A big scam . They are quick to charge the customers but dont deliver the goods

Review: Ordered January of 2015. Have contacted company for some estimate on shipping time frame. Recieved no answer or reply. They have taken money from account the day the order was placed.Desired Settlement: I would simply just like to receive the product as soon as possible with shipping information.

Review: If you check their Facebook page you will see countless people including myself who ordered the product months and months ago (march 2015) who never received the product and no matter how many emails or post we tell them they need to refund or send us what we paid for there is never a response. I am concerned that they will never end up making this right with their customers and we will have paid for a product that we don't want now.Desired Settlement: If they cannot get the product out they need to refund the money. I have heard they are now avail at Target but the customers who purchased the product 2-7 months ago are not receiving what they paid for. We deserve a refund for product not received.

Review: I ordered this product on June 15, 2015 and my credit card was charged immediately in the amount of $58 and I received an order confirmation via email and have not heard from them again. Review: I ordered a Trackr Bravo on 6 May 15 for a cost of 87 dollars and zero cents. I received no confirmation number. However I was charged so on 24 may 15 I emailed the support email address to enquire as to why I had not received and notification or the product. I received an automated reply with a request # 11[redacted]0 that it would be reviewed. I have sent another email a had no response. I reviewed several reviews and found several other patrons had the same complaint.Desired Settlement: I have no confidence in the company and failure to reply confirms that belief. I would like to have my funds refunded.

Review: Ordered product on 7/2 and it is now 8/15 and have not received my items. We paid $88 for them and there hasn't even been any communication from the company at all on the status of the order, even after I have made repeated attempts to contact them via email, phone and on Facebook. Unacceptable business practices. They must be stopped. Please help.Desired Settlement: I would like an update on my order at the very least and if there is no communication I would like a refund of the full amount. I have also tried to conact the seller via Paypal dispute. Have not heard back from them at all.

Ordered items in 12/11/15 and was supposed to receive a $10 discount after using the promo code. The discount was never applied. On 12/12/15, I received an email indicating the items had shipped. Six days later the items had never shipped according to the USPS tracking website. They no longer answer the phone at the 800 number on their website. I just tried calling them at the number on your website: (805)710-3558 and it goes to voicemail. I have emailed them 3 times with no response. When I contacted American Express, I was told they had put in charge for $161 and change on 12/11 even though the order had not been processed or shipped.

This company is quick to charge your credit card but then you'll never receive your order nor will they respond to your inquiries regarding status, refund, etc.

Do not get involved with this company, no matter how interesting their products sound.

Review: I ordered 4 Trackr devices on their website on 5/6/15. There was absolutely NO information to indicate this would not be sent out immediately. One month later no product, my request for refund is unanswered, and I cannot make contact with the company. They have stolen my money. This outfit is hugely known for stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from consumers and delivering no product. They NEVER gave any indication of any delay on delivery. Can you stop these scammers from duping more people? Please.Desired Settlement: I would like them put out of commission for fiscal interstate crime. As for myself, I want my $93.96 dollars back and an apology for their theft.

Review: I ordered 2 stickr trackr's on Tueday, Dec 9th and my card was charged on Wednesday, Dec 10th. On Tuesday I recieved a order email confirmation that stated my fard would not be charged until my order shipped. On Friday, Dec 12th I stik had not recieved a shipping/ tracking info email even though my card was charged. I sent trackR an email asking about the status of my order. I did not receive a response. I orderd the product from another company over the weekend. On Monday I asked for a refund since I had ordered a reolacement snd recived an emsil back stating my order shipped Monday with a tracking #. On Wednesday I tracked my package and it shows not found, no tracking info avaialble. There are alot of the same complaints about other customers not recieving their products from this company. I just want my order or a refund and can't get either from this company.Desired Settlement: I would oike a refund for my order since it still has not been shipped. A replacement has alrwady been ordered.

Review: I read a review of the tracking devices made by the company. The review was in a Woman's Magazine. I believe it was "Good Housekeeping" about 4-5 months ago. It was to be a gift for an event which has now long passed. I placed the order on June 2, 2015 and after numerous inquiries, I still do not have the item. At one point, after sending my first email to them, I received a response in about 5 seconds informing me that my item shipped. That was weeks ago. I requested to cancel and received a reply that I needed to fill out the "claim form." When I accessed this form, it did not pertain, at all, to my request to cancel. There is no way to call them and they do not personally respond to emails. All I want to do is cancel my order an obtain a refund on my credit card.I feel this place is a scam and they have no intention of following through on this.The item is small - a disc that can be placed on a small item, like keys and the misplaced item can be located through the cell phone.Desired Settlement: I just want to cancel this item and the charge removed from my charge card.Additionally, it would be nice if Good Housekeeping would publish a warning about this company, since they were the reason I ordered it.

I have bought 5 units for 100 dollars on December 2, 2015. Bought it early so I can get it before Christmas. 20 days later and nothing. I have made a complaint on their facebook page. One customer responded me saying she wanted to help. She ask details of my purchase, her answer was it has been ship. She could not tell me where it was or even where it was getting ship from.

Very surprise from a company that sell a tracking unit to track lost items that they cant even give the client a tracking number of the purchase so they can track where is the package is now located.
