I supported their crowdfunding campaign on 7-10-14 in return for 10 TrackR Bravo devices. They seemed to constantly extend their delivery deadlines. Despite their constant press relations and marketing, they never seemed to be able to explain when they'd finally deliver their product. Their employees even offer to give away free devices to their friends on social media, meanwhile paying customers (like me) have yet to receive their orders.. Their "Order Status" systems aren't integrated and their support staff is extremely unresponsive.

Review: I received an email offering a free tracker tag as part of an introductory offer. Right after signing up, I began getting emails stating that other people had jumped ahead of me in line, and that I could either pay for product, pay shipping only, or advertise for them on social media to advance my place in line. I quickly realized that this was not what I had signed up for, and followed the 'unsubscribe' link to stop future emails. I continued getting emails. I followed the unsubscribe link a second time, but the emails continued. I opened a help ticket with their help desk, requesting that I be removed from their mailing list. I continue to get the emails. I have been told by their helpdesk on 3 occasions that my email was removed. One even went so far as to say that I had been manually removed from their system. I continue to get emails from them. Every email tells me how I can move ahead in their line to receive a free tracker device. In my first email to their helpdesk, I advised them that I was no longer interested in their product or their advertisements. It seems that they think that if they continue to send these annoying emails, I'll eventually crack and purchase something from them just to stop the emails.Desired Settlement: I am only wanting my email address taken off of their mailing list. To me, this seems like a reasonable request.

Review: I placed a PreOrder on 06/23/2014. I should have received 10 TrackR Bravos months ago. In March I sent an inquiry and Jackie said "We will begin shipping within the month". Well that didn't happen. in July I reached out again and was told by C[redacted] "adding your order to our VIP list... order will receive priority in shipping... Your order could go out as late as Mid August and as early as this week or next". Well that still has not happened. It has been over a year and they are filling orders from new customers as seen on their Facebook Page. And they are Shipping to stores like Best Buy. They have had my money this whole time and refuse to send me my order.Desired Settlement: Ship my Order ASAP!

Set up was simple and the app is easy to use. It has already saved me a lot of time looking for my remote in the living room. I just wish the volume was a little louder.

Review: My original order was placed and paid for on May 14, the order was confirmed and money debited from my account. Currently my money is in TrackR's hands, and I receive crickets in response to multiple customer service inquries. TrackR does not make their phone number available.My latest correspondence is below.--BEGIN EMAIL--Still have not received, and no answer from my previous inquiry on Wednesday, June 17 below.What is going on? Please advise. Your Revdex.com and ripoff report ratings are dreadful.I expect the product, a refund, or a satisfactory response within 1 business day. Review: I've ordered a product from them and it's been almost a year and I still don't have it. They send out updates all the time regarding the status but fail to fulfill the timeline.Desired Settlement: I WANT my order that I paid for to be fulfilled...ASAP...NOW...PRONTO...YESTERDAY....TODAY!!! Not in a week, or a month, or in the summer, or next year! I am sick of waiting and getting their stupid emails or responses saying they are on it, or working on fulfilling orders, etc.

Review: I ordered a package of 5 Trackr's. A mailing label was created on 7 December, but, the package has not been scanned into USPS system. I've attempted to contact the company by telephone and have sent 3 emails with no response. I do have a tracking number indicating that the package remains in Santa Barbara 17 days later. Are these guys viable? Have I been ripped off?

Those who have received product have said it doesn't work or the company hasn't responded with an exchange..There is great concern whether this is a scam. Review: Trackr ran an Indiegogo campaign, alleging that they were starting a company to create a very small tracking device, and seeking early pre-orders to fund the business.I placed an order for 10 units on 7/17/2014, and began receiving updates via e-mail, promising that the product would be delivered within a few months. A few stretched into 6, then 12, and to date, I still have not received a product.About a week ago, I contacted them, as they claim they are now shipping product, and asked about the status of my order. I received an email from them which claimed that my product had shipped, and provided a tracking number from the USPS. USPS says the tracking number is not in their system. The company has hundreds of complaints on social media regarding this issue.Desired Settlement: Ideally, I'd like to see the product I ordered delivered as promised.In lieu of a product delivery, I think the company should provide a refund of the original amount paid, plus interest.

