Review: I placed my order #1[redacted]88 on May 17th 2015 and was charged for the product. Several emails were sent to TrackR with no response and they do not post a phone number for one to actually make contact with someone at their company. I was able to make a post on their Facebook account (can not do so now) and did get an email from [redacted] who indicated she would add my order to their VIP list. My issue was then noted as "solved". I have still not received my order nor have I been able to successfully make further contact with anyone from TrackR. I have emailed [redacted] And have sent tweets to TrackR, [redacted] CEO and co founder, and [redacted] President and co founder. It is one thing to respond to a customer's issue by being honest and admitting the company can not perform as promised and to offer reasonable options for the customer. It is quite another thing to ignore a customer's repeated requests.Desired Settlement: I would like and appreciate being able to speak with Mr. [redacted] or Mr. [redacted] directly regarding my situation. My TrackR bravos work great. I had one arrive with a dead battery but support sent me out a new battery and made sure it was working. I have my TrackR's attached to my pets collars so I can always find them. I just wish the ringer was louder.

Review: Company took money and never shipped a product.I ordered first product on 9/01/2014 through their website and made payment using Amazon Payments (Transaction ID #1[redacted]M6KIDAZNSUAVL) for $46.55.I ordered second product on 12/01/2014 again through Amazon payments (Transaction ID #1983I[redacted]3BGKFVZ36DQ6CAI2) for $14.95.Company stated that first order was not shipped because it is under product development. However it clearly states that product is available and shipping on their web page. In fact it states that if ordered today (12/18/2014) you would have it before Christmas.Company stated they mailed second order even though it was never received.Company does not answer any emails.Company provides no phone number or way to contact.Suspect Fraud and deception in order to trick customers from money and then never ship a product.Desired Settlement: REFUND OF MONEYor IMMEDIATE SHIPMENT OF PRODUCT

Review: Order 2 devices on September 14, 2014. I knew at the time when I placed the order the items would be shipped middle to end of December. Sent a email to the company on January 13, 2015 asking for a status update, did not get a reply. Sent a second email on February 3, 2014 no reply. Sent a third email March 14, 2015 no reply. Received a response on March 15, 2015, generic response. Received a response March 16, 2015 response said "items to ship the end of this month, and of March". As of today April 7, 2015 still have not received my product and the company cannot or refuses to respond with specific delivery date. Company advertises on Facebook and looks to do business through the social media. It appears that not only myself but several other people have also experienced the same problems that I have. It also appraise that the company has raised over $1,000,000.00 in prepaid fund for their product.Desired Settlement: Either fulfill order or spend refund.

Review: I ordered a product and was told I would have to wait. I then received an email stating that it had been sent via USPS but never received a tracking number or the product. I sent an email to the company asking about this and never received a response from them. This lead me to believe I had just been scammed out of $117. Review: On Nov 2nd 2014, I placed an order for TRACKr Bravo under order number 71557 for 10 units. The company promised to ship me these by Jan, however there has been no response since then from their customer support both online as well as over the phone. I tried contacting Amazon Payments by which the payment was processed however the refund was refused by the vendor as the terms are 105. My order is under production status for close to 7 months. I would appreciate if Revdex.com can investigate this company as lot more customers are facing the same issue similar to mine for more than 2 years. Review: Placed order online. Received a confirmation email thanking me for my purchase but it did not state any order information or order ID number. I used the account on Trackr.com to access my order information and it just stated it was being processed even though my bank was already charged for the purchase. I waited an entire month until I used the help request through the website and never received a response. I went onto responding to the original email as it states if I need help with the purchase or product to reply to the email. So I sent an email requesting to cancel my order and be refunded my purchase charge. I have still yet to hear a response from the website account or through my email responses. Horrible service and support, NO phone number listed on website to call, only an address based in Santa Barbara, CA. SCAM and Rip-OFF.Desired Settlement: Cancel my current order (ID 1[redacted]88), and refund the $99.36 charged for the order.

