Review: I ordered product on June 3, and my credit card was charged. I still have not received my order, and I have requested twice to cancel the order and refund my money. I have not received any reply or response to my request to cancel my order.Is this company a hoax?Desired Settlement: A refund of $58.00 to my credit card.

Review: I ordered a ten pack of TrackR Bravos late last year. TrackR assured me that they would have products in my hand by February. The delivery was then delayed until March. NOW it is almost MAY and I have heard NOTHING from these frauds. I cannot get anyone to contact me for anything. There needs to be a class action lawsuit filed in the California courts to make something happen here.Desired Settlement: I want my money back because how can the product be trusted if the company as a whole is shady?

Review: Product claims to provide tracking on lost items using their tracking token. They claim 100 foot coverage range, excellent Bluetooth connectivity and a tone that is emitted, via their phone app to help you locate the device. In reality, the 100 foot coverage is more like 20, providing there are no walls present. The Bluetooth connection is dropped frequently and often will not reconnect. The tone that is produced is so low, it is almost impossible to hear if there is the slightest ambient noise present. I have written several times to get a refund and only when I threatened to write to the Revdex.com did they respond with an email to contact them for troubleshooting. There is nothing to troubleshoot. The device does not work as advertised. My devices were laser etched as part of the startup perk. They are now saying that the devices are not returnable due to the etching. I can't see how they would try to resell these, as they do not work properly. Looking at their site, it seems the vast majority of buyers are claiming the same issues and refunds are not being handled.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund and the company admonished for bad business practices

Review: On July 4th I ordered 5TrackR,s with engraving at the cost of $97 and paid through my paypal account. Through numerous email with a representative called [redacted], I complained about paying in advance for a product she said I would not receive for 2 months. She suggested if I was dissatisfied with the wait I could request a refund of my money. I requested a refund to my account! She emailed me and asked me for info about my paypal account which I provided. I did not hear from her for several days and when she finally emailed me she said she had been on vacation and had refuednd $21.55 to my account. I immediately emailed her back and stated that her brain must be on vacation since the company owed my account $97. To date, I have received no response and no money has been returned to my account. I have tried listed phone numbers and left a message, but nothing. It is truly a shame that this company lacks business acumen and customer service. My husband has Moderate Alzheimers and this would have been a great help! If they have been in business since 2009, the should have figured out how to satisfy customers, they certainly do plenty of advertising for a product that I am sure many never receive!Desired Settlement: Please have someone other than Jackie contact me with an apology and a refund of $97.00 to my paypal account, or send me the refund!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10742674, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, the fact that it took numerous hours in emails over a period of a month, and basically was held hostage by their employee saying the money would be deposited in my account once the complaint was removed, was absolutely ridiculous! They provide no way for phone communication with the company. I can only imagine that for older people like me who could use your product the most,will probably give up trying to get a product they have paid for and will never receive. How about rethinking how you treat people who are your customers, as just saying your sorry shouldn't really get you off the hook for poor customer relations!

Review: I purchased 18 Trackr devices for Christmas. I pulled 2 devices randomly from the stack to test them because I want to ensure my gifts work. Unfortunately, they failed to work. I replaced the battery and still they do not work.

I would like a refund. I called ### ### #### ~ I'm only prompted to email [redacted]@thetrackr.com for all requests. I am concerned about this mode of dispute as it is slow and is unresponsive.Desired Settlement: I have already mailed 4 out to my nieces and will take care of the inconvenience to them. I was so excited about this product! Looks like an amazing item but to my great disappointment after two weeks of waiting the product has yet to be delivered. All attempts to get a hold of this company has failed. I just hope I am not out the money I paid. Just know if you purchase this item it is impossible to contact the company.

Review: I ordered the Trackr Bravo in September 2014. The system was a 10 disc gps tracking device which I could utilize on various items, such as keys, purse, back back, dog leash, cell phone, etc., in order to locate them via an downloaded application that could track the disk it was attached to. I was originally informed after ordering the system that this was a "pre-order" that would ship after the 1st of the year. That time has come and gone and I have communicated with them multiple times starting on 1-5-2015 via email which I can supply copies of and would continually get excuses as to upgrades that are delaying the shipment of the product, etc, etc. If you go on their website however, the pre orders they are currently taking state that those order will be shipped out in May. I have yet to receive my shipment from September 2014!!! The company was also at an Expo in Nevada after I placed my order and was promoting their product. if they can promote the product, then they need to be able to produce it and put their product where their mouth and advertisement is!!!!!!! I ordered the product because I wanted it and need it. I was born and raised in Santa Barbara and my family still lives there so I visit often. I was going to be there in March 2015 and even offered to pick the system up in a communication with them in another email to the company however they did not even respond to address that possibility. Bottom line is I want the product that they advertised and that I have already paid for. Please help resolve this matter and assist me with obtaining the product I purchased? They have never been shipped or accepted by post office for shipment, according to USPS. Health Issues

Trackr shows that this device works for dogs. My dog ate his immediately with the expensive rubber casing and almost had to go the vet. Thankfully I found the chewed up battery and it wasn't in his stomach. I am worried for other people's pets. This could be very deadly for dogs.I am extremely upset by what could have happened to my dog!

I have tried contacting the Trackr team on three separate occasions and have received no response at all. I spent over $140 and the devices didn't even work for 24 hours!

Delivery Issues

It took Trackr weeks to deliver. I bought the device during their Black Friday special. I feel scammed and taken advantage of. I thought I was getting a quality product. I am appalled that they are allowed to operate a business and take consumer money.

Advertising Issues

The product does not work at all as advertised and should NOT be allowed as a device for pets at all!!Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of my $140. They need to stop advertising this product for pets. Somebody's dog WILL get very sick and at worse case scenario die from ingesting the easily accessible Trackr device and BATTERY that hangs from the dog's collar.

Review: I ordered 10 units that were advertised as being delivered as 2-blue, 2-red, 3-silver, and 3-black TrackR units. I received all 10 in silver, and immediately contacted TrackR through their customer service phone number and followed up with 2 emails. Four days later I followed up again with a single phone message and two more emails through their customer service form.

One unit does not operate, and I would like a replacement. Also, I would like the proper colors, if not I would like a refund.