Review: I ordered a set of their TrackR Bravo tracking devices close to the first of December. I received a tracking number and a statement that they had been shipped on the 7th of December, but according to the tracking information, they appear to be lost in the mail and have not been received. Emails to this company seeking information have gone unanswered, and I cannot seem to make contact with anyone regarding my order and its fulfillment. I have also tried contacting them on their FB page, but to no avail.Desired Settlement: Since I have not received the product I paid for AND I have not been contacted (despite my attempts to reach them), I would like a full refund for the purchase price of this item.

I paid them $116.00 on my American express card and then received an email from them letting me know the items I ordered were in product development. There is no way to call this company or get them to respond via email. Dispute filed with American Express. Review: I purchased three of the Trackr Bravo devices for $62.64 on May 7, 2015 from the site at https://www.thetrackr.com/. The company sent me an email saying they would contact me about my order and when it would ship and they never did. So on May 19, 2015 I contacted them through there online support blog the only way to contact them and some employee named Bill said they would ship my order on May 25, 2015. I thought that was odd because that's Memorial Day on nothing ships on that date. The items never came so I filed a dispute with Chase to see if I can get a refund on the products. I'm glad I didn't use my debit card this company will rip you off.Desired Settlement: Refund my credit card for items I paid for and never received.

Review: I ordered a product on november 25th. It was a pre-order and was told the product would ship in January. The item has been delayed and not shipped yet. I bought 8 devices for $102.40. I have not received the item. I have not been told when I am receiving the item. Very few have received the item. The people that have received the item have stated the item is not as good as they advertised.Desired Settlement: I want my $102.40 refunded in full.

I had a very good experience dealing with customer service at this business. I had some questions before I ordered their key fobs and they were able to get back to me with efficient and precise answers, which I appreciated. The product itself works as expected and has helped me locate my purse numerous times.

Review: This company uses BlackHat email marketing. I never signed up for their email list. They send me around 3-5 emails a day, all exactly the same and all from different email addresses. I block one email address but it doesn't matter because they just send it to a different email address. Their unsubscribe button on the bottom of the form actually has the opposite effect. Instead of taking you off the list, you'll get bombarded with spam from other companies. If they were a Canadian company they would be in violation of the C.A.S.L. legislation and hit with a 10 million dollar fine. I've tried contacting the company but so far nothing has been done.Desired Settlement: Take me off your email list, make sure the company you hired also takes me off all of their lists for every client, and take the advice to stop your bad marketing practices all together.

Review: On December 11th, I made a purchase of 5 of TrackR's Bravo tracking chips for the total of $97.19 through PayPal. It was a buy 3 get 2 free promo, that they are currently still running. Later that day, I received an email that my product was being shipped and also received a tracking number to USPS. I have still yet to receive my purchased product. I have contacted the company four times regarding a refund or explanation as to why my product as not left Santa Barbara, according to the tracking number.

I requested a full refund and am still yet to receive one.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $97.19 sent to me by certified check or directly to the PayPal account they received my funds from.

Review: Regarding an order for TrackR order of 4 engraved devices:

I sent the company an email on 12/15 indicating that I was still waiting for delivery of this order almost a month past the order date of 11/17

I checked the USPS tracking number they promptly gave me on 12/15, on 12/20 (well past the 48 hour status reflection) and could not ascertain if any item had been sent. This morning it still says: "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on December 15, 2015 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if/when available."

I responded to a customer service satisfaction email from TrackR on 12/16, yesterday, outlining why I am unhappy with the failure to deliver my order.

I’ve also tried phoning the company this morning to see if there has been some problem. There has been no response to my most recent my email, nor was there an answer to my phone call.

I believe I’ve been more than patient and at this time would like to cancel my order and receive a full refund. Unfortunately I did not do a thorough check of your business. Checking the Revdex.com site this morning reveals a long history of orders taken and not delivered.Desired Settlement: I would like a prompt refund of $97.00, the full amount of my order, to the original account would be acceptable.

Review: Trackr has been flooding the E-commerce sites (mainly Facebook) with advertising on their product. Product looks great, Many of us have ordered, Problem is, No-One is getting their product. I ordered mine on 7/16/2015, and put on my credit card, Total amount was $82.00. As of today 10/7/2015 I have not received the product. The charge is definitely on my Credit Card, I've tried contacting them via phone (they don't accept phone calls) email (get no response) and through FaceBook, (again, no response) After looking through other comments under their posts on Facebook it appears MANY people have not gotten their products, (not just me) These people definitely need to be investigated, They are scamming people, At the very least, refund our money!Desired Settlement: they need to be shut down, unless they are going to provide the products they are advertising, OR refund our money promptly. At this point, (3 months later) and reading the comments, I would prefer to have my money refunded,
