I am rejecting this response at this time because: I have been told that there is an exit and have received e-mails saying this, but have seen
no details about the exitI have been waiting on some packet of information to be mailed to me - since AprilIt was to come to me in 1-weeks, then after asking for a status, I was told my deed was needed - even though it was provided upon my contract startI continue to wait for the packetI will withdraw this complaint when the exit is actually accomplishedI do not want to close the complaint early and be forced to submit another if the exit fails to happen

because nothing has happened and I have no proof that an exit existsSince being told there was an exit in April, I signed a transfer document that was blank on the recipients lineThe timeshare is unaware of any transfer discussions ongoing and stated that the last contact regarding a transfer was a withdrawal of request to exit in June 2016, thus proving the earlier complaint of deception. Timeshare exit team has thrown a series of delaying actions at me, to include months of "waiting for the timeshare to verify fees payment", a need for more paperwork, and now: a supposed request from the timeshare for fee payment - the timeshare has not even determined the fee yet and the payment is due on Jan 1st, with a grace period until Jan 31stI was told in April that only fees were an issue even though I had paid themWhen I asked why this was happening and asked for a point of contact from the timeshare, all communication ceasedI have e-mailed three times and called twice, to no avail
