The complaint has lost its actuality.Yes, indeed, a paperwork mistake was made, which led us to believe the job was misplaced, and necessary measures were taken with the client. As of today's moment, the job is officially located and is in transit to customer's destination (expecting to arrive within
days).Discounts will be applied to compensate customer's experience in connection with the delivery delay. Please contact the office if you wish too discuss the matter further.Thank you, Traditional Van Lines

The company took care of my items and delivered promptlyI moved from Florida to Brooklyn and had very limited optionsI was expecting to wait about days but they delivered in a matter of daysThe cost was also pretty darn good, some companies quoted me at $but I ended up going with Traditional Express for a bit higher but only because of their reputation Trust your gut, these guys have proven to me to be reliable

Igor and Demetri were great and efficientWe had two pick up places and it worked out wonderfullyAll the materials were available and they were very professional and upfront about all the charges

I am rejecting this
response because: I have reached out so many times and no one has been able to help me solve this issueThat is why I reached out to the Revdex.comI felt that if they were willing to help me out they would have reached out to me on some type of level, but nothing at all no matter how many times I have emailed and calledI have email proof and call logs if needed.

I called this moving company for my move from CT to NCI shopped around with a few different companies and this one had what seemed to be the best priceAfter a very detailed conversation regarding what would be moved, I was quoted at $During said conversation, I was asked by the sales rep how many boxes I would be takingI hadn't begun packing yet so I really had no clueHe told me that for a family of 4, people usually have around boxesI trusted his word since he's supposed to know what he's talking aboutOn the day of the move, I was already driving down to NC and my wife stayed behind to wait for the moversI received a call from one of the movers who told me that I was going to be charged double than what was originally quotedI know that part of the agreement was that if we went over the cubic feet that was originally estimated, I'd have to pay the differenceI anticipated that I may have to pay a bit more, but DOUBLE? He said I had two options: either agree to

I placed an order to move from the Bronx, NY to Macon, GA with rep Blake C***, who asked the for I live on and if my building had an elevatorI informed Blake I live on the 4th for with no elevatorHe also asked about my furniture I informed him of three TVs, one table, and the rest were boxes of shoes, clothing, books, and filesThree male movers showed up, one who was huge in stature, demanded upfront additional funds to move my stuff out of the aptI explained Blake quoted me one price, I informed him of my walk up and that is not my faultI called Blake back, he apologized then suggested I give them an extra $The biggest mover refused, demanding I pay an extra $I ultimately gave them $to get my stuff movedThe same mover asked if I had TVsI said, yes, I informed Blake three TVs were secured with bubble wrap and blankets in the boxesHe said okay On my delivery date in GA, the driver tried to demand I pay for a shuttle to move my items into my complex eve

Was given a move quote of $and was charged $when my items were picked up Told after everything was loaded and not made aware prior Had major issues contacting the company once they had my items with numerous phone calls not returned for several days Changed my delivery date and time to one hour prior only to tell me when they arrived they could not fit the truck into the loading dock The loading dock is shared with a grocery store so large trucks are in and out of there all day long When they arrived the following morning at 9, they had forgotten items in another vehicle and between them running around like is and refusing to start moving anything of mine until my credit card was validated for yet another $1300, they did not start until 11am I had the loading dock until and if course they ran over time so I had to pay an additional $for extra loading dock time They damaged many items in my new unit, delivered a box of my items to another customer, left

