I upgraded his speed from Ultimate to Ultimate and waived the fee for months
On 03/27/at 3:40pm I spoke with Mr*** and provided him with an update for the node congestion in his area (possible ETR mid-July) Mr*** understood and thanked me for the month promotion on the ultimate
