I am rejecting this response because: when they spoke to me they said they would fix the amount I owed and give me the price they promised meBut they charged me dollars and according to my calculations and the history of my payments that amount they are now charging me is not right and the math doesn't add upI waited hours like the executive at time warner cable said and really nothing happened but a waste of time

To Whom It May Concern:*** *** *** brought their vehicle in for a "rattle noise at mph with the noise increasing as he accelerates". It was explained by the Servcie Advisor that if it was an outside influence causing the noise there would be a minimum charge of $Mr***
agreed to the charge and signed the pre-repair order. There was a largeplastic bag wrapped around the drive shaft with pieces of it melted on to the exhaust. Our technician cut the bag off of the drive shaft and scraped it off of the exhaust which took him about and hour.Our Service Advisor explained this to Mr*** *** and his father. They wanted the work done for free. We pay our technicians for the work they do - we do not expect them to do it for free. If there is a simple fix for a customer, we will try when ever possible to discount or in some cases do complimentary work.In this case, the technician had to do work on the undercarraige of Mr*** ***'s vehicle. It should be noted that if the tech had not removed all of the plastic tangled under the vehicle, it could have caused extensive damage. The plastic was wrapped around and had started to go into the pinion seal which could have caused a pinion seal leak or worse. Sincerely, Reliable Chevrolet

the Consumer on 10/16/therefor we have credited the account this specific amountAs an added cortesy we have also applied a $credit in lieu of the Gift Card in question. We appreciate the oppurtunity to research and rectify the concerns mentioned in the escalated complaint, we want to Thank the Consumer for their Loyalty to Time Warner Cable and appreciate their Business

The customer signed documentation that she would be responsible for additional fees on out of state taxes..We can only estimate state taxesWe cannot know county and city taxes at time of delivery The customer claims we should have told her…We feel we did by having her sign a
acknowledgement. However, in a act of good faith we paid the additional money is to complete her registration We additionally paid her this extra money as we are unable to refund her on her repairs on her motor mounts,that were wear and tear items that her mechanic agreed that it was a maintenance item, not a safety concern and was consistent with the wear on a vehicle with those miles on it We did pay for her other mechanical repairs. Should you continue to need additional documentation to support our response we will be glad to ..Based on office managers conversation with customer, she now has her plates

I am rejecting this response because: I never said I wanted it done for "free"The service technician said that if was as simple as a "plastic bag" being removed the diagnostic charge would be waived The car did not need to be driven and have the plastic melt even more, I told them it was a plastic bag that I ran over and I knew what the noise was and told them to remove the bag But, they drove it and melted the plastic even more making the removal more time consuming so then they could charge meI understand they do not work for "free" and my father told them that and offered what he thought would be a "fair" price $Mr*** would not listen or ignore my father's comment All I am saying is that I think that fee $was too exuberant They did not have to drive my vehicle miles and melt the plastic even further to spend the hour of clean upIf they took it in and lifted up the vehicle, they would have seen the plastic right away and not spend an hour on it I never said "free" The word used was "waived" I was willing to pay for Miscellaneous charge or shop fees and sales tax

After unsuccessful efforts to reach *** ***, a letter was emailed to the email address provided
We remain prepared to assist Ms*** and discuss a resolution. Without further contact, we have completed our investigation of this matter and consider it to be closed.

Time Warner Cable regrets that Ms*** was not satisifed with our response. A service call was ran and I have called and left several messages requesting a response as to whether she is now receiving all of her channels and there has be no response back from Ms***. As for her monthly rate it has been changed to what she was originally quoted. However the bill was already processed before the changes were made so it didn't reflect on her statement.

On 09/06/at 10:40am I called MsLee and left a voice-message with my contact information and hours of availabilityWe also created the ECAF and forwarded the information to the business owner
We attempted to contact the customer via phone times, and also emailed the customerWe have not heard back from the customer, and the customer has not called back into Care regarding the issueThe agent is being coached for the misinformation
Credit card refund submitted, allow to business days to appear on customer's bank statement