I am rejecting this response because:To Whom It May Concern:This letter is in response to your message. I am a college educated person….I didn’t not believe the agreement that was sent to me was a final price….I knew it would be a little higher or a little lower.DO NOT TELL ME MY FURNITURE WAS MEASURED AT PIAND DELIVERY! I have a witness that was with me at both ends and neither time was I able to measure. If you want a statement my brother (who is a NH lawyer) and was there when my stuff was picked or a letter from a friend when my stuff was delivered I will be happy to give you that!It was 12:am when I was asked to sign paper….I understood from the dispatcher that they were going to contact *** *** to find out why he quoted me that price BASED on a foot *** truck. What you didn’t answer:*Why I didn’t get to measure my items (I never went into either truck or was allowed in a truck)*Why you company told me they would be at my place on 1-31-between 10-noon and showed up at 7:pm*Why *** *** never asked me about any of furniture and based his message to me on a 16’ truck*Why *** *** called yelling at me, calling me a liar and told me to shut up? I was driving back to *** at the time when he called. I also have a witness to that conversation because he called on my car Bluetooth*Why was I told my furniture would be delivered Friday or Saturday…and it came on Monday at 11:30? I had to make calls to find out when it was coming.*Why the driver got into an argument with the building manager at my aptcomplex? They wanted him to drive through one gate but he wouldn’t do it and in the process drove over the curb (damaging it) and drove out the lawn and damaged it. The manager called the dispatcher *** or ***…they said they would fix but has NOT.*Why when I asked to measure my stuff in the truck the driver said no that is done at pick-up? Again, I have a witness to this conversation.*Why were items taken out of the truck that my furniture was in that didn’t belong to me? One of the items was a bed and box spring plus about another dozen items. They put these items back in the back of the truck. *Why would you expect me to take YOUR Companies word on the total cubic square footage when your company has done nothing but lie to me from the start?*Also, because your company didn’t finish packing my stuff up until 12:30am I had to stay in a hotel that night….I had planned to drive to RI to say goodbye to my family after my truck was loaded (since you were due to come no later than noon)…but because it was so late I couldn’t drive the hours so late at night. You should pay me back for the hotel but I won’t ask for that…again if you want a receipt I can give you one!AGAIN I DID NOT THINK THE ESTIMATE WAS THE FINAL PRICE….DON’T ACT LIKE I’M SOME DUMB WOMAN. I UNDERSTOOD IT WAS AN ESTIMATE. AS *** TOLD ME IT COULD BE A LITTLE HIGHER OR LOWERThe estimate was based on *** giving me price on the cubic square foot of a 16’ truck….if you can’t do that than he is in the wrong business.NO MEASUREMENT WERE NOT DONE WITH ME WITNESSING THE MEASUREMENTS! If you want a letter from my brother (there at pick up) and friend (there at delivery) I will happy to do so. Also, you know there was a problem because the estimate says that I was to pay for half at the time of pick and the other half at delivery. That did not happen because *** ** *** told me not to until he talked to your rude sales person ***I paid over the phone to *** because I was afraid at how shady your company was that I would not receive my items.Answer my questions above! AGAIN, IF YOU WANT A WITNESS LETTER FROM MY BROTHER (lawyer in Concord NH) who was there at the time of pick and A WITNESS LETTER FROM MY FRIEND *** (who was there at time of delivery) I WILL BE GLAD TO GET YOU THAT.FOR THE FINAL TIME I NEVER MEASURED ANYTHING AT ANYTIME SO WHAT WAS YOUR PRICE ON. One other item the driver at pick up told me they just put the stuff in their truck not really packing it tight because it was going to be moved to another truck and I could measure when the truck delivers. THAT CONVERSATION WAS ALSO WITNESSED BY MY BROTHER. ALSO WHILE *** WAS YELLING AT ME OVER THE PHONE HE STATED AGAIN THAT I WOULD BE ABLE TO MEASURE MY STUFF AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. That didn’t happen because the driver said that is done at the time of pick up. I NEVER GOT INTO ANY TRUCK, I NEVER GOT ANY TOOLS TO MEASURE MY ITEMS AND ALL THAT WAS WITNESSED!!!!!! You can’t lie about that because my witness will swear under oath that I was never entered any truck

There was no communication between the company and myselfI was told I would get a call, hours in advance, before the movers would arriveNever happened, periodI had to call the company three times before I finally got a call hour before they were scheduled to arriveThe week my items were scheduled to arrive I called in order to get an more accurate estimate of when the truck would be hereI was told that my items would not arrive until the next weekI spoke to customer service, who, kept telling me all the "issues" that happenedUnless I called- I would have been waiting an entire week for a truck that would not showI was told I would get a call at the end of the the week to tell me where my items are, according to the customer service: "That's the least I can do." I agree with the least part- I now will have to ship a suitcase back to Texas- because they are a week past their dateI do not recommend them if you are moving across country

We were very pleased with our move recentlyThe movers were greatThey were on time, prompt and professionalThey moved our things so fast in our new home without a hitchThanks to the team of Traditional Express Van Lines for making my move an easy one

How do I give them -1000!!! They charged me twice for the pickupSo $instead of $3000, I have no money!!! I’m disputing the claim however, I have nothing until they figure it out!!! I bought a brand new beautiful home, they damaged walls, scuffed up the floors, and ruined my baseboardsAt this point they need to pay ME!!!!! So I can fix my house they destroyed!!
This is what nightmares are made out ofMy lawyer has already been contactedThank God for friends!
Go anywhere else! Literally! Anywhere!
My husband is a cardiologist and has said this is the most stressful thing he’s ever experiencedGo figure
I need my money back ASAP

Whatever you do, do NOT use Traditional Express Van Lines! I booked my cross country move with them back in April, giving them full months in advance of my August moveThey sent me a confirmation and took my card info for the depositA few days before the big move, I receive a call from their "relocation specialist" Bill Johnson saying that they can't fulfill their obligationHe tried to rush me off the phone as if this was okay, going as far as saying that "it's good news they were able to warn me this early." That is beyond ridiculous and extremely unprofessionalLeaving customers hanging with no way to move all their belongings over 1,miles away just days before the confirmed move must be common practice for Traditional Express Van LinesI will definitely be reporting these guys to the Revdex.com

I had to call the police on the movers because of a money dispute and a furniture mixupAs soon as I paid my deposit and 50% of the total cost, everyone at the company seemed to disappearDespite claiming that all sales reps worked in the industry for 10+ years, they grossly underestimated (originally $1500, cost $2700)The movers were sketchy (removing drawers from dressers to add more space) and their "customer service rep" Tina had an attitude and did absolutely nothingBlake, the sales rep, told me to f* off and his boss Mitch wasn't any betterIf you want more stress in your life, use this terrible company

