I am rejecting this response because:
It's your company's unprofessional behavior that needs to be addressed as well! How about an apology first and foremostYour company's employees could careless about people's possession so it's beyond me how you can be a moving company.? The weight just because it's done by you and only seen by your company's people doesn't mean it is not fabricated to be moreThe jump in weight is not correct just because you say soYour company is a FRAUD! Your employees are careless and rude on top of who knows if they havea any kind of training or knowledge in this fieldYou should be refunding the job considering 50% came broken crushed and destroyed

I am rejecting this...

response because: I have reached out so many times and no one has been able to help me solve this issue. That is why I reached out to the Revdex.com. I felt that if they were willing to help me out they would have reached out to me on some type of level, but nothing at all no matter how many times I have emailed and called. I have email proof and call logs if needed.

[redacted], the video you sent is not proof of anything. It is simply a video of what you decided to tape. There could have been rooms that no...

one could have seen. Our driver Josh was very descriptive on what he had boxed, we had him fill out a packing slip with your move. You signed that packing slip after all which means you agreed that he did pack up everything. I am rejecting you rejection because you  made it very clear to us that you wanted the job done for a price that only fit your needs. No one goes to restaurant and pays for half a meal. You gave everyone in my office a very hard time, you harassed me via text at night multiple times. Please if you want to resolve this then handle it with management. The Revdex.com  does not help clients that choose to only share half truths.  Anyways [redacted], lets figure this whole mess out. Call me monday and I will sort this out with you. Kindly, Mitch

Thank you for taking your time to respond, Mr. [redacted].The previous response simply states that the estimate and BOL for your moving service do differ, due to extra items discovered on the day of the pickup. Please contact the office in order to obtain the paperwork as a proof of our statement.Thank you!

We are very sorry for any and all issues you are experiencing with our company. We are working very hard to resolve your issues

I am rejecting this response because:
I just received this email.  I would have liked to respond to the Van Lines response but wasn't sure how.  The 21 day delivery deadline was bogus.  They picked up my belongings on March 12 and delivered on April 12 - that is way more than 21 days.  And their corporate office told me I would get a discount because they lost my stuff.  And that brand new Helmet was stolen but the company employee. I want my Helmet replaced and the discount I was supposed to get.  That company destroyed most of my furniture and every contact was rude and totally unconcerned about my dilemma. I have pots and pans to replace - bed frame - pedestal table - glasses- and a couch to repair.  I am not satisfied with their response.

Traditional Van Lines was contracted by [redacted] brokerage to perform a relocation service for Mr. [redacted] from NY to TX. The initial list of items provided by the customer was estimated at 1500 cubic feet of space. The corresponding paperwork was created and signed by the customer....

However, the list of belongings being moved upon movers’ arrival was drastically different to what the client stated – almost double the number of items and a total of 2500 cf. this is currently under review. I have spoken with the customer the day of the pick up and when the picture was lost. We are truly saddened by this and feel that what would be best is to contact customer service and resolve this for you directly.

Hello, Ms. [redacted] - and thank you for your valuable feedback.Yes, indeed - your items were picked up on March 12 - and according to an agreement signed by you our legal deadline is 21 BUSINESS days.Your items arrived on Apr 12 - 2 days later than our legal deadline. Per numerous e-mails sent to you a discount of $30/day was formed and applied to a bill.As for the damaged items - a claim form was sent out to you via e-mail (can be provided upon request) with details on how to fill it out with the insurance company.Minor damages during the move are unfortunately sometimes a thing to occur, and that's precisely why we include liability insurance into your moving service at no extra charge. An option of purchasing additional insurance was given to the customer upon reservation, and the client decided not to.As for the helmet - Traditional Van Lines respects our customers as an utmost priority but will never put our trusted employees in a harms way. Your accusation has absolutely no ground and proof and can be considered as a method to simply make a gesture.Still, as soon as this information became available, dispatch and the warehouse team were informed and concluded a thorough search of the warehouse.Customer Service was e-mailing, calling and keeping in contact with the client throughout the move with the necessary information (call recordings can be provided) without even a hint of rudeness to a valued user of our service. Please call the office line at Traditional Van Lines if you wish to discuss this matter further.Thank you!
