Review: I placed an order with Trackr on June 02, 2015 (for $145.80) and over three months later I still have not received the items. On many occasions I have tried to contact this company but all request for information go unanswered. There is a link on their website that allows the tracking of orders, but it says my order is not valid. I tried to open a support case but all request for information and assistance with my order go unanswered. The only thing this company did well is charge my credit card, which I am going to try and dispute with my bank.To anyone reading this complaint I suggest you DO NOT attempt to do business with this company. Do NOT give them your credit card information.Desired Settlement: My desired resolution is to have the product delivered or a refund of the $145.80.

Review: In August 2014 we have answered a plea for crowd funding issued by Trackr Inc, and in good faith, helped the company to fund their new product by purchasing in good faith over USD100 in goods to be shipped in early January 2015.On May 2015, 5 months after the promised deadline, and having received no order, I wrote to Trackr to enquire on the shipment. Trackr ignored the issue.Subsequently I have written to Trackr in June, July and now August to enquire on when the items will be shipped.To my surprise, Trackr insisted that a 'mistake refund' was made for the itens, and that I should 'order again' - only they cost DOUBLE now! The situation became completely out of control as NO REFUND was ever really made nor received by us, and since I have forward the documentation as proof of the above, Trackr simply stopped responding to my emails and queries.CONCLUSIONI have to conclude at this stage that Trackr crowd funding was a fraud, and the company has no desire to fulfil the order placed over 1 year ago.I have also concluded that the company has no desire either to return my money nor to resolve the matter in a professional and timely manner. I have used crowd funding in the past, and it is utterly shameful and disgusting to see it being used as a platform for scamming credible customers, which essentially, is what happened to me when dealing with Trackr Inc.Desired Settlement: 1. Honour the order made over 1 year ago as any decent company would do2. offer an apology and compensation for the ridiculous delay 9 months delay in your promised delivery timeline and for all the damages caused so far.

This company is a SERIAL spammer and needs to have the Can Spam Act enforced on them.

Review: On 22 October 2014 I ordered a 10-device pack of the TrackR bravo. I have not received the items and upon reading the companies support website have discovered that others have not received theirs as well, with one person indicating that it was a scam.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back and the company's website shut down so that no one else is lured into this scam.

Review: I ordered the Phone Halo Tracker Jan. 5 2015 at a cost of $68.04 for 3 trackers. I've called several times and only spoke to a person in the beginning who said they would send out another tracker. never received the tracker so I called again and now there is no answer. The order went through Amazon. Review: I bought the Wallet TrackR device via the internet on December 3, 2013. I was promised a shipping confirmation. I figured the Holidays had them backed up. I tried emailing them twice, messaging them on Facebook, and posting on Facebook. There is no phone number to call. I never received any responses from the company about my concerns or letting me know my product was shipped. Today is January 7, 2014 and I fully expect that they have stolen my money and have no intention of sending me this product.Desired Settlement: All I want is either my money back or the product I paid for

Review: I placed an order with Trackr on May 11th via their website for $87.The website stated that due to backorders, it might take 6-8 weeks to deliver. On July 5th I sent an email to them asking for an update.On July 12th, I received an email from the company stating that my order should ship mid August at the latest. I still have not received my order, and have likewise received no communication from the company. I did an on-line search, and found numerous similar complaints posted by people who also were charged but never received the product.Desired Settlement: Refund the full $87 back to my credit card.

Review: I placed an order on December 7th. The package never arrived. I spent hours on the phone with USPS during the holiday rush trying to get this resolved and find my package and they finally determined that the package was never dropped off to them. Trackr created a tracking number, but never actually shipped the package. I tried many many times to contact Trackr and I have received no responses to my emails and the phone number is not answered by a human.

This was obviously a Christmas gift and was quite embarrassing not to have a present for three people. Not to mention the hours I wasted trying to resolve this.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Buy from Tile instead.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and I would like the items delivered.

Review: I ordered this product earlier in this month. I did not think it would take so long to receive it. I have not heard back from the company as to when I would receive my product. Review: I have placed an order of their 8 items on March 2, 2015 with total cost of $160.92. After a few days later, the company sent an automated email back to me telling my order-ID (133749) and shipment status, which is being manufactured. As of today, the status here is still same, however, it is observable on Facebook that a few other customers received their order that had been placed in June. I have kept trying to contact them to get my order status and reason for this EXTENSIVE DELAY, they never reply any of my inquiries.Desired Settlement: I demand them to ship my EXACT order with a TRACKING NUMBER immediately, otherwise refund $160.92.

Review: I ordered a Bravo TrackR the last week of May; my credit card was charged $62.64 right away and I still do not have the product as of 8/6/15. I emailed the company two weeks ago and asked for a refund since the product has not been delivered. The company emailed me back within a day and told me my product had shipped. They did not provide a way to track the shipment. Two weeks later the TrackR Bravo has not arrived. I emailed them Aug. 5, 2015 and again asked them to cancel the order and send me a refund check. The company emailed me that say day saying they have had a lot of customer demand and have been hiring more staff. They did not address or mention my request to cancel the order and send me a refund check. I replied back that I still wanted a refund rather than another apology. So far I have not heard back. ADD: I need the company to mail me a refund check as I no longer use the credit card that I originally used to order the TrackR Bravo.Desired Settlement: I want a refund check for $62.64 mailed to my home.

Review: My device doesn't work,

Trackr didnt respond so I went to paypal that said I could get refund but trackr wanted postage tracked with a number which is going to cost the price of one device. They never sent it with tracking number.

Also the daytime number I put in is not correct, it wouldnt allow me to put my number in which is qld Australia 07 41597524

Review: I ordered and paid for 10 devices and accessories in May of 2014 from TrackR's Indiegogo campaign site. I have never received the devices. I have contacted the company 5 times through various methods: email to company director, email to support, comment on facebook site, comment on Indiegogo site. I finally received an email from support with a USPS tracking number for my shipment on August 21. That tracking number is STILL not active with USPS. They have raised over 1 million on Indiegogo. Please check into this company!!Desired Settlement: They can either deliver my items by the end of September or cancel my order.

Review: This company was originally backed via an Indiegogo campaign; the received 1.6 million dollars in funding. I funded a total of $100, waited over a year to receive the products and they are defective and do not perform as advertised. The iOS application for their usage is also barely functional and effectively useless. Repeated attempts to contact Indiegogo and Trackr for a refund have been unsuccessful; canned responses are sent to attempt pointless troubleshooting steps that do not solve any issues as the devices are not designed to work as advertised.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $100 to be made immediately and an investigation opened into their practices concerning the other thousands of project backers who have also been provided defective products. This company has no concern except to collect money and shirk any responsibility.

Review: This issue has been going on since after Black Friday, 2014.I purchased two Trackrs for 50% off, which was the promotion at the time. Followed up several weeks later as I wanted to know the status of my order. Was informed by the support team that my payment never went through, but I was never notified. Because I was never notified, I responded and asked if they'd be willing to extend the 50% offer to me. Yes, was the answer and I was offered to either order and be refunded the difference, or be invoiced via Paypal. I preferred the invoice, and never received it. I followed up three separate times via email, to no response. Finally, I received two separate responses from Jane and Steven. Jane told me to send the total to [email protected]. I did that. Steven told me to order from their IndieGoGo campaign, and once he could see my order in the system, he'd refund me. I ordered, provided a screenshot of the order confirmation.To date, no product nor a 50% refund. The customer service is absolutely terrible, and this is one of the worst online purchasing experiences I've had to date.Desired Settlement: I would like the products to be delivered and for the refund to be issued as discussed.
