Never been happier with a service provider than these guys! My cousin recommended this company so I called their customer serviceThe guy who answered the call was very politeI inquired about their services and requested a quoteHe told me I should not worry as their team will take care of everythingI bought some storage space from them for keeping my stuff until the new house was paintedEverything was returned to me unharmedEven the glass items were packed with care to avoid cracking and shattering during the moveThe truck that my belongings were placed in was also in good shape

The best ! The guys we had, never stopped they hustled the whole time.They were very careful with fragile itemsAlso you couldn't ask for more courteous guysFrom start to finish they were great! This company was hired to move my belongings from California to Delaware They packed my furniture and boxes onto their truck on 4/17/ On 5/6/some of my furniture was delivered, mostly damaged About 75% of my belongings have not been delivered yet and this company is non responsive to inquiries I would like a refund for the damaged and missing items

The guys were professional and moved everything out of my storage unit and into my new house quickly! I have a very steep stairwell & they were able to roll my heavy couch up and maneuver it through the doorway without too much struggleIf I asked somebody to try to do the same, that couch would probably fall! An added bonus, they voluntarily arranged my furniture without any hidden charges -They didn’t nickel and dime usI’m so grateful with their serviceIf I need to move again, I know who to call

First issue was additional charge of $1,on day of pick upI added bins, dresser, and packing charge for mirrorThe number of items increased from to piecesAdditional $1,was a shockImmediately after pickup, I called Traditional to confirm delivery on first available date promised or within day window that they guaranteedI planned to drive hours to South Carolina day before deliveryUnfortunately, no one answered phone even though I called multiple times every day and left messagesOn day before first delivery day promised, I began driving to South CarolinaAfter calling multiple times while driving most of the way, someone finally answered the phone and said that not only would they not deliver items on first day promised, but they could not provide a date when they would deliver, and that legally they could deliver items days after pickup date which was additional and one half weeks after their original promised dateThey also said that they did no

We felt tremendous grief reading thisI have personally resolved this matter with The *** family and feel that we have gone above and beyond to resolve any issues that have with our company

I made a contract at $1,for door-to-door delivery service including everything (long carry, stairs, etc), which is made in the form of Bill of LadingHowever, after the movers loaded my property in the truck, they made me sign another contract, which is a form made by the companyThe paper indicated some extra charges in the pick up locationAt this point, as they already loaded my property, I could not refuse to sign this paper hoping that Bill of Lading, which is the official moving contract, overrides this company-specific dubious form
On the piday, which was two weeks delayed than the promised date on the Bill of Lading, they arrived in my apartment demanded extra charge in cash for renting a Uhaul, and extra labor for loading and unloading UhaulI refused to pay as they did not notify me about the final charges prior to delivery or while in transit and the extra charge was more than $of the initial contract paper, which is illegal by lawThen, the movers ran

My entire move with Traditional Van Lines has been disappointing since I paid my deposit last SpringThey are impossible to get in touch with in the office and the lead foreman was a bullyHe threw my stuff around, bullied me into signing documents that I didn’t agree with and threatened that if I didn’t sign he would empty the truck onto my lawnSecond, when the foreman was making the bill of lading he did not actually check the conditions of my items, but rather took my inventory and copied it onto the sheet AFTER I had signed the paperworkAt the time I didn’t mind because my inventory was exawasn’t until I got copies that I saw he initialed “dinged” on all of my furnitureWhen asked, he replied “it’s just to cover my *** I don’t want to be responsible for small dingsYou can write a claim once you get your stuff”Obviously I wasn’t happy but he was now in a position of power and there wasn’t much I could do now as a young woman alone fighting with an older manMy p

On February 26, I asked Traditional Express to give me a date as to when my belongings would be dropped off at my new apartmentI recently moved cross country from Los Angeles to New YorkI have talked with multiple people at the company and no one would give me a straight answerToday, Ross told me that they have no record of my belongings being picked up even though I was told by multiple people at the company, especially Shahira, that they knew where my stuff was and that they just needed to locate it in a warehouseI just want my belongings delivered to me ASAP

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyoneUnless, you call them up, no communication from their endThey quoted the lowest rates and once you had paid up the initial amount upfront, no response from anyoneThe guy who came to pick up my items had a binding estimate higher that what was given to meDespite showing the binding estimate, he refused to accept that and said call customer service to resolve the disputeThis process took more than a month to resolveWhen they agreed to resolve the dispute, it was as if they were doing me a favorThe dispatch people never pick up the phone and if by mistake, they pick up the call, they give all information that I will receive my items within daysAnd yet after all the assurances from dispatch, the items arrived more than days later They have a horrible customer service experience and I would NEVER recommend the company to do a cross country move
