Review: We ordered 8 Trackr Bravo's on May 23, 2015. In trying to get additional information, I found that I was unable to login to their site. I have requested my password dozens of times, with no results. I mentioned this fact in the two emails that I sent to support, the first email triggered an email that the order was processing (in August) that they had hired additional personnel to handle the influx. I have never been given any idea of when the order might be available and when I wrote today asking for a refund, I was told to login (which I can't do) and request a refund. There is no phone number on their website. I am really thinking that they are operating a scam, since they are still doing a lot of internet advertising for this product when they are unable to fulfill the orders they already have.Desired Settlement: 1) I would like delivery of the items, if it can be done timely. 2) If the inventory is unavailable, then I would like a full refund.

Terrible product. The devices don't work as advertised. The batteries die within weeks. I feel like I got scammed for a dollar store version of the tile, but I bought directly from the store. Hi read the Google play store reviews. Company does not respond.

I placed 2 orders with this company as they wouldn't let me put it all on 1.

I received 1/2 of my order in a week. It is now 3 weeks later and I STILL haven't received the other 1/2. I placed this order in good faith and spent nearly $322.00 for these "devices" to give as Christmas gifts for our extended family. They only respond through emails, and they won't answer phone calls. You would think they would at least act concerned about a problem with a customer, but once the have your money, you're on your own. I only wish I would have checked the Revdex.com 1st, and seen their problems with shipping. A major letdown - I will NEVER place another order with them and will be sure to let everyone I know about this experience, including social media. **DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!**

TrackR is great! I'm always on the run so its easy to leave the house and forget my wallet or phone. With TrackR, the separation alerts remind me that i'm forgetting my things before i'm gone.

TrackR is such a nifty device. Over the years I have spend more and more time looking for my things. Now TrackR, my problems are solved. I love being able to just ring my items to find them!

Review: I placed my order on April 1st and have yet to receive anything in the mail or any updates on my order.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of purchase. The company is unprofessional and there is no sign of orders being filled.

Great device. I always leave my wallet laying around the house and the TrackR has saved me so much time searching for it. I ordered and received it quickly and never had any issues getting it set up.

Review: I placed my order (and paid in full) for 5 TrackR bravo units on January 3, 2015 - order#11[redacted]4. I was led to believe shipping would take place in March. Contacted the company by email several times and received replied that delivery has been postponed. Still have not received it.Desired Settlement: Immediate delivery, or full refund.

Review: Ordered the product on 12/8/15 as a Christmas present. Paid by credit card through PayPal. Received a notice with a tracking number that they had shipped the product on 12/12/15. By 12/18 it was still not received and the post office has no record of it ever actually shipping. Had to dig deep to find a phone number for the company, but it's only a recording and takes no messages. Sent an email to asking about my package, no response. Sent a second email, no response. Sent a third email requesting a refund, still waiting. Will be sending a dispute to paypal and credit card company in 24 hours. No response is expected based on prior attempts to contact them.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $107.99. I would also like to know what I can do to keep this from happening to someone else.

Review: I placed a order for Trackr on 12/13/2014 at which time they immediately charged my credit card.I still haven't received it 10 months later.I made 20 inquires and they always said it would ship soon.I have the emails to back this up.They just issued me a refund yesterday after I finally gave up on waiting for the shipment.I believe they intentionally never shipped it because they have raised their pricing significantly since I ordered it last year.Desired Settlement: I believe at the very least they should ship my order immediately at the same price they originally contracted for last yearThey never should have charged my credit card before they shipped the order and shouldn't have strung me along for 10 months without making the delivery after taking my money.

Review: Ordered 8 units on May 15th. June 10th sent a request wanting an update on the status. Response:the heavy number of orders resulted in shipping delays. I should expect shipment mid-July. July 10th sent another follow up note and was copied the same email that was sent June 10th. It is now July 29th and have not received any follow up from TrackR. I have sent another email requesting an update and have not received any response. I tried to call their facility and their phone service only takes messages. No customer service person available.Desired Settlement: I would like to cancel my order #162891 and receive a full refund on my purchase.