This is the moving company from hell! I do not understand how they received great reviewsPlease use your judgement if you decide to hire this companyI hired this company to move to another stateWe received a quote which was similar to two other quotes we received, but we decided to go with Traditional van lines because they gave their movers very high recommendations, there was not a third party involved and they had the gps locator so that we can locate our itemsI quickly learned that was a fairytaleThe movers tried to change the initial price of our move and during the moving process there was damage to the flooring and scuff marks all over the wallsDuring delivery, multiple pieces of our furniture was damaged, there was water damage to our bookshelf (it arrived wet), my dresser with a marble top was chipped in multiple places (it fell apart when they removed the “professional packing”), they dismantled items and screws were lost or missing, my brand new aluminum patio love seat scraped on the arms...the list goes onWe were told we get boxes to packThey gave us wardrobe boxes and boxes marked fragileWe asked for more boxes and was told it will come the day of the move...it was an additional charge that we were not made aware ofOther companies offered boxes for a similar priceI called the company to report the damages and they said file a claim as if it’s common practice I have a feeling this process is going to be tedious and I will get the runaroundTo avoid a headache do not hire them! Don’t let it be I told you so situation!!!
Additionally, they did not take all the items from our home for our moveMy husband had to repeatedly tell them to get items that they forgot to load on the truck...I am extremely vexed and highly disappointedSave yourself the trouble and select a more reputable, knowledgeable and caring moving companyIn addition, we had to discard all of the cardboard boxes after they unpacked our furnitureHow asinine is that!

Hello, Ms*** - and thank you for your valuable feedback.Yes, indeed - your items were picked up on March - and according to an agreement signed by you our legal deadline is BUSINESS days.Your items arrived on Apr - days later than our legal deadlinePer numerous e-mails sent to you a discount of $30/day was formed and applied to a bill.As for the damaged items - a claim form was sent out to you via e-mail (can be provided upon request) with details on how to fill it out with the insurance company.Minor damages during the move are unfortunately sometimes a thing to occur, and that's precisely why we include liability insurance into your moving service at no extra charge. An option of purchasing additional insurance was given to the customer upon reservation, and the client decided not to.As for the helmet - Traditional Van Lines respects our customers as an utmost priority but will never put our trusted employees in a harms wayYour accusation has absolutely no ground and proof and can be considered as a method to simply make a gesture.Still, as soon as this information became available, dispatch and the warehouse team were informed and concluded a thorough search of the warehouse.Customer Service was e-mailing, calling and keeping in contact with the client throughout the move with the necessary information (call recordings can be provided) without even a hint of rudeness to a valued user of our service. Please call the office line at Traditional Van Lines if you wish to discuss this matter further.Thank you!

I am rejecting this response because: Hi *** I sent an email regarding the delay, poor customer service, damaged items, and overcharge but haven’t received response until todayI paid all the charges that the company demanded on delivery day but I disputed the charge as I haven’t received anything back from the company since the arrival of my shipmentWhen we spoke on the phone, it was only about the delay as that was the main problem at that timeThen, the more serious problem occurred on the delivery day when the movers demanded hidden extra charge for the shuttle service, when the items arrived in damaged condition, and when the items that I paid extra for packing arrived without packing materials. extra charge for the shuttle serviceIf there would be an extra charge for the shuttle service, this should have been discussed when we made a contract online or when I signed Bill of Lading before the movers loaded items on the pidayHowever, I only heard about this extra hidden charge after they loaded all my shipmentWhen I requested a copy of this company-specific extra charge paper, they refused to give it to meIf it was to be valid and official form, I should have got it along with Bill of Lading before the moving startedI refused to pay this extra cost at the delivery location as I never received official copy of the agreement paper, then the movers ran off with my property saying that they will just leave for California or put my shipment at the storage at my expenseI also called Lewis, but what I heard was insult and yelling on the phoneI called the Police when this happened and he observed everything and made Police report for Theft and BurglarySince the dubious paper form which you never provided me with the copy when I requested did not follow any official agreement procedure, I refuse to pay the extra $that you made me pay at the delivery locationAccording to Bill of Lading, if extra charge is expected, the movers should inform me before arrival or in transit, and it can't exceed 110% of the initial agreed charge. Damaged itemsAs you could see in the photo, there were major scratches and the furniture is wobbly to a point that I cannot use it anymoreI don’t understand why you can’t see all the damages in the photo when it is so noticeable. Overcharge for packingIf you see my contract, you can see the sentence saying “packing of xxx items at $60.” However, the movers did not pack those items and it was delivered in a very dirty conditionSince the extra packing was not done, I think I am entitled to claim it as overcharge and ask for refund for packingThat is why I disputed this charge and I don't understand why you call it "a fraudulent claim" when I disputed the charge of the service that I did not receive. Refer to the contact for the extra pay of $for packing and photos showing that the items arrived in non-wrapped condition. DelayYou mentioned that we can talk about compensation after the shipment has arrivedSo let’s talk about this too. Through CRS if there is a delay and my shipment is over 3,500lbs., the movers are required to reimburse me for a percentage of hotel and meal expensesI have uploaded all my expenses that I had to make due to the delay to Revdex.com and FMCSA, which I believe you have already receivedPlease refer to the document for compensation.
