Review: I ordered 10 TrackR devices in early December. I received a confirmation on December 11th. On that date, they also charged my American Express card the full amount of $161.99.

I have never received the merchandise, and the tracking information shows that it never moved across the country.

I have contacted the company by phone and email and have received no response, although they continue to spam me with additional marketing emails and "satisfaction" surveys. (I guess they don't read the results!)

Now I see that they have received an F rating on your Revdex.com site.Desired Settlement: I started out thinking that I simply wanted the merchandise delivered, but now that I read more consumer reviews, I would prefer that they simply cancel the transaction and credit me for the amount of the purchase. I don't want any more dealings with this group.

Review: I placed an order via the website on 3 September 2015 allowing a 6-8 week delivery timeframe to receive these items prior to Christmas. After following up with the company after the time had lapsed they claimed the items had been shipped but could not provide a tracking number and further email enquiries were ignored. I have requested a refund with the company but have not received a response.Desired Settlement: Full refund.

Review: I ordered this product on July 27/15 (my credit card was charged immediately) and despite multiple requests for information and promises of 'new product will be shipped soon' I still have not received my order. Today when I went online to request a further update their website is gone and email addresses don't seem to be functioning.Desired Settlement: I want my money back they should not be charging CC's if they have't got a product to sell.

You have to keep pinging the company to get your product. They delete negative posts/comments from their FB page and they block you if you don't post something positive. My bravo device quit working within the first month. I wish I had searched for reviews before I bought it. Save your money. Buy a different device. I don't know what kind of company this is but they can't possibly remain in business for long at this rate.

Not sure why there are all these negative comments. I ordered and had my device within 3 days. I also contacted support to help set up my device. I submitted a ticket through their website and had an answer in hours. after setting up my device I lost my keys at a bar. In the morning I was looking for them and remembered I put my TrackR on earlier in the week. I opened the app and it showed me the last location they were spotted. I went back to the location and when I came in Bluetooth range I was able to ring my keys. Saved me $500 for a new key. Best $30 investment I have ever made.

Review: The company advertised on IndieGoGo (https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/trackr-bravo-the-thinnest-tracking-device-ev... that they would deliver their item in January 2015. I helped generously fund & kick start their business in July 2014.It is now well past January 2015. Since it has been more than a reasonable delay, I made a number of attempts to contact them, all of which fell on deaf ears.Eventually someone contacted me today, claiming there was a delay and that I should check the order status on their website (https://www.thetrackr.com/order-status) which doesn't even recognize me. --that means I won't receive my item.This company made no attempt to proactively contact me directly in January and ignored my messages until I continually posted on their Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/TrackRBravo).As a customer, and a funder, I should not have to request a report on their delay, I should have been pro-actively notified and also compensated.I am now requesting a 200% refund as way of compensation & atonement for their abuse of customer service, and for their (technological) lies in their advertising campaign.I warn anyone to not buy anything from this company. This is a black mark on IndieGoGo and IndieGoGo needs to take responsibility for this. This company has made me lose faith in IndieGoGo and I no longer wish to fund start-up businesses through IndieGoGo because of this incident.Desired Settlement: A 200% refund in way of compensation & atonement.

Review: I purchased the TrackR system after receiving an email on 12/15 stating that it would be delivered before Christmas. The order conformation stated the order would be shipped within 72 hours; the order was shipped on 12/22 and I have not received it as of 12/31.

I have called customer support and sent numerous emails but no response. The order was being mailed to North Carolina, where I was spending Christmas, I have now returned to my home in Maryland.

Review: I placed an order via an online funding service (Kickstarter) with Trackr for numerous personal tracking devices. These devices are stuck on object which would allow you to use a smartphone to find them. Trackr advertised the items and requested funds to allow for the research and development of these items. The initial order was placed in October 2014. I am still waiting for delivery of the ordered items. The few emails I have received continue to state that the items will be delivered in Jan 2025, then March 2015, and unknown at this point. I have invested approx $130 with nothing being delivered.Desired Settlement: Refund requested if order can't be satisfied

Review: I place and order on December 10, 2014, Order No. 93782. I was sent email stating that it be delivered by January, February, March and now it is April. They continue to say it is being processed and is production.It now appears that this is a marketing scheme and the company is not very reputable.Desired Settlement: If TrackR is not able to deliver the product, I want a refund. also I would like to have Revdex.com broadcast that this is a company that does not deliver and continue to market the product. Hello. I purchased 10 trackr's for Christmas gifts and not a one works the way it was advertised. When I hit the button on the device it won't ring my phone. When I try to find the device from my phone you can hardly hear the beep. I have tried emailing Trackr to get some help and I have gotten no help to resolve my issues. Very upset with this product. I guess it's just another item that promises results and doesn't deliver.

