Review: I ordered Trackr products in March and they promised to deliver them in April. It's now May and not only do I not have my products, they won't respond to repeated e-mails, phone calls and Facebook posts. Looking at the reviews, one would suspect this company may be perpetrating a fraud and should be investigated by the DADesired Settlement: I would like my $83.16 refunded entirely

Review: I was an early backer (July 2014) on a crowdfunding site. The order arrived yesterday, Jul 13, 2015 with only 1/2 the items I ordered. The package was open when it arrived. I contacted the USPS and since there was no insurance placed on the item, they could not do anything. I have emailed trackr and filed a complaint, but have not heard back. I tried calling based on a phone number I found online, and its a recorded message to go to their website. Their chat option never has anyone available, and says to use the contact form. It seems to be impossible to get in contact with them. USPS tracking was #[redacted] shipped on June 30, 2015Desired Settlement: I would like the additional 5 items I have ordered, in the colors I ordered, shipped overnight so they can be used. if not, I would like a refund on 50% of the total cost.

Review: TrackR said they'd ship my device in April when I pre-ordered it in March. They charged my credit card on March 30, even when it hadn't shipped yet--my understanding is that they're not really supposed to do that. It's June now, and I still haven't received it...I've politely asked for a refund and I haven't received a response. When you ask where your order is, they respond extremely quickly (less than day) with a lackluster message. But I asked for a refund on June 8, and they still haven't responded, obviously because they probably want to try and ship my device out instead of refunding me. The device will be useless though, because it's most beneficial when multiple people have it, and because they haven't made enough, few people will have it. I want a refund because they shouldn't have charged me in the first place, it's taking too long, and it won't be worth it even if I get it. This feels like a scam, and I know there have been other complaints.Desired Settlement: I'd like a refund of $80.99 back to my credit card...that's how much it was charged.

I ordered 10 for holiday gifts yet they only sent 5 and charged me for 10. I have tried calling, emailing, messaging with ZERO response. The recording on their phone says to email and they will respond in 24 hours. This is not true. So sad they cannot fix their mistake nor do they seem to care.

I was able to get my devices quickly and they were easy to set up. I ran into a problem where I was unable to ring my phone from the device and contacted support. They got back to me within about 1 day and resolved my problem

Dealing with TrackR has been wonderful. I had some questions on how to update my app and they were very nice in telling me. Thank you.

I've had a great experience with this company! They went above and beyond to send me my order.

Review: I ordered their product on 12/17/2015, which my credit card was charged immediately, and received an email confirmation stating the product would be shipped within 72 hours. To date, no items have been recieved. I contacted them again on 12/26/15, 12/29/15 and 1/6/16 for status inquiry and cancellation of order and have never received a response. I called the 800 number listed on their website but it goes straight to a voicemail recording redirecting me to their support email address. I have already filed a dispute with my credit card to get the funds back as I cannot get a response from the vendor.Desired Settlement: Order cancelled and money refunded

Review: I placed an order with TrackR, there was no option to select shipping method at checkout. I contacted support as soon as I placed my order as I wished to expedite my order. I have sent 4 emails to this company and called multiple times. The number leads to an answering service, directing to supports email, a response is promised within 24 hours. I have yet to hear anything back from this company. Do not order from this company! Huge inconvenience and bad business practice!Desired Settlement: I would like to be contacted ASAP and I would like my order to be expedited overnight.

Review: My order was placed on 5/4/2015, on 6/11/2015 they sent me an email and said my order has been charged and shipped and provided a tracking number for the shipment. It is now 6/26/2015 and no product was received. Went to the USPS tracking page and put in the number they gave me, it s**s on 6/12/2015 that pre-shipment info sent to the postal service, it has been like that now for 2 weeks. I believe they are s**ing it shipped but never shipped the product, Cause the postal service is s**ing that it was expecting the package to be delivered to them on 6/12/2015.Tried numerous times to email to find out what is going on to no avail.Desired Settlement: Ship me what I got charged for....