I ordered an 8 pack of trackRs on April 4 2015. There was an expected 4-6 week waiting period for shipping. However they charged my debit card on April 7th. Here we are July 17 2015 and my order status still says processing. Quick to take your money, but never supply you with the product. They don't respond to email and there is no phone number to contact them directly.

Avoid this company like the plague. I have disputed the charge but need to wait 90 days to see if I will actually get my money back. They are thieves, pure and simple.

Review: On 7/4/15 I ordered a TrackR Bravo in silver and the Premium Accessory Pack. The order # is 186273. The TrackR was $29.99 and the accessory pack was $19.00. The total charge to my account was $51.84. After 16 days of waiting I finally received my TrackR on 7/20/15. I did not, however, receive the accessory pack. I emailed them immediately asking when I might expect to receive it. I got no reply so I emailed them again the next day, 7/21. It's now 7/22 and still no reply from them. I would like to know if they plan to ship my accessory pack or refund my $19.00. At this point I've wasted enough time trying to deal with these unresponsive people and I'd be satisfied with either the product or the refund. I got TrackR devices for Christmas and I have been really enjoying them. The device is slim enough to go inside a wallet and the app was easy to setup on my nexus. I got them as a gift so I can't comment on delivery problems but they are sold in Best Buy so I assume the business is legitimate. I have used the app and devices several times to find my wallet around the home and will be purchasing more.

Review: I have been trying to contact TrackR both for support for my devices, and then to ask for assistance in returning them for a refund. Specifically, I have asked to speak with a representative but to no avail.Desired Settlement: I am tired of hassling with this company and simply want them to tell me how I can return the three TrackR devices I purchased so that I can receive a refund.

Review: I ordered this product back April 2015, It took several months to arrive at my home, upon reading the instructions , I found the product did not work as advertised .This product is designed with the use of an app on your phone or iPad to find and locate anything that it is attached to, in this case it was on my dog .Fact is the product would not show me where my dog was , when in fact he was right next to me !This company has no phone contact only email, so I wrote them and it took about two weeks for a response ! Now after several emails , I final sent the product back to them as instructed by them and still no refund !So they now have the product I ordered and my almost $ 30.00 ! I am rejecting this response because:This has been going on for far to long....I trusted this company to stand behind there product and they did not.Of course if they had included a PHONE NUMBER to talk to them I would not be using this approach. The product does not work as ADVERTISED and I sent my money to them .It took a better part of 60 days to have it delivered to me only to find after downloading their APP in my IPhone and IPad and following the instructions.It did not Work !After several email's to this company I finally received instructions on how to send the product back for a full refund, I sent it back with registered letter which they received on Around June 22,2015.I have not heard anything from them concerning my refund as of this date July 29,2015.This company should be stopped from all the false advertising and fix this problem or just quit. I had to go through the Revdex.com of Santa Barbara because I had no other recourse.

Review: I purchased 8 TrackR's in May 2015. $116.00 was withdrawn? charged to my VISA debit card on 5/25/15 and I have still not received my them. Every attempt to email has not been answered or is returned to me as undeliverable. When I purchased the product it said it would be shipped within 2-4 weeks. I have also tried contacting them on Facebook. They make posts and comments yet do not reply to anyone leaving remarks about not receiving their purchases. I am rejecting this response because:This is the response I have received every month for half a year.

Quite frankly, their product does not work. The sounding of the alert is completely arbitrary. The intended functionality is for the alert to sound if the device travels 100ft from my phone. I thought I would disable my home networks, but none of the networks show up. This product does not work as advertised, and what's worse, the seller's were aware of this, as the limitations of bluetooth are known. Whatever. I will be returning this, and I think it is pretty cheesy that I have to pay return shipping for a device you knew didn't work. TrackR Inc. will soon be bankrupt financially as they are ethically.

Review: I ordered the TrackR devices in April of 2015. I have sent repeated emails to the company requesting delivery of the product. I continue to receive canned email responses indicating they are too overwhelmed with orders and that the product has been back ordered and shipping delayed. I recently requested they cancel my order and refund my credit card, which they charged the day after my order was placed.Desired Settlement: If this company is even legitimate, I would like to have the product delivered. Frankly, I would like to see them shut down.