Review: I purchased 3 TrakR bravo devices on May 12th 2015 online. It is over 2 months since I made the order and despite contacting the company multiple times I have not received the product. It is unclear that you actually have a product to sell. By providing the product I would have confirmation that his is not a scam.I don't understand how your company can still accept orders, when you have no product to sell; this is not stated on your website and deceptive business practice..

Review: I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with my experience with TrackR! I placed my order on Cyber Monday (11/30) for 10 TrackR Bravos. I had contacted Customer Service (C/S)...Ref #178590...prior to ordering so that I would be able to get multiple colors. As instructed by the rep, I ordered all BLACK, but then emailed the C/S rep with quantities/colors that I wanted. I received a response back on 12/2 that my order had been updated with my color/quantity choices. The Order Confirmation stated it would take between 3 to 5 days to ship so I felt extremely confident that I would receive the order in PLENTY of time to wrap and ship out for Christmas gifts with at least 10 days BEFORE the holiday. I checked with C/S on 12/7 to learn when the order would ship out and was told at THAT time it would be an additional 3-5 days. After not receiving a shipping notification by 12/12, I contacted support again to state I was willing to pay extra for expedited shipping, but my request was ignored. I later received an email stating the order would be shipped within 24 hrs. I watched the order online and it never shipped out until 48 hours later on 12/16, nor was it expedited. When The shipping notification on 12/14 showed that all 10 TrackRs were in BLACK, not in the multiple colors I had requested! I immediately contacted support to address this issue, but the rep would not respond to my two requests. My order did not arrive until midday on Monday, 12/21...a FULL 4 WEEKS after I placed my order and it was too late for me to mail them out as gifts for Christmas. Plus the entire order was indeed incorrect...all were BLACK! HUGE disappointment! I opened addt'l support ticket (#205683) and was told that I would have to send back the order at my cost. IT WASN'T MY ERROR so I shouldn't have to pay for return shipping! Because of the previous reviews, I am testing 3 of the devices to see if they work (3 in my order should have been BLACK, but not all).Desired Settlement: After reading other reviews, I am now afraid that the devices don't even work as described! This company already screwed up 10 of my Christmas gifts...I don't want to send out BELATED Christmas gifts that don't work! This has caused me a month of unnecessary anxiety and stress! I want a full refund of my purchase price.

Review: I placed an order on Dec. 9, 2015 for five Trackr Bravo units. My credit card was charged the full amount, $101.51, on Dec. 10, 2015. I received an email on Dec. 12 that the USPS shipping label had been created -- this does NOT mean that the order shipped! It simply means the vendor created an official shipping label. The tracking number provided to me on Dec. 12 still shows that no package was ever tendered to USPS.

I contacted the company on Dec. 21 to ask about the missing package. I wrote again on the 22nd and 23rd. I know business hours can be erratic over the holidays, but it has been 9 days since I first complained, most of which were actually business days. Not only did they charge my card three full weeks ago, but it almost feels like that 'shipping notification' email was an intentional misdirection. I'm over it. I just want my money back. Which seems fair, given that they've delivered no product.Desired Settlement: At this point, they've simply stolen from me. They took my money and delivered no product. I just want my money back.

Review: I ordered TEN TrackR bravos. NONE of them work. They all lose connection to the phone and constantly just try to reconnect. The TrackR "team" does not answer Emails (sent three), phone calls or even physical letters sent to them. I am probably out over $200. If you read reviews on amazon and other sites, you will see I am not alone and that this business has a track record of scamming people out of their money.Desired Settlement: They take back their useless junk and I get my money back.
