I have reviewed your response and clearly you feel I am at fault for your employees lack of integrity & lack of respect of your customers and even for his boss'sI never harassed you I have every email & Every text we exchanged & I explained in one text that accidentally text you by mistake because I was upset at the time of the treatment I received,you state I signed other papers & I did not I signed only what was online from my first contract,I spoke to management which you told me to doso why are you sending a response when it was Ross you told me to contact,your lack of caring how your business is run says a lot,all I want is to retrieve my things & go on & forget I ever trusted your company,to lose my mom & have to succumb to this type of treatment trying to resolve a matter with this company has been beyond fathomable,I will call you today, and don't think the Revdex.com doesn't care they already gave me info & their findings of your company,so if you don't want to be involved as you stated call management then why are you even involved period at this point Mitch,I trusted my life with your company it's not my fault if you hire thieves & people that have no respect for anyone not only did Josh make nasty remarks about you ..he basically talks about your whole staff & saying you pay him st & he's gonna start his own company smh it's a joke at this point your protecting a person that doesn't give two craps about you or anyone ..but thanks a lot for your input clearly you guys know what is going on you get your cut & pass off the complaints cause you don't care what happens after you get paid

On February 26, I asked Traditional Express to give me a date as to when my belongings would be dropped off at my new apartmentI recently moved cross country from Los Angeles to New YorkI have talked with multiple people at the company and no one would give me a straight answerToday, Ross told me that they have no record of my belongings being picked up even though I was told by multiple people at the company, especially Shahira, that they knew where my stuff was and that they just needed to locate it in a warehouseI just want my belongings delivered to me ASAP

Traditional helped move my folks recentlyIt was very tough choice to find a mover but thanks to social media I was able to narrow down my selection to companiesI chose them based on two factors
1.The price was within a reasonable amount that I was willing to pay
2.Very polite and professional staff
The movers were great and carefulMy family was happy with everything so am IA+ for quality and service

How do I give them -1000!!! They charged me twice for the pickupSo $instead of $3000, I have no money!!! I’m disputing the claim however, I have nothing until they figure it out!!! I bought a brand new beautiful home, they damaged walls, scuffed up the floors, and ruined my baseboardsAt this point they need to pay ME!!!!! So I can fix my house they destroyed!!

My move was scheduled for 7/27/from Virginia Beach, to FtMyers, FLI scheduled time off to accommodate the pick-up, but then received a call at on 7/26/from Dmitry claiming that they were on their way and would arrive at I informed him that the pickup was from a storage unit that closes at but he insisted that they would be able to load before thenDmitry arrived at approximately in a moving van which I was doubtful would fit my 10xstorage unit full of household goodsI instructed him that it was imperative that the furniture not be damaged, as I spent the weekend prior double layer bubble wrapping each piece, which was then additionally packed and wrapped by the movers prior to loading into the vanAt approximately the van was fully loaded and when it was time to sign the paperwork, Dmitry was getting upset with my reading of the forms prior to signing because he needed to get back to DC that eveningWith the gate locking time rapidly app

On Sept.10,I began searching for a reputable moving company to relocate myself & my year old daughter to Alabama after my mom passed awayAfter being solicited after numerous google searches & phone contacts from numerous companies bidding at lower prices I selected "Traditional Van lines express after speaking to whom I was lead to believe was a manager by the name of BLAKE,After expressing my concerns of finding a company that my personal belongings would arrive safely & be packed in proper boxes & secured so I wouldn't have to worry I at the time felt somewhat comfortable booking my move date with "Traditional express van lines express..BLAKE then proceeded to explain my contract & said I would receive accommodations of plus boxes to pack any items left after my initial pre packing of my own items bfre pick up date.I then explained that I would need mirrors & a bed a firidge & a couch & two dressers & a wardrobe closet & two flat

NEGATIVE They are great at breaking your stuff, not calling you back, and hanging up on you Also tops at quoting one price and charging another These jokers are iso be avoided at all costs