TrackR is a great product and a great company - I've been by the office when visiting friends in Santa Barbara, and the customer relations team was nice and friendly helping my get my devices going. I got a bunch during the holidays as gifts!

Review: I purchased 4 "TrackR" BTLE devices. They do not work, and the company expects me to pay the cost to ship back their defective product. Phonehalo should foot the cost to handle defective products.This product is poorly made, and the companies support is almost non-existent. The only support they provide is email. For me, each individual response took a minimum of a day. Often responses took 2 or 3 days. The product was also not delivered on time in the first place, it took 4 weeks longer than promised. The delay in and of itself is fine, however there was NO communication from phone halo during this time. From the time of purchase, until I discovered the product was late, I never received a single email from phone halo, not even to confirm the purchase. I was starting to think they had just stolen money from me.In the end, I can basically prove their product does not work, and I want to send it back for a full refund. I was told that *I would have to pay* the shipping cost. This is what drove me to provide feedback here.Hopefully I can help some other poor sap avoid dealing with this company, and help someone else save their time and sanity.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund, and I want phonehalo to pay the shipping cost. Review: I ordered their TrackR products on 12.10.15. They immediately debited my account for 107.98. They created a false shipping tracking number that has not moved since 12.12.15. I made mutiple contacts to customer service but received no response. Per Facebook comments, this is happening to many customers. This company is either a total fraud or totally inept.

Review: Ordered my TrackR Bravos on 12/05/15 and received a confirmation email that the order was received.

Contacted the company (via email) on 12/12/15 to indicate that I had not received any additional information. The same day I received an email (12/12) with a tracking number for USPS stating my package was shipped. As of today, 12/21, the tracking information has not been updated and states "in process" and "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS" - which means they completed the USPS form online - but the product has not been shipped at all.

After reading many online complaints, I wanted to file an official complaint against the company with the Revdex.com. If I cannot get the product in time for Christmas as a gift, then I want a FULL refund so I can buy a product elsewhere.Desired Settlement: I would like my products delivered as promised in time for a Christmas gift.

If this cannot be accomplished, then I would like a refund for my products.

I was informed that there was a wait (which I patiently did without objection) as I was well aware of this, HOWEVER, my credit card was charged immediately which is a consumer violation until the product ships. Also, this product started shipping in late April. It is now September and I believe I have given this company ample time to ship their product. I STILL WANT THE PRODUCT, BUT NEED TO KNOW HOW LONG I HAVE TO WAIT FOR DELIVERY. THESE ARE LONG OVERDUE, YET THIS COMPANY GOT MY MONEY QUICK ENOUGH. Review: I ordered 10 TrackR bravo devices from this company. On Dec 7th my credit card was billed and I received an e-mail that stated my order was shipped. It included my order number and a USPS tracking number. I started to check the tracking number and it never showed anymore movement. I contacted their customer support on Dec 15 via an e-mail contact given on their web site. I received back an email again telling me my order was shipped. The email sender was Auto Email. On Dec 19th I contacted USPS. The information I got back was that the tracking number was not valid. It had not been scanned into the USPS system and the package never picked up. I tried to call TrackR's customer support and get a recording that they are not taking any more calls. Two more e-mails to the company went unanswered. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. But I did find on Facebook a series of complaints the same as mine, product ordered, paid for, told it was shipped and never received. What is going on with this company? Is it for real? Is it a scam? Or worse yet that the products received were defective. When I researched this before purchasing I did not see any issues. Have I been scammed?Desired Settlement: If the product truly exists and is as great as some people claimed, I would like the product. Otherwise I want my money back. I don't know what else to do.

Review: Ordered product on Aug.3rd 2015, but it hasn't been delivered. I have filed a complaint through paypal for a full refund. I was really surprised when I came to the Revdex.com site to make a complaint that this was a very common recurring issue.We order a lot of items being overseas with the DOD. Almost all companies charge when product is physically shipped and they provide a tracking number. Trackr seems to be taking in all these customers money, but not actually providing anything for it. I hope this can be resolved quickly and I receive my full refund.Desired Settlement: A expedited full refund to my pay pal account.