This company has terrible customer service! I ordered several trackers and received an automated email saying that they had been shipped and gave me a tracking number. I waited and waited...no shipment. So I called the postal service to ask about my shipping track number. The woman told me that it was not a tracking number after all and that TrackR had not shipped the item even though a tracking number had been sent to me. I emailed TrackR two separate times...no response! Finally, an automated email was sent saying that it had been shipped...again. I waited over 3 weeks to get it after they said it was sent and no one ever really responded to my concerns.

Also, I paid extra to have my dog's name engraved on one and bought the rubber sleeve for it. It fell out of the casing and was lost within 4 days of putting it on him.

I live in the country and the tracking device NEVER ONE time found my dog! It just kept searching.

Do not purchase these trackers!! Read the reviews. There are plenty of other devices and companies to choose from.

Review: I placed an order for a TrackR product on 03/21/2015 and as of today (07/03/2015), I still have not received the product despite numerous inquiries to the company directly. I paid in full for the product in the amount of $57.24. After numerous followups regarding the whereabouts or initiating a refund, I am continually told the product will ship shortly. At this point, I have initiated a billing dispute with my credit card company to receive a full refund for a product that I will most likely never receive. I believe the TrackR company is a scam ripping people off by taking their money and never delivering a product.Desired Settlement: I have initiated a billing dispute with my credit card company to receive a full refund for the product. Review: Www.TrackR.com is billing their customers credit card for a product that is not ready to be shipped. I understand when a company is backordered on a product but they are giving us all a run around. I ordered my trackr device on 11/29 and have not received any confirmation, recipe, or any information on my product. When the bill showed up on my credit statement it had Amazon.com phone # attached to it. I have contacted amazon.com and they couldn't find my transaction anywhere in their systems. It has been very hard to get in contact with the Trackr company.Desired Settlement: I have emailed the company three times only to receive an automated response back. All of the responses have included release dates for their product, but NO information on how to get a refund.

Review: I ordered item on December 11, 2015.

I haven't received delivery as of December 28, 2015.

When I check the tracking number, it states the package was accepted December 11, 2015 in Santa Barbara, Ca.

I sent 2 e-mails to company and only received an auto response. No one seems to be working on my order even though my credit card was charged almost immediately.

Please help.

Review: I ordered a TrackR from this company. It took 6 months to receive it. 4 months longer than stated. Once I received it, it did not work correctly. I contacted them for trouble shooting. None of their suggestions worked. I sent it back for exchange. After waiting over a month without receiving the new product I contacted them again stating that I no longer wish to have their product do to the poor customer service and product they provide. I at that point asked for a refund. I received an e-mail shortly after stating that the product had shipped and would be here wishing a few days. That was well over a month ago. I have not received my product or my money back. When I visit their Facebook page many others state the same complaints. I've asked so many times about the location of mine they have made it to where I can no longer comment on their page.Desired Settlement: I NO LONGER want their product and would like my money back please.

Review: I ordered 5 tracker devices on May 17, 2015 at 10:25am and the only email I've gotten as of today is on 6/21/15 to say they mailed thousands (apparently not mine) from "Chris from TrackR". My order number is 16[redacted]8 (type TrackR bravo - color steel). It looks like I made a bad decision.Desired Settlement: Could you please help me get the order or get by $87 refunded.

Review: I purchased several TrackR chips on the company's website on 12-6-15. I automatically received an email showing my purchase price of $97.19 and that the order would be shipped within 48 hours. My bank account show that this amount was debited that same day for $97.19. On 12-20-15, I called the 1-800 # for them to check my order and got a recording that they couldn't take my call and to email them instead. The message stated that someone would email me back within 24 hours. Also when I put in my email address and phone # to track my order online, the website says it can't find my order. (still have my email verification). I have sent multiple emails this week asking for someone to either call or email me back to either send me my product or refund my money. No one from TrackR has repsonded to me.Desired Settlement: At this point, I just want my account refunded the $97.19; although, I'm very weary of providing them with my debit card # again. Perhaps, a money order or cashier's check would be the safest form of refund.