This was the worst company I have ever dealt with in any spectrum of my lifeTheir communication was abysmal at best-they were hours late when picking up my things to put them in storageWhen they did arrive they were fine on the front end-don't let this fool you though! They had misquoted my move and it ended up costing more than $extra than expectedAfter months of storage, I arranged for my things to be delivered to my (empty) new apartmentI called to confirm on July 28th that they would arrive on July and received confirmationI called again July 30th to see what time they would be coming and no one answeredFinally, they emailed me back at PM to say that my things would not be delivered until wednesday August 2, giving me hours noticeI was then homeless in boston for nights as my apartment had no furniture or beddingThey ensured they would try to refund two nights of hotel staysThey then pushed back my move hours on august to 7:I called the dispatcher times with no answer, so finally I called the customer service employee back who told me they would not be coming until August This was obviously getting ridiculous so they eventually conceded to come at PM (actually not showing up until PM)The next day they told me they owed me nothing and refused to compensate me for the two nights in a hotel, which is obviously absurd because their failure to communicate left me stranded in a foreign city with nowhere to stayThey refused to let me speak to management on the phone, and I was put on hold continuously and was hung up on twiceMy mom and I had to take days off of work in addition while we waited around in Boston, which is a huge financial and logistical burden0/would NOT recommend ever getting into business with these people, unless you want a headache and to spend over more dollars than intended! Zero professionalism, zero communication between the different employees, totally fake customer service, and zero helpfulnessWish I could give them zero stars

surprise and shock that you have left a review online and submitted the photos to us of your items claiming "damage" but the photos do not show any damage to your itemsI have also just been informed that you have refused to pay for the authorized charges on your credit/debit cardIf there were any lost or damaged items we would have gladly refunded your money but for you to submit a fraudulent claim based on a delivery delay is distastefulI also do not see any documentation or evidence stating that we "overcharged" you for any service during your relocation nor did you express this to me over the phone when we spokeThe only issue that you eluded to was the delivery delayIn conclusion if you wish to submit an authentic damage claim please do soOur claims manager is: *** *** ***

On October 9th, Traditional Express Van Lines packaged my fully functional Samsung Class Diag LED 1080p Smart HDTV, Model *** (Purchased 6/10/16)They delivered the TV to CaliforniaWhen I opened the package the top left corner was brokenA 2" piece has broken off the corner and the display screen on the left 1/3rd of the screen is shattered, and % of the picture is degraded

This is the moving company from hell! I do not understand how they received great reviewsPlease use your judgement if you decide to hire this companyI hired this company to move to another stateWe received a quote which was similar to two other quotes we received, but we decided to go with Traditional van lines because they gave their movers very high recommendations, there was not a third party involved and they had the gps locator so that we can locate our itemsI quickly learned that was a fairytaleThe movers tried to change the initial price of our move and during the moving process there was damage to the flooring and scuff marks all over the wallsDuring delivery, multiple pieces of our furniture was damaged, there was water damage to our bookshelf (it arrived wet), my dresser with a marble top was chipped in multiple places (it fell apart when they removed the “professional packing”), they dismantled items and screws were lost or missing, my brand new aluminum patio love seat scraped on the arms...the list goes onWe were told we get boxes to packThey gave us wardrobe boxes and boxes marked fragileWe asked for more boxes and was told it will come the day of the move...it was an additional charge that we were not made aware ofOther companies offered boxes for a similar priceI called the company to report the damages and they said file a claim as if it’s common practice I have a feeling this process is going to be tedious and I will get the runaroundTo avoid a headache do not hire them! Don’t let it be I told you so situation!!!
Additionally, they did not take all the items from our home for our moveMy husband had to repeatedly tell them to get items that they forgot to load on the truck...I am extremely vexed and highly disappointedSave yourself the trouble and select a more reputable, knowledgeable and caring moving companyIn addition, we had to discard all of the cardboard boxes after they unpacked our furnitureHow asinine is that!

Traditional Van Lines was courteous and careful from start to finishI cant believe how crazy moving can be until I was forced to relocate from Virginia to New JerseyThis company contacted me when I made a request online and I had many companies quote meWe had chosen Traditional Van Lines because it seemed they were not the most expensive and had the most responsible people I had spoken toMost other companies their rep's sounded a bit on the arrogant and condescending sideit seemed weird but either way we found it a delight to work withOur rep was very careful and was available to speak at all hours of the dayThis was our first move and we are lucky to have found this companyAnyways if you are looking for a company that will move you for a fair price this is the company to do it!

Never been happier with a service provider than these guys! My cousin recommended this company so I called their customer serviceThe guy who answered the call was very politeI inquired about their services and requested a quoteHe told me I should not worry as their team will take care of everythingI bought some storage space from them for keeping my stuff until the new house was paintedEverything was returned to me unharmedEven the glass items were packed with care to avoid cracking and shattering during the moveThe truck that my belongings were placed in was also in good shape
