I made contact with Mr [redacted] and apologized for this issueI reviewed the billing and confirmed he currently has Standard internet unlimitedI advised Mr [redacted] he can remove the modem lease fee by purchasing his own modem and directed him to our website, href="http://www.timewarnercable.com">www.timewarnercable.com, in order to see the list of approved modemsI offered to waive the modem lease fee for months as a courtesy plus waive month of service for $Mr [redacted] asked me to waive the modem lease fee for months and I have honored that requestI have also applied the credit of $as agreedI advised Mr [redacted] of the current promo which will end in late December I explained we bill in advance and he will see the change on his bill before the price actually changesOnce he sees the rate change I suggested he contact us to see what is available to him at that timeMr [redacted] is pleased with this resolution

Steps Taken to Resolve: On 07/11/I processed a one-time adjustment of $ for billed services from 12/24/until 04/01/I also forwarded the information to collections to debit the $modem fee from the newly generated credit, and remove the account from all collections activities On 07/11/at 3:20pm I spoke with MrsSmith and informed her of her credit amount and the fact that the account has as of now been recalled from all collections I also verified her mailing address for her refund and she thanked me for my call

Called Mr. [redacted] today to follow up. He needs to contact Mr. O***, the service manager, for additional information to properly order the parts to fix the vehicle. Reliable has agreed to fix the issue with the instrument cluster. Mr. [redacted] just needs to get in contact so we can complete the order and then the repair.

Spectrum attempted to contact MrV [redacted] on several occasions at the phone number provided in an attempt to resolve his reported issueUnfortunately we have not been successful in reaching himWe sent him an attempt to reach letter on November to contact us at his earliest convenienceHowever, the account has been disconnected and reconnected per the customer requestThe account has been disconnectedThe billing has been stopped there is nothing that needs to be done There was a credit of $that transferred from one account to the other The billing was stopped on the 16th of October

We apologize for any frustration or confusion the reported concern has caused the consumer. Mr. M [redacted] confirmed he unfortunately submitted a check payment with the wrong account information. He is... fully aware he is responsible for any bank fees incurred. However, as a courtesy we have applied a credit to the account in the amount of $69.74. We want to ensure the consumer is aware that we value him as a customer and appreciate his business.

Hello, I have spoken to three different managers in the past week and all have told me different things. I paid my bill of $102 on the 5th of July, as always. I moved July 15th and was told that they would switch my service over free of charge. When the cable man got there, he charged me ANOTHER $103 for the month and claimed it was the installation fee. I called time warner and the manager reiterated that no, the switch should have been free and claimed to have credited the $103 to the month of August. On August 5th, I got ANOTHER bill for $110, thus, it has not been credited. When I called yesterday, a DIFFERENT manager said that they messed up and did not correctly cancel my service at my precious address and reduced my bill down to $30 for adding STARZ. I look at my bill today to pay it and it is at $60, when I was told it would be $30. Also, Time Warner has upped my bill $45 without notifying me and claims it is due to my promotion ending. I am not paying the promotion price, and am cancelling my subscription as soon as my bill is figured out. Time warner is the WORST service I have EVER had and you have LOST a customer for life!!
