I have placed two orders with this company with one going back one year I have not received my orders and the company provides nothing specific when I can expect to receive them either I have made numerous communications with the company seeking to know when I will get my orders They claim they do not know citing problems with laser engraving my items (stall tactic?) Their website however seems to imply orders could be received within 1-weeks Utter BS
